I hate that I had to walk through the store several times to find what I needed. Everything is in a different place. It was hot in Sporting Goods. Only one cashier and many in line. Finally got another one.

It would be nice to be able to lock the door when you use the bathroom Walmart. Womans bathroom in front of the store.

As usual a hard time finding what I went there for because of of everything Always being moved to a different place in the store. Therefore I end up not getting everything I went there to get. Also difficult finding an associate to help and if you do they arent sure what has been moved where!!!

Parking is a mess. Several employees were complaining in the aisles

This place is awful. 1 clerk to check out the entire store. I dont like self check out and I wont use it. I dont work for Walmart. I have contacted management on several occasions and the response is we cant hire enough people . Im sorry...can you explain how this is my problem??? This is a thinly veiled guise to increase profits at the inconvenience to the customer. Fine...I will shop elsewhere. Interestingly...Dillon can afford to pay more than one cashier.

They get rid of products that seem to sell well. They dont listen to customers . Its all done behind a desk. Not friendly get rid of self check outs. Be more hands on talk to customers.

Just go because it conveniently located. Dirty. Self check out on take cards but they only have 2 regular lines open. If Target was closer I would never visit Walmart.

This store doesnt seem to restock items. I bought the last two bars of hemp oil soap to control psoriasis three months ago and the space has been empty since! This happens every time it comes in. Apparently its only ordered twice a year! The produce is most often inedible so Ive stopped buying it. When one store puts the other stores in small towns out of business they should commit to the community theyve destroyed! Get better!!!

Store was clean had an employee come over and help me scan my rather large order well run location manager came over and asked if I was finding everything I needed

Typical Wal-Mart store. This one was fairly clean and appeared to be fairly well stocked with the normal exception of Ammunition which has been in short supply during COVID 8/2021. The employees we dealt with were polite and helpful. The bathroom was clean. Was plenty of produce and they had a few checkers on duty. It is easy to access this store from the main roads.

Each stores different by the area its in but Ill rate the store closest to me it sucks They are always short staffed items says in stock but never in stock and most of the employees act like they dont want to be there and would rather stand around and talk to another worker than to actually help a customer

The place is a joke. I’m convinced only 1 person works there. Called 7 times over the course of 2 hours and still haven’t talked to someone in the tire center for an oil change..guess they don’t want my money I will go somewhere else.

Dont be spooked away by the large crowd. The small-town atmosphere is still there and customer service is readily available to help. A five stars well-deserved on this go around!!

I needed to replace the battery a in my truck and was unable to find anybody to help me locate the correct ones.

I had a stroke in my eye and cant see well and an associate, young girl, with a loud voice told me I was going the wrong direction then what the arrows indicated,, which I couldnt see I told her about my sight and she refused to believe me. I left the store n tears.

Love the Wal-Mart grocery pickup! Have used it since March of 2020. Easy to use app which saves your favorites so shopping is easy. Checkout is easy, and if you forget something, you have time to go back and add it. The emails that you get when your order is ready have instructions for pickup, so simple. Pull into the designated spot, pop your trunk. You are in and out in 5-7 minutes. The associates that bring the orders to the car do a great job. This is a service that I will definitely continue to use.

Its like any other store. The staff for the most part are friendly may not always be knowledgeable......but friendly.

Out if wasp and hornet spray, and they have clay pigeons for days but ZERO shot shells.

Went to get a cake for my daughters birthday waited 10 minutes for someone to help me just write happy birthday on it workers walked by on the other side of the counter on my side of the counter and not once did they ask if I needed help or even talk to me such a lousy experience.

I went for a oil change in webb city mo. And lets just I took my keys and left without the service. Waited 45 minutes and my car was not even in the bay. I was the only oil change they had at tge time. All 3 of the techs where working on 1 vehicle. I went to the next store because I want to support walmart. They said I could get in for a service in about an hour wait. 1 vehicle getting a tire change ahead of me. Lol They need to be coached that time is money. How many other people leave for this same reason. We all work too and we need to get things done in s timely manner. I drove to express on Rangeline rd. In joplin And I was out within 20 minutes. I will go there from now on. Sorry walmart you lost a loyal customer. Have a great day.

The Parsons Kansas Walmart and their employees tonight were way below satisfactory. We were trying to get our fishing licenses renewed we waited in sporting goods for 15 minutes. A walmart associate radioed for us to get assistance. No one showed up we asked another associate in electronics if they would radio for us. He was rude and commented rudely about us asking him. Upon going to customer service the lady behind the counter. Ignored us like we did not exist. This walmart is very rude and I will no longer go to this location. If this is how your company trains your employees on customer service. I want to rate parsons walmart at nothing but I am forced to give one star.

Much better service than the other walmarts in se ks. When I asked for a cashier when only self check out was open they opened a register and checked out my merchandise. Very please with the service. Spent enough thats for sure but thats on me.

They are requesting and giving you free masks to wear. Not much in the outdoor department as Christmas decor being put out. Store was clean and not very busy.

I was out at Walmart shopping and stopped at the ATM machine to withdrawal $20 and yet at the end of the transaction I did not receive my $20 as well as they took the $2.50 for the fee. I took my complaint to the service desk show them the ATM receipt and got the run around for 30 minutes as they told me there was nothing they could do about it and that it has happened to several people within the last week. After complaining for 30 minutes they finally refunded my money from the service desk. Sad and bad customer service.

They had a good selection of wiper blades.... but were lacking on cashiers

I only shop here because its really the only option.You can never reach anyone on the phone,several employees like to save items for friends and lie to customers,and whoever is in charge of changing things around they need to stop because they confuse people and the layout is awful.

Walmart has a big problem with their return policy. You are to put everything you want returned in a box and seal it. So how do they know what youre returning is really in the box?If you think like I do, you could put old clothes or something about the same weight in the box. 1) You could keep whatever you are returning 2) You get rid of stuff you longer want. 3) A billion dollar company could lose thousands and thousands of dollars before it is caught. 4) It was their return policy so there for their fault because not everyone is honest.

Its always a great place to shop. And my friend works there so I know the service is great.

Its packed wall to wall with shoppers but still the shelves were stocked well and there were open lanes at the self-checkout and assisted isles.. service with a smile!

I left my cart in the middle of the isle once and walked out, because when I asked for help in electronics, the employee blew me off because they were busy. I then took my $200 and spend it at a different Walmart. Employee was helping a man look at cds, btw. Idiots at parsons Walmart smh

I think they do a great job here. Store is clean and associates are friendly. The store is smaller than what Im used but that makes sense because I lived in a much bigger town previously. I sometimes have a difficult time finding things I want in this store and thats my only complaint.

Its an ok store. Definitely not a favorite of mine.

After placing a order 2 weeks in advance for mermaid cake we were called less than 24 hrs before party only to be told they couldent make it. They were not very nice about it. We called pitts. wally and the young lady there ROCKED.
