Now that our tile and carpeting projects have been completed, we are thrilled! Everything turned out fantastically! The crews were very professional and experienced. Jason and Shawn did the tiling. Bill, Chuck, and Mark did the carpeting. They were great teams to work with and were hard working plus efficient. Shelly is always helpful and easy to work with. She answered questions or concerns promptly. We made a good choice going with a family-owned company that has withstood the test of time since 1947!

Shelly is the GREATEST PERSON to help you with your carpet needs. My job was small, just a 15 ft. hallway adjoining 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom + linen and clothes closets. With my reduced income and understanding my needs, she took me into their back area and cut me a piece of berber carpet to take home. It turned out to be a PERFECT carpet for my needs and budget! Shes like a mind-reader and a money-saver, too.Installer yesterday did a commendable job, but I was left with considerable clean-up of small tufts of carpeting, that installer left behind with instructions not to vacuum for a while because of glue at a seam. That left lots of stuff to be tracked throughout the rooms and house.I called to give my credit card info to the store, but was initially asked about how new carpet looked. Looked fine, beneath all of the tufts on hallway and adjoining areas, but that was a challenge for me to clean up, with health and age considerations. I was then told installer would be called back to take care of it. WELL, in less than a half-hour, doorbell rang with the dynamic Shelly herself prepared to clean up. She did that very quickly with my vacuum cleaner, and Im very pleased with the carpet she recommended. I will rely on Shellys advice and customer-satisfaction ethic for any carpeting in the future. We’ve had two jobs done by permanent floors. Carpeting (stairs and second floor) and vinyl in the basement. All of the staff is helpful and the installers are very professional. We will continue to go back for any other flooring needs!

Went in at 6:00 p.m. on a Thursday and the gentleman that was there had no clue about flooring in any way and told me Id have to call a certain lady if I had questions that she could answer them.Why stay open to 7: 00p.m. on Thursdays if youre not going to have somebody there that can help?Your whole reply is a lie! I was never in your store before that day! I called and asked if you carried a certain manufacturer and was told yes so I came to your store to look at that product and when I asked questions about that product the person you had there could not answer any of my questions and told me to call a sales person and handed me a business card. Like I said if your going to be open until 7p.m. have people there that can answer question and help your customer.

I called for an estimate on a fairly small job at our farm and there was someone there the next day who was very knowledgeable and professional. This guy did not mess around and got us a quote that evening with several options and a lot of selection of materials. We had some complicated issues with outdoor buildings and needed moisture tolerant durable solutions for a couple of floors. They had it taken care of quickly and clean. Great products, great prices, great service.

All around it was a good experience. Quality carpet at a good price. It was easy picking out the right carpet for my rental after i told the sales person that i needed a good wearing and stain proof carpet for my money. Installer did a great job and even cleaned up the scraps. I will use them again in the future.

When their installer arrived, he found some unexpected complications, so the shop called me and we worked through the issues, and the installer was able to get the job done on time. We carpeted our upstairs bedrooms and installed a runner on the stairs. I had recently posted a bad review. I want to state just how impactful social media platforms have become. With this being said I can’t speak for everyone but given our situation with the company and the owner, Ryan, we can’t express how grateful we are. My fiancé and I had been misinformed about the owners knowledge of the poor tile work that had been installed for whatever reason. Regardless, after the owner personally came to view the work of the installer, he was not only kind but respectful and positive given the situation. Although my past review was the craftsmanship we received this should not reflect the business itself. They show great pride in the work that they do and hope that my past review doesn’t deter you from seeing for yourself. The tile will be replaced in the beginning of the year. Very pleased to start an honest relationship with this business.

I stopped by this store today to inquire about purchasing commercial carpet tiles for my new office location in Cleveland and was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the customer service. This was unexpected as I had visited several other stores in the neighborhood, including the big box stores, and came away frustrated. The family-run staff here was responsive and open to meeting my needs, including added effort with phone calls to distributors to meet a tight deadline and stay within budget. Highly recommend!

Poor Experience.After work was they sent me a bill and I called to make sure it shows right balance. I was told how much to pay. I made a payment according to their sales rep. 6 months later they called and said that they made a mistake and I owe them more money. They wouldnt send a statement until I told them, that I am not giving them any money. I would never do business with them again.

Permanent Floors did a great job working for us 10 years ago installing laminate flooring, ceramic tile and carpeting. Now they have helped us again with a whole house remodel where they installed luxury vinyl plank flooring (lovely, CoreTec), beautiful porcelain tile on a fireplace wall, carpeting into our bedrooms and sunroom. John and Todd did a great job with the vinyl (and it was nice to have them back bc theyre really good at what they do!). Russell and Kyle did a great job with the carpeting (the seams are not visible!). Jim and his brother did a great job with the porcelain tile. Shelly and Ryan were very helpful and patient in working with us to get everything done at the right time. Our house presented some issues we had to deal with, so we needed lots of help in coordinating everything! Were very happy with how everything looks now and appreciate all of the help and patience with our huge project!

They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. A service provider that followed through with service. It was a very smooth process in working with them and my carpeting was installed correctly the first time.

I love these people.!!! They replaced all the carpet in my house and I could not be happier. They do an excellent job and take pride in their work. I had to have 2 rooms replaced again one year later because my dog had an accident. They told me the carpet would not match perfectly because its a different dye lot, but you really cant tell.Wish I could give higher than 5 stars.

Everybody from the sales staff to installers conducted themselves professionally. Installers cleaned up & bagged all the remnants. One star penalty because they couldnt get the carpet we picked for one room. That being said, I would still buy again as plusses outweigh the one negative.

I work in a small home office and we needed the first floor of our carpet replaced before a big out of town client was due to visit and this work needed to be done very quickly.All was well at first. They came out right away and quoted me at $2500 and ensured that if I placed the order now they would have plenty of time to receive and install the carpet before our big visit.Once I agreed and they charged my card the down payment, I get a phone call almost a week later telling me that their distributor mis-quoted and that the new price is $3300. I was upset because I felt like this was a bait and switch since they knew I was in a bind, plus I didnt see how it was our fault that they didnt get their numbers correct, not to mention waiting so long to let me know. If our business misquoted our clients you better believe we would be eating that cost. However, we eventually negotiated to split the increase and he ensured me that all was well with our deadline.Two days before they are scheduled to install, four days before my deadline, they tell me that they cant get the carpet in time even though UPS offers NDA and Saturday delivery. They threw their distributor under the bus yet refused to let me contact them to see if I could get the carpet shipped directly through our UPS account. They were completely unwilling to work with me on installing another day and gave me no other options. I could tell that they didnt want to do the work due to their previous mistakes making the job less profitable for them. I understand that to a point, but as a I now have to explain to my boss why the carpet is not being replaced its my ass on the line.Bottom Line: Shady business practices that will leave you in the lurch.

Called in for a estimate on getting laminate installed basically said if you dont buy it from us we dont install it. Lol basically turned down paid labor but thats okay Ill take my business somewhere else.

Terrible. Carpet was installed in 2016, Numerous carpet bubbles throughout the entire house. Came once to fix and they reappeared within months.

Very disappointed in your hours of operation. I suppose only the elderly can stop in. I tried returning 2 samples I borrowed from your store and because of the rain fluttering all about I got there at 520 pm.
