WOW! Im in love with my new storm door and sliding door. The process was so easy. From ordering the doors to installing them. The installers did a great job, they were courteous, clean and fast. Thank you Steve and installers for making our house look nicer!

I recently had 15 windows replaced by ClearView Window & Door Company. The installation crew of 3 arrived right on time and asked where I wanted them to start so they wouldnt inconvenience me. They worked all morning, taking a short break for lunch, and finished the job early in the afternoon. They used drop cloths and vacuumed thoroughly when finished. The crew lead showed me how to operate the windows for cleaning. They were quick, efficient, and polite; and I would highly recommend this company.

First allow me to say i have called several companies. After leaving several messages and no call back. I called ClearView Elaina was a breath of fresh air to pleasantly answering the phone listening to my every need and putting me in touch with Sam. We worked with Shawn on a new slider for our kitchen. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. The installers were absolute pros and we couldnt be happier with our beautiful new door. Now, we are having them replace our basement door and look forward to another wonderful result.Update after the basement door installation: We worked with Shawn again to find a replacement basement door that wouldnt break the bank, and yet look great. ClearView window and door is the best because they make sure that you know what you are getting. I had very expensive Pella windows that failed and called Sam at ClearView to solve my problem. The windows Sam suggested and designed matched beautifully with my existing windows. The installation team was very professional and expert in the work they did. Plus the cost of my windows was very reasonable and the best part is Sam is very honest and professional suggesting only what you need - which tells you all need to know about Sam and his Company. I will need more replacement windows, which has already happened, and Sam is again solving my problem. If you have any doubts the best thing to do is look at work he has done and you will be very impressed.

I decided to go with Clearview Window and Door because they supported the radio station I listened to (Shine 95.1). However, because of my experience with this company I no longer listen to the station. I dont want to hear Sam or the station boast about the company. I had 2 doors and 27 windows installed in 2015. One door had defects in the glass and when the replacement was brought out it too had defects in the glass. We were asked to basically live with it. This door also needs to be propped open since it slowly swings to about halfway closed if not. The other door we had installed was a french door and although pretty, its not very sound proof nor does it seem energy efficient. Also, spiders get in with ease yet I dont see any holes. As for the windows, Ive had two crack on the inside pane of the double pane window and one that fogs up. One crack, maybe, but two must be poor craftsmanship. Now I realize Clearview Window and Door is just the installer and they dont make the windows or doors. However they boast about how great they are. They are not. Dealing with the first cracked window was okay. They reordered the window and when it arrived they came out and replaced it. When I called about the second window, they wanted to come out to the house and take measurements, etc. They also wanted to charge me over $200 as a service fee. After refusing they said I could send them a picture of the crack and the window label and let them know which sash it was (upper or lower). They would order it and when it arrived I could come pick it up and install it myself. Well this was January. It is now May. Every time I call I get the same song and dance. They dont know when it will come in, shipments come in on Wednesday, they are backed up. Last time I asked to speak to a manager and the woman I spoke with said someone will call me on Wednesday. That was 2 weeks ago. Bottom line is I would NOT recommend this company. Save yourself the headache and go through someone who actually manufactures the windows and doors you want installed.UPDATE: I received a phone call from Emily at Clearview Window and Door. My sashes are due in on the 22nd and they would like to come out and install them on the 23rd. They plan on talking with Okna to address the window issues I had/have. They also plan on talking with Homeguard to address the door issues I had/have.Clearview Window and Door is extremely apologetic for the experience Ive had and for the way I currently feel and is trying to rectify that. However until that is done, I will leave my rating as is. I do promise to update accordingly though.UPDATE 2: Today (4 June) Clearview Window and Door came out and replaced the two window sashes and fixed both issues I had with the doors. A search of Clearview Window and Door will result in plenty of positive reviews and they worked hard to rectify all my issues so that I too would have a positive review. A search of Okna windows will also result in plenty of positive reviews. They were a little slow in providing Clearview Window and Door with the replacement windows.Clearview Window and Door is definitely a company to consider if you are looking to replace your windows. They will work hard to make sure you have a positive experience. I cant explain why we had the issues we did. However, Clearview Window and Door fixed them all.

