I’ve been coming here for years and Arabica never gets old. The owners are amazing and always make it a great experience. I don’t smoke a lot of hookah but when I come here, I have to because it’s so good! Highly Recommend

The guy taking my order didnt understand anything I was saying I wanted a frozen mocha and a muffin, I got my muffin but ended up with 2 hot coffee. Im giving 3 stars because that muffin was delicious and that was the best coffee I have had in a while... even though I didnt get what I wanted it was still good...

This is is a hide a way for me. I usually spend an afternoon off sipping coffee and smoking hookah. Recently went after the pandemic and found that they have replaced all the furniture in the lounge. One day need to go watch a game and smoke some hookah with friends

I remember going here in the mid nineties...such a great coffee place and to sit inside or out with friends to catch up or sit and read or people watch...now its a hooka bar and they play hip hop ...this not a place to go to mentally remove yourself from the world.....not what it used to be and its very disheartening

Bica used to be my go-to hookah bar, but then regular staff like Ben and Jordan moved on and it hasnt really been the same since. I still like both of the brothers who own the place, but I miss the access to an aux cord to play your own music from your phone. Also, they revamped the lounge, so its up to you whether you like the new bright aesthetic or the old darker vibe. Only real complaint is the quality of the hoses now. Cheap and disposable plastic doesnt compare. So not what it was, but still an alright place to chill.

One of my favorite hookah bars. They are decently priced. They give you 4 coals to start out with. They give you the tools you need to move your coals. The hookah is always clean, they pack the bowl correctly so the tobacco doesnt burn too quickly. They have comfy furniture. On top of having wonderful hookah they also have snacks and deliciously made coffee with a full fledged espresso bar.

Excellent service, a great place to socialize with friends or get work done. Coffee is excellent and if you enjoy Hooka, Arabica is an excellent location with a variety of great flavors.I have been visiting Arabica prior to the new owners and will say they have done a fantastic job adding life back in to once was a dull, semi decent coffee shop.

I met a few friends up here on a whim. I really enjoyed myself! I wont lie to you guys, I didnt partake in any Hookah or coffee. Just a Modelo ( most places dont carry Modelo..so that was a pleasant surprise )You know what I really loved about this place?I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door.The energy was a this is your home, so just relax type of vibe.I felt safe and content and thats priceless to me.It was clean too. Thats ALWAYS a bonus.

Got in just after 11 pm, was told the $10 charge magically became $20 after 11 pm, not mentioned when I called to check 2 hours before. Three girls walked past without paying anything at all. Mind you, maybe it is because my friend and I are white as, and the lovely ladies walking past were not. Went to order my hookah and a drink for myself. Was quickly attended by the barman to be served double vodka and water instead of double vodka and sprite. Hookah came lopsided as it wasnt fully sealed down on the rubber, with coals on it so there was no way to fix it without removing the coals. Funnily enough with no tongs to turn the coals, so that wasnt a possibility. No new coals ever came, and it took forever to start the hookah.Tried a second vodka, but found it too was vodka and water, instead of vodka and sprite. Dancing is amazing if you are into hip hop, which I am. Will never return to here though, clearly you either need to be a known face or maybe being a white girl is offensive to the staff here. Thanks for a sub par night in Parma Heights.Much disgust from Australia...

Nice place and hookah

Poor service, no selection, filthy dirty inside. All around creepy vibe. This coffee shop must be under different ownership...it used to be a nice stop for a variety of coffee drinks and gourmet desserts. Not any longer. Will never go back. Not the type of establishment we need here in our city.

Visited for the first time tonight for girls night out and it was fantastic. The staff was so nice and super helpful with our hookah and the coffee was delicious. The mysterious candy coffee (butterscotch and caramel) is to die for!

Definitely one of the most relaxing chill spots around. Clean cool friendly customer service. I am 45 Im big on customer service and I take all my friends there anytime we go out.. love to show this place to my friends when looking for something fun to do. Plenty of options for food drinks and seating. Hands down love this place!

Arabica was one of my favorite coffee shops. I thought they all closed. It was a pleasant surprise finding this one and everything was A-1.

Ive been coming to this place for hookah for years now and the service just keeps getting better. What can I say! A good assortment of flavors, music is kinda hit or miss, depending on what youre into, but the atmosphere here is nice and if the weather is nice enough, you can take it outside. Nice!

Ive frequently visit this location and hands down its the best Hookah Cafe in my area. Professional, clean, large variety of Hookah flavors. Great atmosphere...I will return again.

