I have been dealing with Ferguson ent and this location when it was familian pipe and supply for my own and los angeles transit authority . I will not longer purchase there I went to buy some waste fittings the prices where triple then other plumbing supply house 4x4 x3 abs san tee $63.00 go to hirsch pipe same fitting $ 29.00 the dont want to deal with small accounts ken varro plumbing . I have been their since 1985

Service sucks. Very unfriendly. Not a lot of selections on shower head. Wouldn’t come back to this place

It primarily caters to plumbers and not general consumers. so if you plan on going there remember youre going to get cold shoulders from the oversized guy in the front plus the other guys that work there behind the desk and theyre going to give you the run around and million reasons why they cannot help you and why they dont have the product youre asking for even though they claim to be a plumbing supplies company.while I was being ignored there, observed that they certainly had a very helpful buddy buddy approach with different plumbers that came in. Stay clear from their insults and ignorance and save yourself the hassle.

THE RUDEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET. My husband came to ask questions and look for specific parts and 2 of the employees treated him like he was such a nuisance (excuse them because we are paying we are not getting anything for free) and talked to him so rude. I hope that all employees get some training in customer service because they clearly seem like they want the customers to be miserable when they enter their store! WORST EXPERIENCE!

The staff was very helpful. Everything I needed was there. They can also order what is not in storage.

You would think they would be grateful for some business at this time. Nope, made just want to take business else where;)

Maybe Im not making a fair comparison but this location in Pasadena on Vista the people are not very nice at all. There are no smiles or anything toshow that youre even appreciated there is a customer. Ive been to the Glendale location on Brazil Street and its almost worth the drive to go all the way out there to have service with a smile to go along with the experience and knowledge that they offer.

Almost double the price of other plumbing supplies stores.

Ive been going nuts trying to find a specific part for my broken toilet. This part is of course not a common size so none of the large chains carry it. I walk into Ferguson and not only do they have it, they gave it to me for free. The lovely gentleman who found the piece told me hed retrieved it from a broken toilet and knowing that the part was discontinued, decided to keep it just in case... then just gave it to me. Made my week. They are good people.

Show room and sales people are more interested in there personal life then to help out customers. Back Warehouse was perfect they help out more than the front customers service people......

Called asked about a stop and waste valve and the guy said never heard of it and just hung up on me. I had other questions to ask but I guess he didnt feel like talking.

Ferguson should always be the first stop, saved time and money buying the parts at Ferguson.

Fergusons is my go to vendor for all things plumbing, they usually have everything in stock and if not they will have it in store within a couple of days
