Sending gun from out of state to my home in Baltimore. Called to get information. Person on the phone was condescending. He got attitude when I asked him about proceedure for storing and handling the .357 before I got back in town and the 10 day waiting period. He said I dont know what the problem is-it has a serial number!!!! Yes and serial number or not it can be stolen-even from the gun shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unbelievably rude, inconsiderate, degrading customer service. No wonder theres never anybody in this store.