Clearview just completed the installation of gutter covers on the front and back of our house. They did a quality job. The two-man crew worked quickly and professionally. They were respective of our property and while working quickly, took time to assure the job was done correctly. Before attaching the covers, they cleaned the gutters thoroughly – even to the point of wiping the inside with rags to assure all debris was removed. Ricco, the primary installer answered questions I had as he worked.It is no surprise that this project was performed well. Clearview has done major projects for us in the past – including siding and new doors. Each time the work performed and material used was high quality. If you are looking for a company that is consistent with high quality performance while also offering reasonable prices, Clearview Windows & Doors is a company well worth consideration.

Were very pleased with the quality and appearance of the windows and professional installation. Excellent customer service from the salesman to the meticulous installers. The rooms are noticeably quieter as a result of the insulated glass and window frames. We highly recommend Clearview Window and Door and will use them for our next window project.

Had I written this post at the time of sale and install, I would have rated this company at 5 stars. Unfortunately, I have since learned that my windows and sliding doors were installed into rotten wood (which I was not informed about) and Clearview Window and Door has been unwilling to work with me.Upon contacting Clearview about the discovered rot in my home, sending them photos, inviting them to come and see the rot (which several contractors and the insurance company all indicated had to have been there for many years) and which two of my double windows and both of my sliding doors had been installed into, I found them screening my calls and unwilling to work with me.I had to pay to have the windows and doors removed and reinstalled after my home was repaired. Had they told me at the time of install about the issues, it would have saved me not only the removal and reinstall but would have reduced the amount of ongoing rot and necessary repairs within my home. Per their own policy they are to notify the home owner of any rot found and will not install into rotten wood, which they clearly did. I simply wanted Clearview to reinstall my doors and windows once the wood had been repaired, without additional expense, and so as not to void any warranties (install, window, or otherwise). As they were unwilling to return my communications I am having to pursue legal action.The sales rep and the installers were very friendly but I will never recommend or use this company again. It is rare that I would write a 1 star review, normally I can find something redeeming about a company or product, but this company was clearly only interested in my sale and not my future purchases or referrals.I am including a few pictures to give you an idea of the extent of the rot and how it could NOT have been missed by the installers.

The Installation team arrived on time and were respectful of our home. They used floor mats to reduce dirt being tracked in and were very polite. The installation went very smoothly and our questions were all answered. The originally scheduled installation date was delayed due to COVID-19 related production issues beyond Clearviews control, but it was well worth the wait. The new windows made a tremendous difference in the road noise and drafts in the house.Thanks for the great service

We had Clearview perform work on our house including window, door and roof replacement. Everything was good until the finish on the door hardware started to deteriorate. We called and sent pictures of the issue. They ordered new hardware. after three months and several phone calls the issue was resolved. So being satisfied with their work I called to schedule an estimate for a new stormdoor for my 87 year old mother. The day of the appointment, I received a call form Emily to verify the address. The appointment was for 2:30 PM. The salesman, Nick shows up at 3:00PM. I DID NOT recieve a call stating they were running late. So Nick arrives at 3:00 PM comes in I make the introductions, tell him what we need and he says he needs to get measurments. He then tells us we need to put masks on. So I tell Nick that he is not telling us that we have to wear maks in our own house. At this point he says he cannot proceed without us putting masks on. So I tell Nick to pack up and get out. I also thank him for showing up 1/2 hour late for the scheduled appointment. Nick proceeds to tell me that he tried calling but had the wrong number. I told him that it was a problem between him and his office because they had the proper contact information. I again told him to pack up and get out. He stated that there was no need to talk like that. I called the office to speak to the owner and was told by Emily that they were notified about what happened and proceeded to tell me that Nick had an appointment with a customer and was called a few days later to be informed that the customer tested positive for covid. I asked her to have the owner call me and she said I would be receiving a call from the general manager. I told her I wanted to speak to the owner. In looking back on the situation, It could have been handled better by both of us. All he had to do was to socially distantce himself, take the measurements, ansewr my questios and provide a price.

