People can’t do their job. Last 4 times I’ve went in they didnt have anything they have to make almost, sure a few drinks but no smoothies, no frozen drinks, no cold drinks except 1 option for coffee people are lazy and all 4 of those times were at different times of the day I’d understand if it was only the one time I went in at 5:45 am as they were probably cleaning everything for the morning but come on at 10 am I can’t get a smoothie you’re telling me? And don’t even get me started with the customer service the one dude sitting back making sandwiches can’t even answer a simple question can’t get a straight answer out of anybody in there.

This place sucks. Known for its coffee. Coffee machine broken. Wanted to order a toast beef sub. Told they did not have it. Take it off the menu then. Used to be first class. Now a dump.. Told manager who just shrugged his shoulders. Does not even look clean.

LESLIE LINN IS AWESOME!!!!!!! My family is from the Midwest and we do not have these gas stations there. So I went into this one for the very first time and asked a young lady behind the counter why their food is so highly rated. Because there a gas station of course. :-) Leslie is part of the management team and I had no idea until I read her tag. She was so kind and informative. She explained a little bit about the rewards program then walked me over to where I can order my food. All the food. You can customize anything that they serve daily. Absolutely fantastic food. I had the chicken bacon ranch salad and it was awesome. What was better is the service. Not one fuel station I’ve been to has the kind of buzz that this Wawa does. Clean, friendly, professional, and all of this was done with a smile. Thank you Wawa and Leslie Linn. You are now my store of choice for fuel and many other things.RJ Feist and family

You would think gas station food is 🤢. Not Wawas, they are the exception to the rule 😊. It does not matter what I get, everything is delicious here. This particular one was so nice to me. There was a confusion with my order but right away they took care of the problem and even gave me a free drink! So I scored big last night 😄. But seriously wawa is where is what if you want gas station food when you need gas or a grab and go food.

I went at 10:30 am and was told they only serve breakfast at the deli. I have been getting hogies early morning since wawa opened in NJ. I thought the whole point of wawa was 24 hours you can get what you want? We always stop here before we go on the boat for hogies to eat later. This is ridiculous! Oh, and the slurpee machine was broke. I dont even understand what is going on. What happened to wawa??

I just want to say great Faith is. She has a lovely personality and I’ll still take such pride in her work. The specialty coffee she makes is just AWESOME! She should help train the others.

We use to come here every week, but after pandemic starts, they start behaving like a morans. Ok, masks, but sometimes no creams & milk, sometime you have to wait for one cashier. Sux, switched to the different one.

I just wanted to give a special kudos to Xiomora. She typically rotates between the register and the coffee bar but she always goes above and beyond to make sure that the guest experience is fantastic. I was just there and the person who was behind the coffee bar was an experienced and sent out two Specialty coffees that were cold and very bitter. (I order a hot café con Leche every day) typically if someone makes it in correct I just throw it out and go home but this time since I ordered two I went back in line and said these are made incorrectly and Xiomora finished her line and went over and made the coffees correctly. She should give training to all the employees there to ensure consistency among all the different specialty coffee selections. My advice to this manager would be to ensure that everyone is trained properly and have a regional manager come and sample all the coffees to make sure they meet Wawa specifications. Again Xiomora went above and beyond and corrected the situation and should be recognized for her excellent guest service skills.

Their gas pumps are very slow and cumbersome transacting credit card. Had to touch 4 door to get in and out of the store and in the age of COVID that is very undesirable. Want to purchase beer for a day out on the water and nobody could unlock the cooler. I grew up with ways in NJ and MD and love their hoagies but they can definitely step up their game and update the concept

They are not letting anyone in without a mask but a fire department personnel let him in without a mask I find it very irresponsible for the manager to let him in without a mask I asked him and his answer was that he is from the fire department, it seems to me a lot of irresponsibility on the part of the manager since at this moment it does not matter who you are or where you work, you have to protect the community.

I am a fan of Wawa. I first visited Wawa in PA about 3 years ago. This local Wawa is clean, well run and the staff is friendly. Reminds me for PA for sure. Hot food and great snacks. I just wish the gas was Top Tier for my 740i.

They have the best of everything plus their customer service is second to none. The place was clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and professional. I went their to get free air recently most gas stations charge you for that. 👍👍👍👍👍

Wawa is usually a reliable stop for a good quick sandwich that is way better than Subway or any Burger Doodle place. But this one has to be the worst Wawa in the country. Why? Lots of customers and hardly any workers. Only 1 register staffed, so get in line. Whatever you do dont order food unless you have 20 or 30 minutes to waste waiting.

