Bad experience for me. Took my phone in for a repair- expensive price. Repair made then I Went to pick it up and it the screen did not work. Sales man wanted another $150 for repairing the screen. Poor service, they dont care for their customers . Tech repair guy always seems to be out. Tried to make deal such as give a discount for a decent review. Owner says he does not care what people post on his google review(says he does not read them).Horrible customer service- I will never go back there again. People of Pasadena go elsewhere for service.

Went to go get an iPad fixed and it had a faulty screen went back on warranty when they called to go pick it up they had done literally nothing to it. Not to mention the screen they use is aftermarket and not even from apple the screen has a bubble in it and has black lines coming off from all sides 1 star don’t recommend getting iPads fixed here horrible job! The technician is never there so you couldn’t ask any questions to the guy who actually ‘fixes’ them instead your left talking to a salesperson who attempts to explain about the internals and the replacement technique but doesn’t know anything about it overall avoid the place for iPad replacements

Bad customer service took my sons iPad in to fix the screen.The screen was replaced but did a horrible job ? Had to take it back they never looked at it when I dropped it off for a second time .So I just picked it up and now have to find some where else to fix it.Do not recommend. Waste of time and Money.

So now you can’t give it a 1 star because they will blast you on fb this is called customer service i had one my associates take his phone here because it was recommended i guess i should of looked at all the bad reviews first before i had him pay 300 for the repair i just saw a girl complain on fb for her sister’s phone now he posted that on fb that doesn’t help your business. Because when my co worker went you did the same thing yah ripped him off out $300 the i phone was never the same. I will contact BBB is not about the money but because you think you are untouchable when it comes to serving your customer the correct way.

Way over priced for their services and product.Takes from 5 hrs to a few days to get a call back about my phone.They misdiagnosed my phone saying it was a motherboard problem which I already knew my digitizer went bad so I told him to give me my phone back because they said they couldn’t fix it and I brought it to a guy over there off of Black Hawk and Beamer Called witless plus.The guy charge me a quarter of what Ab wireless was going to charge me for a digitizer and screen and was done in 15 mins.

Poor customer service, went for cracked screen, phone was working fine. Was told needed to order parts new screen not working right. So week and a half later finally can pick my phone up paid 250.00 4 hours later phone dead. Worthless!!!

Went in on a Monday, asked them if they could fix my daughters Tab 3 and told them what the exact problem was ( the charging port) the girl asked the guy in the back he said yeah $50 but it will be ready Wednesday. I was fine with that, she took down my name and number. Wednesday came and I didnt get a call, I waited until Saturday to go in person and pick it up. My daughter was very excited thinking she will have her tablet back, once I go in and ask the girl she said Oh they didnt have the part for it so they couldnt fix it Um really they couldnt call me and tell me that sooner?Never going back and making sure I tell everyone that needs repair services to stay clear of this place.

I bought a phone from them because they said they couldnt fix mine. Well they called and said they could fix it and this was good news. I returned the phone I bought and Sunny said I couldnt get my money back but they would give me store credit. I didnt like this idea because there was nothing in the store that I wanted at the time. Sunny assured me that this would not expire and i could come in at a later date and get something with the store credit. Well apparently his plan was to give me the run around and tell me he cant honor the receipt because he LOST his copy. So he cant verify it so apparently Im out of luck. I will change this review if they can make things right otherwise so far it seems that I have been the victim of very suspect tactics and dishonesty.
