Only beauty supply store I shop. Prices are reasonably and always seem to have everything that I need.

Store wasnt busy staff was friendly and helpful I got everything I needed loads of hair products price was standard.

Very poor customer service. Do not ignore the reviews about poor customer service and incorrect closing hours. It’s true. I was prepared to spend money and was not given proper customer service. I was being rushed before the store even closed. I will not be back.

I am a frequent customer of this store but that may cease entirely. I went in today at 8:10p knowing exactly what I was looking for and within seconds of arriving in front of the piece I was admiring I was told I needed to hurry up because we close in ten minutes The store closes at 8:30p and I was very well aware of that. Rather than saying maam, I just wanted to remind you were closing soon, I was specifically told I needed to hurry up.. so I did, out the door with my money and no purchase! How rude!

They have very poor customer service. They have closing hours listed as 8:30pm and close a whole 30 mins before the time.

Prices are unbeatable and the service was amazing. It was almost like we had our own personal assistant.

Ella beauty is one store where you will find things that you need.it is always open till 8.I went there and everyone is friendly.During snow days everywhere was closed and i needed something in the store important and Ella beauty was open.I shop there and everyone is very nice.I would recommend you to go there.I would also say thank-you to Angela a worker there very nice and makes you feel comfortable.

A very good place to shop for everything that has to do with hair, cosmestics and a little bit of everything. The staff greet u with a friendly smile the moment you stepped into the store and they are very helpful and friendly.

We came 9 min.s before closing and the let us in. We went everywhere and they wouldnt let us in. They helped us get what we were looking for and were very well mannered.