I am disappointed. I was hoping to get 2 estimates on a door job. I stopped by Clearview, got information, all seemed good. Was told someone would call me next week. No call. Called myself. Was told someone would call me. No call. Im going with the other guy.

I have received so many compliments on my new door, installed by Clearview. Thanks to Nick, who helped me design the door, Marty, who installed the door and the office staff, who were quick to respond to any questions. I wont hesitate to use their services again.

We live in a 1923 home in Parkville, and we got 5 clear view windows, some very large, that have been maintenance free ever since. We called one day because we couldn’t lock the windows, and they came out immediately as well as showing us how to operate the windows. It’s safe to say that I will be calling again soon for my upstairs windows.

Clearview installed 34 Provia replacement windows into my house that was built in 1929. Clearview did an amazing install and dealt with many old house issues with ease and experience. The new windows add a new flare to our house and we are thrilled to have windows that open. The external metal wrappings actually make the house look fresh and detailed. New windows made a huge improvement to my house and I don’t miss the old windows at all! Thank you Clearview!

UPDATE: Siding was installed this month, February 2021. The company hired Steve as General Manager and he has been very responsive. Honestly Steve’s communication and professionalism is the reason I am changing this rating from 1 to 3 stars. I am happy with the installation however, I am not able to provide a 5 star rating for the length of time it took for installation.Buyer beware, do not give your hard earned money to CLEARVIEW WINDOW & DOOR COMPANY. We purchased siding in early March 2020, and still don’t have a date for installation. Sam Hammaker, President of the company, made several trips to our house prior to us signing any contracts, then promptly disappeared. We needed windows and siding and Mr. Hammaker convinces is that having them installed together would create a “better seal”. Clearview’s estimate was $4,000.00 higher than the company we hired but, we agreed to move forward with Clearview for the promise of a tighter sealed home with simultaneous installation of both windows and siding. Windows were installed in June, 2 months after the contract estimated date and only after many calls and messages from us and days waiting to hear from anyone from Clearview. The window installer went as far as to say that Sam told him not to seal the windows because we were having siding installed and it all should be sealed together. However, here we are 5 months from window installation and still no siding or date for installation. Once we handed Clearview the $8,400.00 required for siding deposit we have not had one instance of them reaching out to us with updates or explanation for delays. We get it, COVID hit however, we have been more than patient as confirmed by the lawyer we spoke with. We requested a refund and were informed that we would only receive half of our deposit as materials had already been ordered. Materials aren’t doing me any good sitting in a warehouse. Only after filing a complaint, with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC),which we told them we were going to do, did They pretend to schedule installation. Their response to the MHIC was that they tried to schedule install for the week of 5 October (20 weeks past the contracted estimate start of 8-10 weeks) but, that they didn’t hear back from us in time. We only learned of the 5 October date AFTER 5 October had already passed. We have given this company every opportunity to make things right and do the job for which they were hired. We still need siding and Clearview says it will be another “few months” from now November 2020, before they can schedule installation. It looks as though we are going to have to wait for an MHIC hearing to have the full $8,400.00 refunded.

While we had purchased new front and back doors from ClearView several years ago, I damaged the closing device on the back storm door. When I spoke to their repairman I made sure to tell him that I knew we were long out of warranty, and that I was willing to pay to get a new attachment for the storm door. Bottom line: very pleasant gentleman arrived the next day, installed a working device, and their was no charge. He was great -- a continuation of the first-rate service ClearView began when they first installed the doors.

What a transformation! I can not begin to say how impressed we are with our new windows. We did the whole house, so 24 total windows. The installers were extraordinary, kept a very clean job site, and did beautiful work. It felt very good to order local, and not pay an exorbitant fee to have one of the big names. We did multiple quotes, and it wasn’t even close. The no-hassle salesperson was pretty refreshing as well. Highly recommended!

