They dont have any real inventory surprised theyre still open. They dont carry consoles and barely any games.

Havent been up here in a few years. Unfortunately 2 employees are chatting using their phones, not even acknowledging we are standing right infront of them.

Always a great experience. Not to mention that the store is always clean. The staff are amazing and always friendly.

Might be a smaller store but Matt and other employees are very informative.

Called about 4 times trying to see if the store had Nintendo switches and it just rang. I stopped up there to see what looked like boxes of switches just to find out they are empty. Not to mention the lady there just sat on her phone never greeted me or asked to help. While also I could clearly hear the phone ringing while the lady continued to sit on her phone.

They keep lying about products. tell you one thing show up in store they still had what I wanted. even if its the last one no need to lie just say you have one left. then when confronted they lie say different you asked something else. I know what I asked for they had it in stock.

Poor customer service. I was shopping around (mind you this is an extreme small and cramped store) and I was ignored by the employees. Both employees were at the counter talking to their friend and on their phones ignoring the customers in the store.Very small, disorganize, sorry store. If i want to be ignored by employers Ill just buy games digitally like everyone else. Maybe GameStop will survive by selling chachskis and action figures but with their garbage customer service I highly doubt theyll be around much longer...I cant in good conscience recommended this place and locating to anyone

I got there looked for about 20 to 30 minutes found the games I wanted and when I went to check out they told me they dont have them in stock. This has happened to me more than once.

Great employees, clean store, unfortunately corporate stole $40 from me and wont refund my money. I pre ordered Resident Evil 3, everything got shut down due to covid. After that I was offered an online gift card for my pre order money. I decided to purchase the game online and now that things are open again I go in to get my money refunded since I already paid for the game via another store. I still have not received my money back, I have called customer service, nothing, went into the store, nothing anyone can do to get the money back. What a sham so Im out $40 bucks no big deal but I wont use GameStop for purchases anymore.

The selection is scarce but if you know its there you can easily get it.

Went in to buy my husbands christmas presents and the 2 guys in there were extremely helpful. The one guy even gave me some pointers on how I can enjoy the games too. I Will definitely be returning

Great service and knowledgeable staff.

Gamestop robs everyone blind if they sell to them. They try to force used stuff, i asked for a new mario special ed wiimote one time that was on sale behind counter, he tried selling me a used regular wiimote that was the same price! They sell games they opened for some reason as new. They do too much suggestive selling, which always annoys the f out of me especially at subway. They will take your stuff and give you the defective value when its in mint condition without telling you. They scam people.

I was visiting from out of town, and the girl who worked there was very helpful. in fact i got her name so i could give such a compliment. Vanessa. she was very helpful and had alot of knowledge about the games inside the store.

My two boys do most of the shopping here. The staff is great with them. They answer all of our questions and help whenever needed. Prices of games and systems are somewhat ok. Catch them while they have good sales and you can walk out with a lot.

Workers are ok, but the policys of this store are why I no longer use gamestop, in any capacity. They are outdated and I will rejoice when they finally fold.

Oh your game is brand new, still wrapped, but you walked outside? $8 cash or $11 in-store credit. Best I can do.

Bought NBA2K20 and the VC didnt work so Gamestop blamed 2K and 2K said it was Gamestops responsibility. Neither one took care of the problem so I will be sure to make my purchases elsewhere.

This was my favorite store of all time, sadly the past few years it slowed down and I heard its closing soon, people are still great and collectables are still pretty cool, sad to see it decline

Employees are very rude and uneducated about their product. An item was marked $7.99 and the employee rang it up as $17.99 and said the sale ended today. I guess they never heard of false advertising. Also, while I was in line the few Caucasian customers in front of me all received a Thank you, have a Merry Christmas from the GameStop employee. When it was my turn in line I received no eye contact and no reply for my thank you I gave to the employee. This will be my last visit to this specific GameStop.

I would say that I think that the selection could be a little bit bigger,but the place is amazing

They are nice people. They where never rude to me the many times I have shopped there. Most of these comments about people being rude must come form employees that no longer work there. For places like game stop change there staff often dew to there low working conditions. Like the store hate the company behind it.

Great customer service they will help you get the best deals and value of products you buy and if you dont know alot about video games but your buying your kids something they will help you get the right thing and explain how it works.

Why I dont like this place:1. Went into browse and was welcomed by an older heavy set gentleman. He was a bit too enthusiastic and assured me that I would be walking out with a purchase. I thought this was quite an odd thing to say, but ooookay. Then I noticed a pretty big Mario figure. Thing must have been about 3 feet tall. Was quite intrigued...but upon closer inspection there was some red sauce on the figure. Perhaps from pizza? It was pretty nasty. Also there was another figure as and it had sauce on it as well. I walked out of the store with no purchase by the way.2. I go in and ask for a new copy of Kirby Triple Deluxe. He (same heavy set enthusiastic pizza guy btw) said he had one. I said great Ill take it. Then he gets up, and walks over to a display, grabs the game and proceeds to put it in the case. I told him that I wanted it new, and he tells me that it is new. If something is opened up that instantly devalues it. It stops being new, and is now used. Even if the game wasnt used. It doesnt matter. If it isnt factory sealed it isnt new. Furthermore the game was used, maybe not in the traditional sense but it was used as some sort of display piece. USED.3. Found the game quick, they honored the online deal, and all was well. Then the guy proceeds to ask me if I want to renew my GS sub. I told him no. He then starts telling me about all the money I will save and about all the money I have saved for signing up. I said to him thats great and all, but I cant access my card account even though I have rewards points. In other words I have a LOT of points that they wont allow me to use regardless of the fact it has my email and I am on file. I explain this to him, and even tell him that another GS employee tried to help me out with the issue, but to no avail. She even called the number on the card which she was then put on hold for 15 minutes until she had to give up because we were about to catch a movie. This guy still doesnt seem to get it and says that My card isnt registered. I told him I know this already because it wont let me register it, yet I am on file and even gaining rewards points that I cant even sign into and use. So I am registered and not registered at the same time. I dont know how much more clear on the subject I can be. This chunky beardy guy really was trying to push that card on me, but then offered me no help in resolving the issue I had with my last subscription. They want your money, but they dont want to have to work for it. SKIP THIS PLACE! I 100% agree with all the other reviews here claiming they are rude workers.4. Made a late day decision to buy a used video game. Gamestop was going to close in less than 25 mins. I wouldnt be able to make it to the one I prefer. I took a risk and came here. Big mistake. Though the cashier wasnt a fool, they did manage to give me a game that doesnt even work. Plan on returning it, and then just going to the other one. Also there was some hefty female employee sitting on the ground putting away stock. Only 1 problem her butt crack was exposed for the world to see. Why cant it ever be good looking women who do that? Why is it always the fat ugly ones?Edit: I may be wrong but Tanners review appears fake to me. I feel it may just be an employee from this store. The description of the store and employees doesnt feel natural. Amazing Employees. They work at gamestop. Nothing amazing about it. Dont get me wrong I worked in retail as well so thats what makes me feel like its being a bit exaggerated. Also his review comes right up after I posted mine with pictures and claim of Amazing employees. Timing is too perfect. Better keep that store clean because one day I plan to come in there and take some pics of my own and expose the truth on that dirty little shack you conduct business out of. Also I forgot to mention they are too lazy to clean the floor, and too cheap to run the A/C when its 85 degrees outside. Hopefully this winter they will at the very least give their customers some heat.

The crew I dealt with on the morning of Christmas Eve were not very pleasant. They seemed very annoyed that I was trading in games. Customer service were not their strong suit.
