I have only experienced kind and caring hello from this stores associates. Im glad theyre in my neighborhood! I imagine its hard to find people like this these days!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I was in here one time to return a blade my fiance never opened or used and had the receipt, there is a sign hanging on the back wall behind the registers that literally says love it or return it money back guaranteed, however when he went to return it the first employee was extremely rude stating all sales are final, my fiance had a receipt that had a note on it saying that the cashier took a picture of the blade because there was water inside the blade and if it rusted or he didnt want it it could be return and the cashier SIGNED it. My fiance asked the employee to look at the receipt, she didnt and proceeded to give it to the manager, the manager returns to the counter saying she cant do the return my fiance states again to the manager READ THE RECEIPT, ......FINALLY after she reads the receipt she processes the return, and for the future if it truly is ALL SALES ARE FINAL, TAKE DOWN THE SIGN FROM BEHIND THE REGISTERS !! the customer service here was so bad ill NEVER go back

Very helpful staff who found one product I was looking for, and recommended another product to match my need for another item they didnt have.Covid-19 protocols being followed, and I felt comfortable.

Sometimes the staff is pretty rude and you can clearly tell they hate their job. But hey, I understand, I hate my job too! Its hard to hide sometimes. Other than that, always clean and well stocked.

This place is great. You can get good products for much less money. I like this location, the girls here are really nice and they know their stuff. They help me pick out products and I always like what they recommend.

The three Sallys I have been to all have courteous,friendly and the most helpful staff at a store I have ever encountered. Kudos to corporate and higher ups that hire these people. I hope your company treats its employees as well as they treat their customers. Ive visited Parma(Ridgewood Dr.) Brooklyn(Ridgepark Square)and Cleveland(Steeleyard).