Looking for a new door and storm door for our home was a little overwhelming at first until we came across ClearView Window & Door Co.. First and foremost, we found the products they sell to be of high quality and at a great value. I was thoroughly impressed with the many options and price ranges that they offered which definitely fit within our budget. Nick Nicholson, who was there and has been by our side every step of the way, has been nothing short of stellar! He was very patient and took a no pressure stance on our purchase. He walked us through the order every step of the way as well as been very responsive, even in off-hours/days. Additionally, he answered any questions we had in order for us to feel comfortable with our purchase and the process. I would absolutely recommend ClearView and specifically Nick for any door/storm door needs.

Clearview replaced all the windows in my house and two sliding glass doors. They did a great job and were done quickly and cleaned up when they were completed. One window had a crack 3 months later and they came back out immediately to replace. I would highly recommend the company.

Clearview has local offices that welcome walk ins. I had already heard from other companies that would not leave my house. I felt no pressure to purchase and Nick and Sam were each willing to work with me until I found exactly what I wanted. I purchased a fiberglass front door and a slider for the deck. The front door is gorgeous and cost the same as a standard design fiberglass door from another installer. The slider was much more affordable. Both doors were professionally installed in an afternoon. I immediately saw energy savings.I also replaced my deck, which took all summer to complete. I believe they wanted to ensure that every aspect was perfect, which they did. One hold up was a drainage issue under the deck that I had not gotten resolved before they arrived to work. Clearview was willing to address these issues and created a beautiful space under the deck with my original bluestone. They added the necessary retaining walls to remove my swamp and I could not be happier with the result. Clearview took the extra time to ensure a job well done for me without ignoring their other customers.Danny is an excellent craftsman and he reconstructed the screened in area of my deck to my specifications. He listens carefully to ensure that the work is done well the first time.

Great to deal with a company that stands by their work and products. Years after having windows installed, the paint on a sill flaked off. They came out and installed a new one. Looking good!

A good friend recommended ClearView after we were disappointed with a consultation from another big name window company. The rep from ClearView was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy AT ALL! He was pleasant, answered all my questions, and gave me the time to think over the decision and discuss with my husband (the other company pressured me with order right now and save 3%).It took about 6 weeks to get the windows installed after we ordered, but installation was so quick. 5 windows in under 3 hours! The installers were very friendly and courteous. They made sure to vacuum and clean up as they went along. When finished, they showed me everything, how to open, and made sure every window was perfect. The windows look beautiful! Even after a few days I can tell our ac isnt running as much because these windows arent drafty at all like our old ones were.We will definitely use this company again and highly recommend!

This company is not answering our calls and no one calls us back. We were patiently waiting the installation of our doors with the 8-12 week time frame, as told. We called and emailed for 2 weeks before we reached anyone and were told they were going to check on it and get back to us. Nick N. (our salesman) nor anyone else emailed or called back with an update. So we had to advance to stalker level because these people have our money and we want updates on the service purchased. We finally reach someone by phone and were told they were behind because the manufacturer was closed during the initial COVID response and just opened back up.Why did we have to stalk this company to find out these details? If they knew that, they shouldve called their customers and let us know. I am 100% sure they didnt find this out 12 weeks later, so why couldnt they have let us know when we called and emailed?So someone finally informs that our door is complete and it should be installed in 2 weeks ( today, 7/27/20 ) which, for total transparency, would make it 16 weeks after our initial order was placed. Fine, we understand. We were told wed receive a call for scheduling the installation. Well by last thurs, we still hadnt heard anything about scheduling, so we proactively called to get it scheduled. It is now monday and still, no one has answered our phone calls or returned any of our messages.We emailed Nick this morning asking for a full refund.Clearviews customer service has been most unfortunately horrible, and it feels like we may have possibly entered a scam? They only take checks or cash, which is already sketchy. But to render your customers helpless and informed when you have thousands of our dollars, is irresponsible as a company and will place a sour taste in anyones mouth. We are truly frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication and poor carryover of services. Why wasnt the resolution to contact your customers? We ordered our door DURING the pandemic, so if the manufacturer was closed while marketing and taking orders for their services, then they were already aware that a delay was a possibility and we shouldve been informed from the get go. Answering the phone during your business hours is one of the most simple things a company can do. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get something fixed within their warranty. SMH.update:After weeks of frustrating emails and calls, early august, they finally got our door in.The first time they came to install, i took off work to be home and they didnt even have the whole door!literally missing a whole half of double door. We begrudgingly reschedule. I Took off work, yet again and they get all the way to the house and the installer looks at the door and sees the door is flawed and has to send it back. instead of calling us, and canceling the order like we asked and made very clear, they quickly reordered another door to lock me back in this contract. Never doing business with this company again. All excuses and no solutions.

