Just moved to Kansas and needed to furnish my home. Westco had everything I needed plus more lol. Stephen and his team are the most friendliness and outgoing people. The prices and Inventory was great! The delivery team was professional. I give Parsons Westco a 10 + I diffently will be back. Thanks for the great service and wonderful products.

Bought a sectional yesterday and new staff was in there, whoever the girl is up front needs trained! Really no communication, this is my 3rd experience with them 1st two times was ok, delivery driver 1 1/2 hours late no call no nothing! took off work just to meet them there, then on top of that the mrg just sits back and dont explain nothing! kind of rude this go round, to much money going out to be treated like that! NEVER AGAIN! Oh they just left at 5:46 pm was suppose to be here at 4! with broken furniture! The guy says do u still want it!? What a joke Im furious😡

The staff is so experienced and helpful. Every time I am looking for new furniture I always start at Westco because I know they will give me the best service and ALWAYS a great price! Delivery is always fast and friendly and super helpful as well!

Bought a new stove - there was a little problem when we came to pick it up (just a misunderstanding), and the manager was great about resolving the problem for us. Glad I shopped local and encourage others to consider shopping this Westco store before purchasing out of town.

I really wouldnt have such a bad review if things would have went better. My wife and I ordered a stackable washer dryer unit three weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered the following week. Three weeks later and I still dont have my washer and dryer. Friday I called and they said it would be monday. I called today Monday and now its thursday. Am I ever going to get what I already paid for. Probably will never do business with them again. Well so now two weeks later they have no idea where my washer and dryer are. I now have to go get a refund. Mad doesnt even scratch the surface. I will never recommend westco to anyone nor will I go back. SHOP SEARS!!!!!!!!
