I was put on hold for 45 minutes by the night shift pharmacy. The pharmacist pick up twice and then put me on hold again. Not the first time this has happened. ( I hung up after waiting so long). Would not recommend the Parkville CVS.

I come here with my kids at night for snacks and it’s always quiet and they always have the good snacks we want!! A little expensive but for late night it’s the only option closest to my house

My prescription was for tablets but the instructions said they were films. Its the same prescription I get every month, no changes. But they wouldnt fill it because of that. Even though its the same amount at the same times no matter which way it was. Ridiculous! It even said that last time and it didnt seem to be a problem. I bet if it was one of there prescriptions it wouldnt have been a problem. Unbelievable. Smh. Nothing but problems here. Take your prescription somewhere else. Even if its a different cvs

Been calling since the other day about my prescription, they ordered syringe for me and it arrived yesterday. I told the pharmacist that I’ll be picking up my order today together with the other one that wasn’t available yesterday. And today I called them to make sure that my medication is ready, and guess what!?? They don’t have any syringe stocks!! I called over and over to make sure my medication is gonna be complete and ready! How am I supposed to inject insulin without syringe!??!!! Waste of time contacting them again and again! Would rate this pharmacy 000 star if there is!!!

When I saw this brand new CVS open up across from the Walgreens I thought it would be much better…but looks can be deceiving. Staff is clueless, wandering around with ear buds in, doing their own thing, having personal phone conversations…the register is unmanned, which is fine I’ll use the self checkout…nope, can’t. It’s broken. Time to hunt down a sales associate for help. Need basic items such as water? They have it. Super high price and terrible selection. The shelves are barely stocked, missing several items, entire isles look bare. The only good thing is the drive thru pharmacy is relatively ok and the 2 associates I did speak with were friendly. But man, I did not expect it to go downhill this quickly, it just opened

Clean store that still looks new and offers a wide variety of pharmacy and convenience items. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Additionally, since this is a larger store than either of the old ones that were nearby, usually the store is not crowded, and the drive-thru pharmacy pickup is never a long wait.

The pharmacy staff has been great. I’ve had issues with other pharmacies making errors with my medications - they’ve gotten even some of the most complicated ones right the first time. The pharmacists are also super friendly and I’ve only had good experiences with them so far.Additionally, the new store is very nice and always clean when we visit. The cashiers up front are nice too! Best big name pharmacy we’ve found in the area. Very satisfied with the service we’ve received here.

I wasted four days waiting for an appt close to my home, that I could walk to... As I am disabled and cannot drive!!! The person who usually would drive me places is in the hospital being tested for Covid!!! So now... I have to call another facility and possibly contaminate half the city to get tested!!! This is absolutely absurd.... So only people who have cars can be tested!!!Or forcing me to contaminate everyone on the 54 and additional bus lines is the only way I can be tested... Really!!!! Great isolate and protect my fellow man until I want to see if I need to isolate ... Typhoon Angel coming to you soon .. thanks so much for your assistance to the disabled!!!!

I thought it was a fluke there was no way my experience was the norm. And then I looked at the reviews and realized that it was not it is absolutely ridiculous. Both the store manager and pharmacy manager need to be replaced. This is my second month filing my script and the scond time it is not ready. There is a long line of people in line, during a pandemic and everyone is complaining that their meds arent ready. Ive been in the store for 27 min and non of the 4 attendants in the pharmacy have touched the phone. All the while you can hear the audible beep and recording that say You have one Pharmacy call holding which now explains why I waited 17 min on hold and finally gave up. You are messing with peoples health and wellness. We expect better CVS.

Stood at the pharmacy for 15 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement. Walked out without being helped. They need to get it together. Wont be going back.. Walgreens is right across the street.