Sammie and Dan arrived in time, worked diligently and completed my new window install quickly efficiently and expertly. They cleaned their work area as they installed and left my home looking spotless. I wouldn’t use anyone but Clearview for windows and door!

The top sashes of some windows I had purchased through ClearView had become cloudy. Danny came out to inspect them and agreed that replacement was in order. He took care of the problem with utmost professionalism. Once the windows arrived, Danny was on time and did a great job getting the replacements installed. Danny & ClearView are a pleasure to work with.

UPDATE 7/28/2020: This past week ClearView installed the windows we were waiting for. The company contacted us after our review and helped to dispel some confusion. I still refuse to work with the salesman we had. His name is Shawn. It seems his dishonesty was the source of our issues. The windows and door are excellent. The installers did a great job. They were friendly and conscientious of current safety standards for Covid. I will use their services again when we are ready to install more windows. As I stated above I will not work with Shawn anymore.ClearView has adopted deceptive practices and poor customer service sometime within the past several years. At our previous home we had great service from ClearView. We have had nothing but problems with them in our new home in the past year.First, we ordered a new kitchen door. My wife and the salesman agreed on the services that would be completed. The salesman forgot to relay one of our requests to the installer. The issue was never fixed and ClearView began giving us the run around.In April of this year, 2020, ClearView contacted us and advised they were slow on business because of the pandemic and therefore offering deals on new windows. We have a house full of windows that need replacing so we agreed to have our sunroom windows and door replaced.To begin with, the salesman quoted us an offer but then apparently provided the wrong code to the lender so we were given a different interest rate than promised. We really wanted the room done so we ignored it because we were going to pay the loan off fast enough for the interest rate to not be a problem anyway.For a company that was hurting for work it took them a while to come out and do the final measurements and order the windows. 8 weeks later after repeatedly calling and emailing the company, we finally got a hold of an employee who advised their window manufacturer has been closed and only recently opened with 50% staffing. Meaning they are backed up and cannot provide a timeline of when our windows will be ready to be installed.ClearView windows deceived us and intentionally hid this information from us. We are again getting the run around. Everyone we contact says thats not my department, call again.Our loan is getting closer to the date we are required to begin paying on it and we have not had a pennies worth of work or customer service completed for this project from a so called slow time for business.They know exactly what they are doing and it is wrong. If they do not fix this quickly I will be cancelling the loan and taking my business elsewhere for the rest of my house.I will no longer be recommending this company to anyone I know.The only reason I gave them two stars was because they used to do great and reliable work. It seems that is no longer their model.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Clearview. From the very beginning, I didn’t feel pressured to buy windows. I didn’t feel like they tried to sell me the most expensive window, then eventually made me a “deal” just to get a sale.The installation for the windows occurred much sooner than the time frame they stated. Sam installed my windows and he did a great job. He was very professional. He did a wonderful job afterwards and cleaned up thoroughly.I received a follow-up call to see if I was satisfied with the job done. I voiced that I was hesitant after having the windows installed because it rained hours after the installation, but I was re-assured if I have any problems to give Clearview a call.

We had Clearview replace our old, foggy patio door. We can see the world again through this magnificent, well engineered door. The quality of the door is superior. The instillation was fast, efficient, neat. Very pleased.

