Black Owned and Amazing! They are very personable, professional, kind and down to earth! It’s my boyfriend’s and my one stop shop for fruit bowls, smoothies, seamoss and pressed juices! Prices are fair for the quality you get! I don’t need to go anywhere else! Hard to see from the road but look for the green lawn flag!! Try it out!

Very pleased by the service. We were greeted with Such style and grace. We stated it was my daughter and i 1st time and wasn’t sure what to get. the hostess was very professional and knowledgeable of the products she made ordering a breeze. Great selections to choose from, there’s something for everyone, and the prices are amazing. Overall I’m glad we tried it the bowls were on point and the juice was amazing . This has officially become my go to spot.

1215 Global Health and Wellness popped up on my Instagram when I was looking for Black owned businesses in Baltimore and I added them to my list of places to try. Thankfully, I was able to give them a visit today and Im so glad I did! Once I came in, I was greeted and directed to the menu. Theres a TON of options here, and they all looked so good! Lee nicely and quickly talked me through the three options I was hung up on (the Banana Pudding, the Shrek, and the Poet) and I ended up selecting the small Poet bowl with almond butter granola and the Chefs Special juice (apple, ginger, mint, and pineapple). At just under $15 for a bowl and a juice, this place definitely gives you great bang for your buck! In the past, I havent been too thrilled by smoothie bowls. However, THIS ONE RIGHT HERE was so GOOD! It was super refreshing on a humid day and had an excellent flavor profile, plus the fruit was so fresh! I cracked open the juice on my drive home and it was perfect--I am a ginger fan and this baby had a nice kick of ginger! With it being a short drive from Towson, Ive definitely found my favorite juice and smoothie place in Baltimore--see you later Plant Bar and Pure Raw. If youre looking for a new wellness shop to try, run on over to 1215 Global Health and Wellness! Side note, theres free street parking available directly in front of the shop and on the street to the left of the shop.

Im officially addicted to 1215 Global. Ive tried several of the smoothie bowls and they were all fresh and delicious. Weve also purchased the sea moss wheat grass shots. They provide excellent customer service AND you dont have to wait forever to get your order.

I am so in love with 1215 Global health and wellness!!! I found them on Google last week and I can honestly say that I have been back twice since then. Its awesome to have a healthy, vegan option here in the Baltimore area. And its always great to support a small business and a Black owned business! The owners name is Lee.
