Called about DE powder and was told they had it. Only a few minutes later, they called back and said they double checked and were actually out of stock. I REALLY apprecite them saving me the trip and taking the time to call back. THAT IS GREAT SERVICE IF YOU ASK ME!

Purchased a pool at the parma location. Nora took the time to answer any and all my questions. She was very helpful and made my purchase that much easier. Tom was great as well and very informative. I purchase my Christmas trees and now a pool from them. Thanks again guys for everything. Will be back.

Poor customer service needs more training.

On February 23,2021, went into Litehouse to look at pools. Long story short, decided to purchase pool with an install date of June 30 tentatively could be sooner depending on when the pool arrives March 1st, call comes stating that the pool is available and wanted to come on March 9th, I called stating that I needed time to take down the other pool and get the permit. Date set for March 31st at 11:00.March 31st Called ant 11:40 am inquiring where pool and installers were? Told it was not getting installed but just being delivered. Called Litehouse, spoke with the manager, who stated we get the pool delivered but we have to store it until June 30 for the install. I was not told that during purchase of pool we would have to store this 3 months until the install date.Otherwise the sale would not have gone through. My wife went to litehouse to retrieve receipt of deposit placed and cancel the sale. A customer should not hae to be responsible for holding onto such a large product for a period of months not knowing if the product is damaged or compromised. POOR customer service, sales person should have disclosed during talk of purchase, store manager extremely rude cutting my wife off when she was explaining why we were unhappy with the way things were handled. After being a customer for 17 years, my family and I will never go into another Litehouse again. We will also let others know the horrible experience we had to save them from nonprofessional workers who do not give consumers a opportunity to make informed decissions about a purchase as large as a pool.

I purchased a tree three years ago for $650. The first year I loved it. Last year a string of lights went out. This year we used another string to replace that bad string. Three more strings went out this year. So the tree is great f it’s not lit. If I had know the light strings were so poor quality I would have bought a much cheaper tree and replaced it every couple of years. I will never purchase anything from Lighthouse Pools again.

Called into the Parma store to find a replacement pump for a pool. Tom took my call and was very helpful, he had everything waiting for me when I arrived. It was a enjoyable transaction.

Litehouse is an amazing store!I visited Litehouse and they provided me all the information I wanted for my pool. I then took the decision to buy one from Litehouse. They gave me a range for my delivery date and it came on time!Nora, one of the managers, helped me get my pool and was very kind.Unfortunately, because of Covid, everyone in Parma is getting a pool. This delayed installation until September. I got an independent contractor, however, and they said it was a very easy to install the pool!I believe Litehouse is doing good at their job.

We have only been here maybe three times. Each visit was painful. Extremely slow service. We ordered a pool pump and filter last week. I called them today to inquire about an ETA and they informed me that the model was sold out for the year! I had to call them to find this out. They did say they would sell me the display (that has been touched and possibly damaged) with no discount. I asked for a refund. Will not be back. I’d rather spend extra and get our pump and filter at Leslie Pools than go back to Litehouse.

Tom is extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us through the whole process of getting a pool up and running. They have great deals at this location and an array of packages that meet every budget!

Done coming into this store. Employees are extremely rude every time I come in here. The only reason I have came back for this long is because its right by my house. But from now on Ill just drive to Leslies. Tired of being treated like Im an idiot for asking questions to a professional. You apparently arent professionals at anything.

I was working in columbus ohio and called me and told us we had to come pick it up by today at 6pm (and its already 4pm and a 2 hour drive plus columbus traffic) but anyway Made us pick up the pool and when we get there they tell us they dont have our pool pump and ladder. And now ended up buying a pump myself. will not be returning!

***BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LITEHOUSE***Same as 100’s of other’s they scammed and lied to us too. I bought this pool as an 11th birthday present for my daughter because we had to cancel our vacation. I bought it May 6th and was told by NORA the manager that it would be installed about 1-2 weeks after delivery. May 27th our pool was delivered by two delivery men with no masks. Mask are required seeing how it’s covid city out there. This was supposed to be a no contact drop off. So I had my mother come over to make sure everything was ok.They insisted on my mother coming out and showing them where to put it. My mother has a compromised immune system due to cancer. We call and schedule our install and get no reply. Weeks pass and I start calling BOTH litehouse and their installers. Neither replies back but why would they? They already have almost $4,000 of my money. Today is July 13th and I was told 2 weeks ago that my pool would finally be installed July 14th. Then got a 2nd email 2 days ago saying they will “try” to get me in on July 16th. Summer is pretty much over and my daughter will be headed back to school soon ... AND it still isn’t installed. Litehouse doesn’t care about families. All they care about is making money. Sure as hell not the company it was years ago obviously. We have always bought from them but never again. Take your business elsewhere and put them out of business where they belong. I will continue to tell every person I come in contact with about the horrible way litehouse and it’s employees have treated not only me but 100’s of other’s. Share my story and warn other’s. If you don’t believe me google litehouse pools fox 8 news from June 9th ... And read all of the comments from other’s saying the same exact thing as me. They have blocked me from even posting on their sites because they know I am being honest. When we bought our pool they made it out to be like they only had a handful in stock. Making it look like installs would be quick. When in fact they knew they over sold pools and installs were backed up. I have made complaints with the BBB and plan to file a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney generals office as well as look into my legal rights for a possible group class action lawsuit.

Went on line it said they had a solar heater for above ground pool. Called had one left asked to hold it Id be right there. Went there and got it. Had water checked. Brought the solar heater home and it was an used one, AND all parts wasnt in the box. And it was broken. Didnt know I was buying a used one. Bad for business.I have changed my review because of the customer service after writing this. They tefunded my money and are looking for a new one for me. Thank you Al.

Pretty small place. Stopped in to ask about pool sales and install and was like a ghost town. Walked around for 5 minutes. Seen no one so left.

Some if the employees were rude. I understand its stressful especially with all the customers and guidelines from the goverment.

I recently bought our first Christmas tree from this location and was pleasantly surprised. The staff there were very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect tree for us. Couldnt have been happier with our experience.

Looking for a hot tub explained out situation to 2 different sales people. You would think after a bad situation at another store and canceling an order for a hot tub that they would realize we were there to buy. Seemed disinterested in selling us anything and prices from one person to next were off by 800-1k on a hot tub and then the cover. We ran out of there.

Quick and very helpful staff

Some products can be a little pricey, but the convenience and knowledge of the staff usually make up for that. Theres something nice about being able to talk in person to someone and get solid advice.

Wanted to see if something was in stock, but they don’t answer their phone. I ordered from amazon instead.