Update #2: I have increased my rating to 5 stars after having our windows and door installed in June 2020. We are very happy with the product and enjoyed our experience with the install team. Modi and his team did an awesome job, even replacing some rotted wood around the door for minimal extra expense. They did a quick job and the windows look great and are a huge improvement. We are still considering ClearView for when we update the windows in the rest of our old colonial.Update: I have increased my rating after being quickly contacted by administration. Emily was very understanding and worked hard today to solve all of our current issues. Our install date is on the books, and we will update with a 5 star rating once our new windows, door, and trim are installed. Emily was courteous, understanding, and truly affected by our situation, showing her care for the companys reputation. In the future, we will work with a different salesman.We have been ClearView customers for over 5 years, spanning two houses and over 20k$, and the ClearView of today is NOT the same as even 5 years ago. We are incredibly disappointed with the sub par business practices and lack of communication/customer service. Their product is excellent (only reason it is a 2 star ratings instead of one), business practices are far from it.First of all, we had a window and door replaced late last year in our kitchen. We requested and paid for the trim to be replaced along with the casing. We brought home a newborn foster placement the day the door was installed (so did not even notice the issues until after the holidays). The trim was not removed, yet we paid for it. Upon repeated questioning over MONTHS, we were finally told the contractor decided to keep the current trim instead of replace it with what we paid for. The contractor was paid to pull the trim off and put it back on, so the difference was inconsequential to ClearView and they offered to come and replace the trim or apply the difference to our current contract, which is financed. I requested a refund which I have not received. I email the salesman and never hear from him unless I call him directly.Onto our current contract signed in March. We had been talking about replacing leaking windows and a door in our sunroom. It needs it. We received a call saying ClearView was slow and they would give us a deal. We were given a quote and finance options.1. The code given us initially was not the rate or monthly amount offered.2. We were told they would be out to measure in 1-2 weeks. It took almost a month.3. We were told production and manufacturing was still open and accepting new orders.4. We were told the 8-12 week install was still accurate.Here we are 8 weeks later with NO contact about our new windows and door. I called today and spoke with someone (not usual office staff) for a status update and they were surprised that NO ONE told me that the manufacturer was closed for 2 months and just opened back up and they are incredibly behind. I was told my information would be forwarded to the manager, instead of being transferred or given a number for the manager like I asked. I called our salesman and he basically said it wasnt his fault or responsibility. Their business and customer service practices are subpar and after we (ever) receive our windows and door (which will probably go into repayment BEFORE THEY ARE INSTALLED), we will no longer be working with ClearView unless they make some HUGE changes.

Let me start off by saying that I have been a Clearview customer for over 10 years, with projects completed by them at 2 different homes. However, the Clearview today is not that same company that I have dealt with in the past. The reason I am taking the time to post this review is to warn other existing or potential customers to be very careful giving this company money up front. On Dec 2, 2019 we signed a contract for new house and shed siding with Clearview and provided our 1st deposit. Although the contract’s standard start date was 8-12 weeks, the salesman told us there should be no problem having the job completed by Feb 13 when my husband would be going out of town for 2 weeks. On Jan 10 we were required to pay our 2nd deposit for the final measurements and ordering of materials so we thought everything was on track to get done before Feb 13, however when we were visited 2 more times for “final” measurements, we started to get very concerned and found out that the materials hadn’t even been ordered. We reached out to the owner, Sam Hammaker, who just kept quoting that they were still within the 12-week contract term and didn’t think they could complete the job by Feb 13. We eventually came to an agreement to postpone the start of our job until Mar 2 when my husband would be back from his trip to oversee things. On Mar 2, Clearview delivered some material and sent a carpenter to remove and enclose 2 of the shed windows, indicating that the siding installers would be arriving the next day. He requested our 3rd deposit which was required per the contract for the start of installation, which we made. The carpenter completed just a few hours of work that day, and neither him nor a siding crew arrived the next morning. After contacting the office, they eventually sent the carpenter back out in the afternoon to finish a few touch ups on the 2 window removals, but he had no information for us concerning the siding installation. Come to find out, Clearview didn’t even have a crew assigned or available to start our job when they sent the carpenter and an incomplete delivery of materials, but still collected our next deposit. Fortunately, we used a credit card to make our deposits, and it wasn’t until we threatened to file a dispute with our credit card company for the payment that Sam finally took us serious and scurried to find a crew to do our job. Luckily for Sam, and for us, he had a relationship with the owner of Baltic Custom Construction who had a subcontractor available to come do our siding job. Darius arrived and assured us that he would have the rest of the materials delivered and that he would personally handle our job and oversee the installation of the siding. Darius’ subcontractor arrived on Mar 5 and the job was completed on Mar 9, 14 weeks after signing the contract. If I had to recommend anyone, it would be Baltic Custom Construction who did a very nice job.