I enjoy trips to Wawa. They pretty much always do a really good job and have modern, well maintained properties.At the Parkland, Fl. Facility tonight we encountered a glitch in the ordering system at a busy time. In lesser hands this might have had me walk with a shake of the head.Instead, the F&B supervisor on duty, known to me only as Dawn, was terrific. Identified the general software based problem, quickly created a work around to satisfy the CUSTOMER’s needs and made the perfect sandwitch. She then thanked me for my patiece and got on with corporate to provide the info before it hit other customers.Dawn, you’re a wizard and a true star and the Parkland Wawa is lucky to have you.Enjoying my club sandwich as i type.Thank you.

My favorite gas station of all time. Friendly staff, clean stores and the best subs for a great price. They also carry the worlds best potato chips, Zapps. I cant say enough about this store, so happy they are in South Florida now.

First time going here. Was a little confused about the process. On the computers we were putting in a large order. We wanted to cancel our first entry after listing 5 items. But you can only cancel the last entry or the entire order. Very frustrating. Then they had no bags for my order. I had 3 kids with me. They handed me 2 Salads, 2 subs, a bag of apples and 2 bags of cookies. With NO bag😡 had to go to the register for one. Then the salad was basically lettuce and chicken. Maybe 8 beans and a half a spoonful of salsa. At best. One sub had the wrong peppers on it. Only reason for 2 stars is the food was fresh. Extremely disappointed.

There is a youg lady in charge at night, and she had to sit at the front door to make sure people had a mask on. Sad. PEOPLE PUT YOUR MASK ON. GREAT JOB WAWA CREW!

Wait times are uncharacteristically long for a Wawa. Some employees are great, others treat you like you have leprosy. Queue for the cashier was around lining and blocking the fridges before another employee jumped in.. the store was slow, otherwise. Corporate needs to take a look at the staff here.After visiting a second time, in a pinch, I had the same problem, months later. I reduced this Wawa to 1 star. I love Wawa, so I will not visit this one.

To the people saying the lines are too long, the store hasn’t even been open a month. People get excited at the beginning and then it slows down. This store is great. The drinks are great. And food is great.

Wait time High, Staff unfriendly, food is average to bad, at least the place is clean and has a nice modern look. A little bit about #Wawa...So in hearing all the stories about how amazing Wawa was up north, I couldnt help but be a little skeptical. Aside from the undeniable great prices, great food, great drink options and customer service... I almost left there in tears the other day...tears of JOY!As a routine, me and my five year old son would stop there on Monday mornings before our route to school, to kick-start a great week, with smoothies, coffee, and donuts!But every week, we leave with so much more. Theres a gentleman behind the counter, who makes us laugh out loud and its not unusual to hear him singing at the top of his lungs, calling out to you or just tripping you up... which is an absolute delight, especially at 6:30 in the morning anticipating a long week :-)Then theres the cashiers, who always ask you how youre doing with a sincere smile and weve gotten to know some by name, specifically Dawn.Theres the gentleman who stalks the Isles, who always greets us with a smile, and I dont think Ive ever walked in there once without someone coming or going holding the door for each other.Coming from a place #ccftl where we #lovelikefamily, it is definitely displayed and contagious at #Wawa and we are grateful!Cheers to places who build community and spread the love!

When it first opened it was insanely busy which was understandable but it still gets very busy on weekends and they take forever. Have waited 30 minutes for a coffee and some eggs. The food isn’t even that great. The staff in the preparation area are so slow. The only time I go is when I order online through their app (which is terrible by the way) or at an off peak time when there aren’t people everywhere. Not worth it to wait forever, they need to get it together.

The most disgusting of all the Wawas Ive been to. Stopped there for gas, drinks, and a quick restroom break. Upon entering the restroom I walked onto the first stall with used toilet tissue all over the floor and feces and wads of tissue in the toilet. I went over into the 2nd stall to find used tampons and used pads on the floor along with more used toilet tissue. I was so disgusted I went to the front and asked for a manager because I wanted them to see the condition of the restroom. The manager on duty, Rebecca, was very short with me when I was explaining the condition of the bathroom to her. You could tell she was extremely irritated with me for addressing the issue with her. She was so bothered having to leave whatever she was doing to deal with me that it resonated in her body language and verbal dismissal of my complaint. I dont think Ill ever come back here. Not because of the bathroom condition, but because of her unwillingness to deal with it in a polite and professional manner. She has no business working in the customer service field. Corporate should really get involved.