This is the worst CVS anywhere. Please do not go here. The pharmacy says they have flu shots but they dont. The CVS website says make an appointment to get a flu shot. I made an appointment and even got a email and text confirmation. I came in and they tell me that they dont have flu shot. There was no pharmacy manager so i went to the store manager. The store manager tells me that you do not need an appointment. I told her it is in their website to make an appointment and she tells she was not aware of it and to call their corp office. SO DONT COME TO THIS PHARMACY OR ANY CVS PHARMACY FOR FLU SHOT.

Scripts are RARELY ever ready on time. Even after you get a call saying its done. Hey corporate CVS! Fix all your stores in this area. Theyre all terrible for the same reasons. Understaffed and overwhelmed. Do something!!

I called and asked to transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy and fill them. It was a Sunday.They called back and told me that one of my prescriptions had no refills and they had to contact my Dr. before they could refill it, but I could pick up the other 2. I said there was no rush and Id rather pick up all 3 on Monday which I did with no problem. This was in mid June. Plus, there was no charge for them and the other nearby pharmacy had been charging me $3 each.

*Zero stars*I tried to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt because the first 4 months using this location was relatively pleasant. However, it’s been over a year now and the pharmacy has consistently failed to deliver better service. From the long lines, to the lackluster demeanor of everyone behind the counter, I’m truly over this CVS. I want to cuss someone out every time I leave here—it’s that annoying.I signed up for the text alerts regarding my prescription and this service has been helpful and consistent. This month I failed to receive a text alert regarding when my script would be available for pickup, so I called the pharmacy today from 10:50-11:30am...nonstop....busy signals. Finally got through and was immediately hung up on. I call back again, and finally get through after the 10,000th attempt. I inquire about my prescription and am told nothing is available for me, so I give them the name of my prescription and ask if I need to call my doctor for a refill. They quickly blame the system for the error and tell me my prescription will be ready in an hour. Cool, crisis adverted.It’s 5:15 pm at LEAST a whole 4 hours after confirming with the representative on the phone that my prescription would be ready. Low and behold it’s still “in production”“Would you mind waiting an additional 30 minutes?”*stale face* F*%#$&!%^Over them, completely. Trying desperately to keep my cool, because I do realize there’s somewhat of a high turnover here so everyone is always in training. Idk what has to take place for them to get it together, because clearly the 1 star reviews aren’t prompting corporate to step in.

I went to my doctors for pain and was prescribed medicine for pain. If the problem continued for 4 days I had to call back. The order to the pharmacy was placed at 1:20pm from the doctors office. I called at 4pm, after 2 attempts I finally got a hold of someone. They said the order was being processed.The next morning I called. Ive been hung up twice and had to call the front. Ignored for 50 mins and never heard back even after leaving a message with the front. Its the 3rd day and my pain has not gone away but I cant continue to rule out symptoms until I used this medicine.DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED MEDICINE

I go in to pick up a prescription, ended up waiting for 30 minutes. The there was a line and ironically enough the register breaks down when it is my turn, causing the pharmacy tech to hop on a different register. Apparently the medication wasn’t filled and it should have been the day before. The tech had to fill it, which of course by this point I have been waiting for 15 minutes. Meanwhile other customers are being served who walk in after me. The tech says the script is filled and sold, she just needs verification from the pharmacist. Ok, no problem. I have somewhere to be but I will wait. I see the tech tell the pharmacist that I am waiting and we only need verification. He leaves the counter and goes to serve a customer who just walked in for a flu shot. At this point I am baffled. He then goes back and instead of helping me with my prescription, since at this point I have been waiting for 25 minutes, he proceeds to assist a different customer who walks up to his side of the counter after he returns behind it. Clearly the techs are as baffled as I am and cannot give me a clear answer as to why I am waiting for more than I should be. This pharmacist was absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional. He denied me help when all he needed to do was put some pills in a bottle. He finally helped me after I demanded a supervisor. Why did it have to get to that point?