Sam with Clearview, listened to me and understood what I wanted, and found a way to get it for me. The windows are tight as a drum, slide using your little finger, and are obviously the highest quality windows manufactured by OKNA which is the brand I wanted from reading many reviews. The problem with other windows installers is, you ask for a certain brand that you have researched and selected, and they come back with a window with another model name, so you cant compare them and dont know what you are getting. Clearview was not like that. I got exactly what I wanted for a few thousand more than my second choice, but it was well worth it.

ClearView Window and Door company is a very reputable and honest local business. We have had the opportunity to work closely with them and see many examples of their work. They are an authorized Marvin retailer and installer so you know you are getting a quality product and that it will be installed properly too.

There is no way to contact them during off hours. Call to leave a voicemail and the call is disconnected after 10 rings. And there is no email platform for contacting the office. Also, if you need repair on previous work, make sure you save your paperwork. They do not keep track of previous work done.

Good quality work, but I signed a contract that said the work would be done in 6-8 weeks, and it took over 12 weeks for the work to be completed.

Our team has worked for Clearview as a subcontractor. They owe us over $20,000 in completed work (for which they have been fully paid by their customers). They have continued to make excuses while their debt stacked up. The last time I asked them to pay their balance, they promised they would pay if I handled one more roofing job. I am not willing to do work for companies that cannot pay for works performed.I would be very careful doing business with businesses that do not pay their installers.We will be taking legal action.

I had Clear View replace my worn roof in 2011. What professionals. I was so impressed with Sam, the owner. With some companies you feel like you are getting your arm twisted. Never with Clear View. I heard Clearviews ad on WCBM and decided to check them out on my way home from work. Sam educated me on what to look for in a window even if I didnt purchase from him. I was impressed with the demo and the no pressure sales pitch. After receiving the estimate, I decided to have Clearview replace all my windows (14). Since the windows are custom built to order it took longer than expected to arrive but I was informed of that. The install team did a great job and cleaned up afterward. I couldnt be happier with the process and the windows. I noticed an immediate temperature consistency from room to room when I arrived home. Will definitely recommend Clearview. We worked with Clearview for the purchase and installation of a Marvin Infinity series sliding glass door. I was very satisfied with the salesman (Joey) and the installation team but we had issues with communication with the office regarding the long delay in installation due to manufacturer delays, and some minor issues with the final Marvin product. My husband and I made several calls to the office to check on the status of the door and did not receive a call back or an update during our call until multiple attempts were made. As for the product, we are mostly happy. There are some joints on the exterior where it looks like an excess of sealant pushed through the joint which is disappointing given the high price. Also, the screen does not close shut without banging up against a piece of the frame due to it not being straight (you can see that it bows outward). The installation team promptly returned our calls and attempted to fix and mostly corrected the issue but its a manufacturing defect. We appreciate the hard work of the sales and installation teams, and the door is an upgrade from our prior door.

I am getting ready for my second project with Clearview Windows and Doors. In 2017, I had a metal security door installed by Clearview to cover the outside steps leading to my basement. The crew did an excellent job. Their system of having a representative come to the house, take the time to hear what your expectations are, and provide you with all the pertinent information that you need, was more than I expected. Their customer service is exceptional. At that time, they also did a few other repaIrs in the basement area, all perfectly done.This summer I will be installed new windows and 2 new doors in my house. I am excited about having this work done by a company that I would recommend 100 percent.
