I would have rated higher, but this store always seems low on lawn and garden merchandise. A/C is either not working or is turned off which makes shopping uncomfortable.

Awesome farm and feed store. Especially great selection of bird feeders, bird seed and supplies.

Great selection of products. Alot of welding gear and accessories as well as common equipment and tools. Prices are fair, but the organization of the floor layout could use improvement. It gets congested in many places.

Nice store usually has what I need, and if you do need help their is someone their to help you.

Lovely place! Got some new Carhartt boots on sale and some bibbs also on sale. That place is true therapy.

They dont always have everything I need but I can generally get help pretty quick at the Parsons, KS store. Very satisfied over all.

Was able to get the canning materials needed that Wal-Mart did not have.

On my visit; I needed a bit of help. First I inquired about if I needed a permit to get some chickens. Then I asked if the city had a limit to the amount you could have and the lady told me she could sell me the whole lot if I wanted and that they were 40% off today only. I browsed around the store for a while and came across weeded line I saw 2 brands and put them in the basket I wanted to know what the difference between the two were.I continued browsing and found tons of items I wanted then I found a lady stocking and asked her where something was, she acted at first like she didnt want to be bothered and told me, and pointed that it was over there well there are many things over there its a large store. She finally showed me where.After I was finished shopping I went to check out. I took the weed line from my cart and asked her if she could tell me the difference between the 2 types of line as they were both the same size line she couldnt tell me but she said she knew some one that could. A few moments later another lady came up and was asked her reply was 80 cents after she compared the 2 to her best after all they were the same line size but made of 2 different plastics. I wanted to know which line held up better etc. I hate changing weed line every few minutes.Summary: I dont think they know much of anything product related although friendly to an extent not very helpful. They dont seem to know the cities policies rewarding livestock. At least basic knowledge would have helped. All in all I will come back but only after doing and expecting results from my own research on items they have

This is a fantastic farm store. They have an excellent selection of pet food, tools, hardware, outdoor supplies and quite a nice selection of clothing. Their prices are great and their service/customer support is top notch. Very well ran store.

The service is usually good, although if you are buying something out back, you might be waiting a while for service. I wish they carried more.

After I paid for a bag of dog food I noticed there was a hole chewed by rats in the bag.while I was trying to exchange the contaminated bag of food which took an excessive amount time due to the incompetence of the chasiers 5hey put tape over the holes in the bag and replaced them on the shelf. I will not be buying dog food from there in the future as it is apparent that they dont care to follow health regulations or care about spreading disease to your pets.
