Fantastic service from Robert senior and his son Robert! They did excellent work! I would highly recommend them for window tinting. I love my ceramic window tints. They block virtually all UV and IR rays so they protect the car and keep it cool. Nano-ceramic particle technology in their films are amazing. Very knowledgable and they have been around a long time. Vip customs in pasadena has been he’s been here for over 25 years and is top notch for window tint, vehicle wraps, PPF, paint protection, custom wheels and Auto DetailingI had done Paint Protection coating with them. WOW!!! Just look at BMW’s paint . Since coating my car I only wash it about every 3-5 weeks now . It just doesn’t get dirty anymore. Thanks to all the staff at VIP

Both Robert Sr and Robert Jr were awesome. With the summer on its way and the heat in LA, it was time for tinted windows. I own a Nissan Altima Coupe which had the three rear windows tinted however it was not to my liking. After doing a search on Yelp I gave VIP Auto Customs a call and im glad I did. I showed up and spoke with Robert Jr. I explained to him what I needed and they were able to meet my expectations. The XPEL film they use is definitely of high quality and the heat rejection is great. Best of all their quality of work in unmatched. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’ll admit, considering my multiple attempts to resolve my request did make me frustrated. However, once I connected with Robert, Technician... My service experience was delivered to 5 stars. Let me also mention that Robert is extremely qualified regarding the auto tint service and he’s safety conscious. I’ll definitely return to this store if I need any of my cars tinted.

Actually give ke about a 3.5. Place is cool and all but honestly, its gotta be the biggest rip off Ive come across...lol. Seriously, who charges close to 4k for a wrap job, and literally 200 bucks to wrap 2 car plates?!?!? Haha!!!! What a trip for sure....lol.

Robert at VIP customs did the most amazing job on my cooler I use for hunting. I ordered a custom wrap and he said he would put it on. I know it was a challenge because of all the corners on the cooler. It turned out amazing. Everybody who works there are super professional and friendly. I went over there a few weeks ago to get tinted windows and a hood cover for my brother’s BMW and I just want to say that the Roberts (yes... there is more than one lol!) and David and everyone really do an excellent job! They are friendly and their service exceptional. If you need your car to look B R A N D N E W and cool - go to them! This place doesnt look like much from the outside, but they do a fantastic job with tinting windows. They are always busy and for good reason.Ive sent several people over, and every single one was happy with the results (my brother has had three cars done).Make an appointment and be sure to keep it. I brought my MR2 by for a quote, and Ill be sure to get it done.

This was my first time visiting and all I needed was to install some speakers in my rear doors of my Toyota Prius. They finished the job in less than an hour and their pricing was extremely affordable. The team was professional, trustworthy and they had a sense of Family with one another. Ill definitely come to them for any audio job Ill need here in Pasadena.

Unless you like to burn money look somewhere else the Prices are over the top ridiculous they quoted me 480 for a tint job that I got done for 150 somewhere else. And that was not even for all the windows or for a dark tint. The other place did all even driver & front passenger for 150.

Very Greedy Company overcharging customers During the pandemic.I put a 100 dollar deposit down and decided to cancel my order.One employee kept arguing and going back in fourth with me over a deposit that was due to me.very poor customer service,very arrogant and self righteous.Another guy went to the bank to get my deposit because they did not have a 100 dollar petty cash.I will not recommend no future customer to do business with this company.

I had to replace the ignition switch of my VW JETTA, and then the remote boot tripped, I went to this workshop because I read very good things about their work on the internet, but ended up being for my very bad desicion, I tell them my bad experience, This happened yesterday, 06/05/17, the person who attended me, saw that the car worked well, that the remote start system was working, but did not recognize the llavey so the car was not kept on, the It was supposed to be simple, they disarmed everything under the steering wheel to reach the alarm, and they started to cut cables and tie with others and that began to worry me a bit, but just as they are the ones who know of this, Came down, from one moment to another I could not start the ignition, nor open the doors, nor activate or deactivate the alarm, and everything is complicated to the point that in the meantime put and remove cables with each other, burned the VSM200 Module completely Ruined the worst of everything Was like the employees took it, you have to replace it with a new module and the value is $ 200.00 dollars, besides they burned the module, evidently not knowing what they were doing, they also wanted me to take responsibility and pay them $ 200.00 dollars, I got very upset because of that, on top of that they burned the module, they asked me for money for having checked the system, which was more absurd for me, when above they did not assume their responsibility for mismanagement, over me they want to charge me for something of That I am not responsible, the most difficult was to discover that the module the manufacturer sells it for only $ 49.00 I simply felt that I was being cheated, today 06/06/17 return to confront them again with the same problem, and show them the real price of the product Direct from the manufacturer, received no answers, just absurd excuses, that the module was burned because the original installation was badly made, but that installation was in 2013 and we are in 2017 never re I found problems with the installation, in the end they told me that they would try to manage a new module for my direct from the manufacturer, that I should receive an email from the manufacturer with a confirmation of delivery, it has been several hours and I still do not receive the mail, I am thinking Which is all a lie to get out of trouble.