Honestly one of the best coffee houses in Cleveland, not only do they have coffee but they also have smoothies, tea and other drinks. The hookah is also great. Beautiful patio. This place is a blast on the weekends!

Doors wide open but the only person around was on her phone and didnt acknowledge me. After standing at the counter for a while, I finally just left. Place was dark, dirty, and reeked of smoke. This is not at all what I expect from the Arabica brand. I recommend those actually looking for coffee go elsewhere.

Hookah is great. Nice environment. Outside patio is nice during the summer. Staff is very friendly and always thinks about the customer first. Would definitely recommend it to others

Favorite hookah bar / coffeehouse to go to been going there for about six or so years.

Was in area and stopped in cause i enjoyed the old Arabica and the fresh Phoenix coffee they served. This spot a little different, but coffee still respectable. This spot serves alcohol, have hookahs and a cool vibe.

One of my favorite places to go with my friends especially the downstairs area on the weekends with the dj & stuff

Let me start by saying me and my friends have been to many hookah bars in the area and this stands out by far the most but only because the service sucked and and the employees were very rude. I personally will never come back to this place or recommend to any one and Ive been here a couple times and treated the same way each time also if you dont like untrained dogs the owner just lets them run loose and it doesnt help that they drag the dogs around when they misbehave.

Worst hookah ever. 2 minutes and you are done!! When you ask them to check whats wrong with it; they offer you refill and charge you $10 and give you same $hit*.

Before the plague the hookah was a fun experience! Looking forward to doing it again someday.

Owners are nice guys. Service is good. Can’t wait for the summer patio. I’m also glad they got rid of Kevin or Phil (guy with long hair and winter skully on) he made the hookahs terrible.

Definitely an interesting place. Not always the cleanest or best service, but is a great place to hang out. They also let you bring food in.

Servers can be inattentive. Coals are scarce and the shisha selection is sparse. The service to get your hookah out is asap service however and the coffees and stuff are always spot on wonderful.

Not a place to study, or get coffee for that matter. Atmosphere isnt friendly to studying - there was a TV blaring in one room, and the other room was a hookah lounge. Even with no one there smoking hookah, the room still smelled like it. No music or any indication that this was a coffee shop (other than the name). The coffee didnt even smell or taste like coffee. Also, the carton of half and half on the counter was just sitting on the counter - not in an ice bath or a thermos. Im sure its a fun place in the evening to go smoke hookah with your friends if youre into that, but do not go here to study!

The bathroom smelled like vomit from the moment we walked in at 1030pm. The place cost money to go into and reentry was charged, what if someone needs to smoke. Oh well that was taken care of by a person who decided to smoke on the dance floor then throw his still on cigarette butt on the floor. The couches were ripped up and worn and there were cracks in the mirrors. The hookah was a bit over priced and the selections of liquors and beers was not adequate.

We felt very spoiled and taken care of. The food was fabulous, and they had an excellent selection of Scotch. Service staff was professional without being stuffy.

Cost $10 to come in, $18 to buy hookah, they have a basic selection of beers and liqours, and their bathroom smelled like vomit when we got their at 10pm. The sofas are worn down and there are cracks in the glasses on the walls. We did have a fun time anyways though.

The hookah here is horrible!!! None of the hookahs are clean all the flavors taste the same... they all taste terrible! The employees are very rude and its filthy thought the entire establishment. If you want to sit down and enjoy good hookah DONT go here!

There’s currently a portion of the ceiling hanging in the lounge which is clearly filled with mold, every chair was covered in burn marks, as well as the tables. The individual lounge rooms were all quite dirty.Though the staff was friendly.

Fun night but they give you wrist bands upon entry which seen hella pointless because theres no reentry. Bruh you cant have a no reentry sign up and its no AC down here. Also theres no smoking inside. With no reentry. Ive never been to a hookah bar it was illegal for me to smoke in. And each hookah was $18!! Where they do that at? But everyone was attractive so enter at your own risk/reward

Its cool most nights... some nights they decide to charge 20 to get in, it isnt worth it to pay that much to get in there....

Horrible latte. Was looking for an alternative to Starbucks, and this was not it. Latte was excruciatingly hot, espresso tasted burnt. Smelled horrible, guy behind the counter seems like he was half asleep. I had no idea what a hookah bar is and made the mistake of walking in here with my young son and father in law looking for a nice coffee shop to have a latte and chat. This is NOT the place for that.

Absolutely disgusting, the house blend is just all the old tobacco on the sink put in the bowl literally. Thats literally the house blend and thats all I have to say about this place 😂
