Do not waste your time here. The staff can hardly be bothered to provide service and are extremely rude when they do. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location or a different company.
Had an appointment to get a hitch installed. When I showed up no one was at the desk. I saw the worker outside on their phone as I was walking in but she didnt come inside when she saw me. Someone else in the shop had to go get her. Then as I was waiting for my hitch to be installed, they came in and told me the part wasnt there. They said they texted me the night before to tell me but that was not true. The worker was rude and dismissive when I told her I didnt receive a text. Waiting for call back to reschedule and I cant schedule with another U-Haul while my appointment is still open there. I needed this installed for an upcoming trip and now this is a major inconvenience.
Worst customer service anywhere. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. Use Uhaul at Hauserman and Brookpark Rds.
Terrible. I use 4-5 U-Hauls every week for my business when we can’t use our trucks. I go to the one on Brookpark and have had a great experience. This one is terrible. They’re rude, not helpful, and charged me $250 for a 50 mile run because the inside was muddy. Lol it was raining outside I can’t help it! The radio didn’t work either. The door wouldn’t open, the vents were busted. I’m disputing the charge and never using U-Haul again.
Lady on the phone was very rude for no reason.
Showed up and they didn’t have the truck we scheduled an appointment for, available. Woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. Didn’t offer to transfer it to another store until another employee came over. She should not be working in customer service.
Recently had a tow hitch installed. Great experience compared to the first time I had one put on at another location. They were prompt, the installed looked clean and the tech looks like he took care in his work. Thank you for the good work!

I have been getting a hitch on my leases for years now and Uhaul has been my goto, best price hands down. The Snow Road location had a bad hitch, so I ended up having to go back. For my troubles they credited my account without any question. The install went well and looks great! I highly recommend them for your next install!
In a rather urgent situation, I walked about 45 minutes to get here, but forgot to bring a mask. I was turned away because there is no possible way to rent a truck if in not wearing a mask. Walked 45 minutes back to let everyone know were still SOL. Thanks.
I came in did my part and made sure I followed there policies and they upheld there part of the deal, I’m happy with everything it was in and out, I accidentally broke one of the seals for the covers they offer to rent and they did not charge me, they had the right to but did not, do your part follow the rules and they will too.. Seems most of these poor reviews are based on people getting there feelings hurt..

I wish I could give them LESS THAN 1 STAR. I got there at 7:53 and said I need some propane. He acknowledged me and continued on the phone. No problem. He gets off the phone at 7:58 and says there is no propane. I could have made it to another U-Haul by 8. But he waits to tell me theyre out of propane
On October 24th we had a hitch placed on a car, they were able to get us in the same day and took less than the 2 hours noted, we were able to walk across the street to post and beam and have a good lunch. Many times we have rented from this uhaul location and once had a bad experience but that was to lack of employees and call offs, and the girl was alone doing all she could. Every time we drop off someone is always around. They always have what we need when we need it.
I will never use U-Haul as a whole company ever again. They charged me $52 when I arrived to pick up my van which originally told me $35 but I did it anyway because I needed it. Then when I brought the U-Haul van back they charged me $73! Now almost three weeks later while I’m at work they charged my card another $45. When I called I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer.
Stood in line for almost half an hour. Very slow service. Then once It was my turn, the lady couldn’t even properly put in an order for an appliance dolly. I literally stood there for all that time for nothing. I would recommend going to a different U-Haul or Another company. If I could give negative stars I would

