Great place. The sales associates are helpful and have given good advice. I used their online ordering and curbside pickup during covid for large orders, and just recently have been in the store. Theyre fast, friendly and Ive never had a problem with my orders.

First time Ive ever had a problem with a sherwin williams or any of its employees. Had no choice but to come to this one for work and the manager refused me service bc i didnt have a mask... Yet i have medical conditions i explained to him and dont give my card info to anyone(after having problems with sherwin williams double charging my account) and he refused me service.Interesting way to treat your pros... Especially those who have been using sw paint for more than 10 years... Guess home depot it is.

They are always very helpful. If they cant answer your questions they will put you in touch with someone who can. I also like the decorating service provided when you just need that paint selection and decorating help.

Seriously not the greatest. Young kid. Tried to use phone coupon-no help. Walking with a cane. He gave a cursory offer to carry two gallons of paint to my car. Declined. SW customer care has sure fallen off over the years. No wonder big box flourishes.

I waited behind customers that called in on the phone and received service before me. Also there were customers who were there before me looking at samples, but then just cut in front of others waiting in line and received preferential treatment because they were in the store first.