This location needs to be closed. The pharmacy is ran poorly and mismanaged. Every time I have a prescription called in it takes 3-4 days for them to fill it. I’m constantly told that they’re “understaffed” because people are calling out, but what does that have to do with customers needing life saving medication? It’s only a matter of time before this location closed. There’s no way this incompetence can continue.

Don’t even bother calling go in person. Even after telling them the correct meds my husband still got a generic that doesn’t work. Sucks that we’re forced to use CVS - walgreens is the way to go/

Took more than an hour to get 2 rx. While I waited, phone in pharmacy had 3-4 calls waiting that were NEVER answered. I have called several times for info and my call is NEVER answered.My Dr keeps calling this pharmacy to refill my Rx. I transfer to WALMART Pharmacy. Much better service.

I was forced to use CVS due to my prescription plan for over 8 years. The service is horrible. I have had to wait for over a month for my meds to be ordered and filled on multiple occasions.I wish it was just this location, but it is not

I’d give no stars if I could. I was a loyal customer to the CVS down the street which had amazing service until it closed. All customers transferred to this CVS. Repeatedly I’m promised times that prescriptions will be ready by the evening only to have to call days later to be told the prescription I dropped off isn’t ready and sometimes isn’t in even in their records! I get texts that prescriptions are ready, then when I arrive, I’m told they aren’t, then when I show them the text, they magically find the prescription under something on a desk or on the floor. I try calling ahead because I’m turned away so many times when I show up at the promised time, but they deadass ignore the phones. On multiple occasions, I’ve been on hold, only to have them pick up and immediately hang up just to get the phone to stop making the hold notification sound without even answering. As someone who depends on daily meds, I feel helpless and completely at the mercy of staff that is disorganized, overworked, overwhelmed, and clearly stopped caring a long time ago. I’ve had to deal with lapses in my medications because prescriptions I was promised would be ready by the end of the day take days to fill after they get lost or set aside for days.

Terrible company. Never have perscriptions ready even when they say they do. In process means nothing. Too many patients and not enough cvs workers to fill the need. Had three cvs pharm on haford road. Shut down one, still endlessly building a big one and one is left doing all the work.

Always on hold for atleast 20 minutes. They send me a text message saying my script is ready but it never is. I always wait in a long line to hear my medication is not ready and then have to wait there for 30min atleast. They always seem overwhelmed and understaffed. Wish I could go to different pharmacy but there right next to my house and my insuranse will only cover scripts from cvs. So frustrated.

Worst CVS I have ever been to. They told me they are 2 weeks behind filling prescriptions and the customer has to go in and wait an hour or more if they want it filled sooner. Some of the staff (one woman in particular) are extremely rude. I am in the process of moving my prescriptions to the Joppa Rd CVS so I never have to set foot in this one again.

I wish I could give a Zero. A business owner I wouldnt give a bad review unless service is absolutely bad. Over and over this place has proven to be nothing but a headache. The customer service and the pharmacy. Have been going here for my childrens medicine. First hassle was they ran out of my sons meds. When I asked when they were getting it in, they said 5 days .(I have friends that works in other pharmacys, they informed me that it doesnt take that long to get it in.) They treated me like I was a addict when I got upset and said he couldnt wait that long for it. Also commented no one else is going to fill it.Next after all these years they changed the pharmacy time on the weekends. Now my daughter has to go without her meds because they close at 6 but it says here on Google at 9.Good luck to this business when they move to the new location, cause if they carry over this horrible customer service, all that money for the new building will be for nothing. Nobody will want to come.

Called and asked for a product in stock. The guy who answered the phone was rude and said they didnt carry it. Unfortunately, I work for a larger CVS location so I know he wasnt checking. I walked right in and looked around to find it on the shelf. Smh disappointed and annoyed coming here.

I have had bad experiences with them saying that my medication is $200 and some dollars when they dont run it through my insurance and then I have sat on hold for like 30 minutes to an hour just to find out how much my medication is.