This U-haul location has a very small lot. If delivering after hours make sure you are comfortable maneuvering a trailer in a tight place. Typical U-haul. Spend the extra money and go Penske if you can. If on a tight budget U-haul gets the job done. The location in West Park is much larger and has more inventory.
These guys installed trailer hitch and harness on our SUV last summer. I and our two young children waited over 4.5 hours even though I made an appointment ahead of time. 8 months later, lights no longer work, harness module shorted out, killed our battery. The harness is under a two year warranty. Fingers crossed that it doesnt take half a day this time around. :(
Okay, I was prepared to write a bad review because I had a1 oclock appointment but they were over an hour late, but they were professional apologetic and I got my hitch installed in less than 20 minutes. The only charged me $30 for labor every other place in town wanted over 75.I am pleased with the service I did receive.
I stood in line for 45 minutes to get my truck. They didn’t have the size that they had guaranteed on my reservation. They did upgrade me to the next size, which was nice, but one of the mirrors was broken on the truck making it really unsafe to drive. Finally, the charged me for 9 gallons of gas even though I only want 40 miles.
I have tried to call this location over and over. I am either hung up on or put on hold with no one talking. How are people supposed to get ahold of you?
Ive been standing in line for close to 20 minutes. When we first walked in no one was at the desk. Finally an employee comes in with some guy and seems like theyve been chatting it up for a while. Woman was waiting ahead of us and could tell she was getting impatient looking around for someone. Employee helping her keeps making jokes that you can tell she doesnt have the for. He goes to print her contract and printer doesnt work. The other guy I guess works here and tries to fix printer. Whole time theyre laughing and carrying on. Never heard a sorry from either of them for wasting anyones time. If you want to waste your time, come here.
Manager did not even acknowledge me when I came in. After standing in front of his counter for about a minute (he was too busy with paperworkto acknowledge me) he told me to go to the next register and somwone would help me soon.Totally rude and he was demeaning to the employee helping me. I do not see how this guy is a manager let alone working with the public.
Can Never Fail with Supervisor Mark HailRecently I needed help tying up a scooter into the back of a uhaul, something Ive never done before. Supervisor Mark Hail was more than happy to help out and took considerable time and effort to make sure my precious cargo was secure and ready for the 8 hour haul.
Ive used this location a few times and has excellent service. The trucks are clean and problem free.
I came in last minute and Mark made sure I was taken care of, any delay in getting my problem fixed could hurt my business. I will always go here and trust their excellent work!
Waited 25 minutes to buy a couple moving accessories at this location after being told I couldn’t return unused boxes without a receipt at the Kamm’s corner location even though they had digital record of my purchase. Not happy with these people.
Terrible. Tried to rent a U Box. No one could give me a shipping date. Could never speak to someone at the location on the phone. I just kept getting directed to a national call center who would leave messages for the location to call me back for dates. I never got a call. I had to use another company because I could not get any answers.
Normally I dont take time to review places wether good or bad. Some companies and associates have good days and some have bad days. But my latest experience with uhaul was truely unbelievable. I rented a truck and picked it up with no issues. I loaded everything up, drove to my new house and unloaded everything. Upon trying to return the truck, the battery was completely dead. I called this location and they sent out road side assistance, these guys got the truck jumped and I was on my way 30 mins later. Upon returning the truck, I go to pay, and the people working informed me that the road side assistance was $150. But it is your truck, I explained. And why was I never told about the $150? I am not one of those people who get irate and start swearing up a storm, I just explained that I am simply not paying that fee because one, it was never disclosed, and 2 it was uHauls truck that broke down. Road side assistance says you left your lights on in the truck. The guy at the counter says. I had to have them take me out and show me where he lights were. After seeing where the switch was, I would have NEVER hit those lights. The last thing I would do sitting in a 26 foot truck would be to start pressing buttons. And further more, it was clear blue skies and 50 degrees. (No need for lights). They escalated me to customer relations 3 days later and they simply said, well... Its in the contract that you signed. It just blows my mind how crooked this is. I have moved 8 times in 8 years and used uhaul every time without issue. I have heard the horror stories, but always been lucky to not have any issues. With this being said it is just extremely disappointing and I will ensure that my friends and family never use uhaul again. $150 isnt he end of the word, but its still $150.
The worst experience in my entire life. No professionalism from Mark H or his workers. I had a issue and Mark said I wont be bullied what? How macho are you in this industry? You shouldve handled it with a professional manner for one of your co-workers mistakes. Instead he says just cause they have uhaul on their shirt, dont make them a co-worker wow! Good way to show accountability and seamless customer service. What a joke! Go to w.150th in Brookpark uhaul cause they at least show dignity. Go see Jaun there hes a good guy, a real manager, a real store. This hurt uhauls image 100%
The service was ok, but they guy working was just not very friendly. He swore at us and another customer and told some people to leave cause he didnt want to serve them.
Dont say you REFILL propane tanks if dont. We went there to refill our tank and all they do is exchange them. It cost 22 dollar.
