Excellent Customer services, I bought a generator and it wasnt powerful enough to power what I intended and they refunded me and waved the restocking fee. Amazing, and took the time to explain to me about what I would needed. Awesome my favorite place to buy tools. And I come to this one from the Eastside of town.

Excellent assortment of tools and items very reasonably priced as well. one of my favorite places to go for tools.

This was the last time I will shop there.I checked the website for a power converter, tried to call, no one answered so I checked availability on the website, it said available at the store. When I got there I couldnt find the product. I asked an associate who showed me similar products that were not on sale. He told me that they quite selling that product about a year ago, he also said that they always show them in stock even if they dont have it. I asked if I could get the sale price on a a similar item and was told that was not possible.

Good place for picking up things the box stores dont have or is a little cheaper.

I love this place. As a DIY guy I need tools that get the job done but not necessarily get it done 3 times a week for a decade. Just saying the value is good.

Folks in the store were helpful. I had difficulty finding the 2 items I wanted but an employee showed me where they were and I just plain missed them.

This is one of those store my hubby likes to go especially went hes doing anything to our jeeps since we do have more than one... and also anything else that needs to be around our house..he love this location very convenient.

My only issue is spending too much when I come to this store. I plan to go for 1 or 2 things. I walk through the entire store and walk out with 5 or more things. Lol.

A place to buy tools and things you dont use everyday

The quality of their materials / tools isn’t great, but it’s not always bad. It really just depends on what you’re purchasing.For example:I purchased a generic angle grinder a few years back. Yup they’ll sell you one for $15 (Keep in mind you get what you pay for).I don’t recommend buying this grinder UNLESS YOU’LL ONLY BE USING IT A FEW TIMES. Otherwise the POWER, SLIDE BUTTON may stop working for you, after a few projects.Otherwise, I recommend buying their top name brand grinder which is called HERCULES. It’s a good quality product at a really great price. $60.00 I believe! It’s just as good as those $100 > DEWALT, if not better.I’ve also-purchased some hands tools etc, and I’ve had great luck with them. Very good quality and priced to sell, out the door, with no regrets. Have fun shopping and be very careful, You just might buy too much.

My husband likes to go here some times instead of home depot or loews because some stuff is a little cheaper here.

Was looking for garden lightsHad just what I was looking for. And at a great price.

Was just at the Parma store around 12:30. There were 11 people waiting in line due to one register open. I had to walk to the back of the store and found two employee BSing with a customer to get another register open.

Good place to buy tools if you are aware of Harbor Freight as most of us are its a good place to be products are relatively good and prices are relatively cheap most items are always in stock weather advertised or not

Harbor freight is a great place to get tools. Theyre the cheapest tool store in town to get things locally. Most of their products are alright, but some of their tools (like their vice grips) seem to be clunkers.

Always was told, that if needed a tool for a quick project, come to Harbor Freight. I have tools that still function from here. I use HF for tarps, chains and other things related to vehicles.

Not happy today. I though Harbor Freight had good prices. Found out the better prices were for Members.When did they go to club member discounts.I guess I should have read the price tags better. I think I am done there. I have only been there a couple of times anyhow.

I think every guy loves Harbor Freight. A great selection of tools and hardware items at very reasonable prices. The only objectionable item for this location is having to pay Cuyahoga county sales tax (highest in the state)

Harbor Freight is good for the home handyperson. The have great tools for folks that use them infrequently. Avoid the battery powered tools, Ive never had a good experience with them. The straight edge/rulers are nice, long, straight and inaccurate. I have several that are off by a half inch in 48 inches. The wrenches are very good.

Pretty good place to shop and get some good cheapie tools that actually arent too shabby. Dont buy the little yellow emergency 12v air pumps though. I Kept telling someone to get a Wal-Mart hyper tough and they got some yellow pos chinese ting from here with a lamp switch on it. Burned their car to the ground and the pressure gauge on it didnt work.
