First time here! Huge store with wide variety of products. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Definitely will be back.

Good and local if you just need something to go. Selection is rather limited and most items are kinda over-priced and/or expensive products. But you may find something you need there if your lucky so its worth stopping by at least once. Most of their selection overall is not for the budget friendly consumer.

Their ok. They have a good selection, but vitrum is like 2 seconds down the road. Opens at 10am and open till 11pm and 12am on weekends. Not to mention they have a better selection than twisted. Just saying

I went to the twisted heads and bought a bong. a graphics they gave it to me in a paper bag I got home noticed I didn’t have a stem I called them. they assured me they put one in there but my walk from my truck to the door was about 10 feet there was no stem given.I’m sure it’s an employee hustle!

While the store is beautifully set up and very very clean, there was one guy there that will make me never walk in the store again! Even for a smoke shop, the rudeness and vulgarity towards his co workers, in my presence, was disgusting! I felt sorry for the girls and the one or two other people in the store that had to hear him. Long hair. Long beard. Didnt stick around to get a name.

Theze guyz (and galz) at Twisted Headz are awesome! Seriously though, I’ve been coming here for a couple years now for Kratom products and they are THE BEST. A genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy staff. The place is very well lit and clean. In fact, I joke with them about how they’re always cleaning when I go there. If you are looking for a NICE place to go for Kratom, CBD, and many other similar products and accessories, look no further. If they don’t happen to have a product or a brand you’re looking for, the staff always does their best to give you a personalized experience and assist you with whatever you need!

What a beautiful store and a beautiful selection of items. I found a pipe I really liked but it had smudges. I brought it to Seans attention. We had a pleasant conversation as he wiped them and quickly wrapped it up. He said it may be sticker glue. I did not notice these smudges were still present until I got home. They were permanent and as big as a thumbprint. Etching fluid I guess. What a terrible way to do business. I was not offered a discount or the ability to make an alternative choice. Just shove it in the bag take my money and smile to my face as though those smudges were gone. I suspect this place wont be in business long with this type of business model.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I didnt have much knowledge of CBD products, and they took the time to explain the different products, their potency, uses, and benefits. Ill definitely be back!

Cali and Sean are FANTASTIC!! I came in just browsing now sure of what I wanted. Not only did they take their time to show show me different pieces, they explained to me how everything was made and what might be best for me. They never got annoyed with my 100 million questions, and I left with an amazing hand pipe, that might even be my favorite to use. I really feel like if these two arent managers, they definitely should be. Theyre customer service skills are phenomenal. l will totally be coming back as long as they are there!!

Update: I cant say enough good things about the staff, they had received a 5 star review in the past and provided again that they really do understand how the customer base has grown. I will shout their praise to everyone I come into contact with. Twisted Headz will be a name that we hear more wonderful things about! Great little shop, they have done a great job keeping the feel of an old school smoke shop while being more modern and up to date with products. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very nice store and very helpful employees. Every time I have gone in I have had good conversation and worked with the employees to find something I really will enjoy. I felt welcome the first time I went in and always look for excuses to stop back in. Awesome selection and diligent in registering certain products for warranty, also checks ID every time. This is how a smoke shop should be run.

After going to my car and realizing that I bought the wrong thing, no more then 2-3 min i tried to exchange it for what i intended to get in the first place i was told no exchanges, but i didnt notice a sign, or informed of the policy before my purchases. I know this is a simple concept, but literally minutes where they clearly didnt get any use... plenty of head shops out there dont need to spend money on this very average location.

There was another review that said they were racially profiled here. My friend and I had a similar experience. A bearded gentleman treated my friend very poorly. We wont be coming back. If youre not white I would recommend avoiding this place.