Honestly I love Wawa and this store in particular isnt a bad store; only annoyance is that this store, the food staff are SOO busy talking to each other that they are constantly messing up my orders, n God forbid I interrupt their conversation or they give me a death look. its come to the point where I just very rarely order from there anymore since they cant get my simple orders right. they also have no sense of urgency so they cant blame in on the rush, theyre simply just too busy talking to each other and not doing their job right.

My friend got a sub on July 12, 2019 and there was a HUGE dead bug inside. She got extremely sick and took it back to show the manager who did nothing and everyone was still making sandwiches. DO NOT EAT HERE. they are so incredibly unsanitary. This is not the first time this specific Wawa has had bugs in their food.

They have 89 octane ethanol free gas, at the time I posted this for 2.99 a gallon. So for all you boaters and car nuts this would be the place to gas up.

WAWA is the latest gas station craze to hit South Florida. They are originally from PA and are expanding into South Florida which has really been a wasteland for a decent convenience store with food. This is not your local 7-11. The gas station is brightly lit with a convenience store that serves food 24/7. Gas prices at WAWA are usually very competitive but not as much so here in upscale Parkland. Lower prices for gas can usually be found at other locations.You order and customize your order via Kiosk and pay at a register. I would think it would certainly be faster if y9ou could wither pay on the terminal or via phone. They have a phone app where you can place your order as well. The only issue is you cannot pay for the order on the phone as you still have to go to a register even to use the Apple Wallet/WAWA app. Use the WAWA app and gift card to get bonus free stuff for every $50.00 in spend on gas and or food.The store itself is spotless and has pretty good fresh coffee. The subs are ok. Understand that things are more or less automated and pre prepared back in the food prep area. Its convenient and ok but dont expect the best sub of your life there.Since there are so few choices for food at off hours around this area it is a good choice. They sell the Philly pretzels you can heat at home. The real PHILLY pretzels. Not something rotating around a heat lamp. They sell smoothies and other coffee drinks as well. Dont expect Starbucks level but they are ok overall.

Few reasons I choose 1 star, I wish I could have choose 0. Also, I have visited few times and give them SO MANY CHANCES and they never improvement/honor this.1 - Found baby roach on coffee station and the workers dont give a damn.2 - The 24oz of cup coffee ALWAYS ran out and dont give a damn.3 - My father is a diabetics and he need splenda and they always ran out and dont give a damn.4 - They dont sell hotdogs (All Wawa I visited and lived in the North before I move to Florida) They do have hotdogs but this is my first time Wawa with non-hotdogs! HOW EMBARRASSED5 - Very limited choice of coffee flavor.6 - Recorded of contact Wawa Headquarter in Pennsylvania 7 times in total for 6 weeks. Also, I do know the district manager in South Florida and she dont even contact me at all. She know she is wrong.PS - I lived in New Jersey and there have many Wawas I visited and VERY VERY few errors I see compare to Floridas Wawa with many errors! How shame they are!

Went this a.m. for my free bfast sandwich with coupon received in mail. Walk in and was directed to comp.screen to order my free sandwich, and when at register to pay for gas, and present coupon, I was told coupon only good for pre made sandwiches. OF COARSE. So now with receipt in hand I head over to pick up that $6 sandwich and apparently they just gave my sandwich to someone else. LOL. Thats not how this whole numbered receipt thang is supposed to work, misunderstanding I guess? Fortunately the woman behind the counter immediately started to make me another, while the missing sandwich walked back in the door. I was offered the sandwich while being told that it never left the store, in which I watched the customer walk back in and also the customer telling the employees that she walked out to the car before realizing the mistake. Now not to be a Parkland snob, cuz Im really not, (I live in the TP) but I dont know if that customer is sick or they just accidentally dropped the sandwich on the ground, health wise I dont even want to be offered that sandwich. Which I was. Hell no.Well that was not my reply but that was my thought. Really was my reply and no other questions were asked. Thanks God!So all that being said I grabbed my fresh sandwich ate it before I left, just in case?!?Great news is the sandwich was absolutely delicious and I will probably be going back for more $6 bfast sandwiches.

Visit this place 5 nights a week.Theres a sign by the register stating any size coffee. For $ 1, which is no longer valid!!!If visit after 10 pm expect waiting in long lines.Might have some coffee available .If you are in a hurry to get in .And out wouldnt recommend going there.

Theres 4 cash registers, only 1 of them in use,and 8-12 people in line at all times! Plan on standing in line for 5-6 minutes. It took me 15 minutes to get a hogie but they always say sorry for the wait! Ridiculous management system.
