Great, capable Manager, Jennifer bailed me out! A couple of young dudes couldnt figure out how to get the copies I needed out of my phone into print...nor did they CARE TO FIND OUT!I knew there had to be a way...this is Staples? She handled the problem so pleasantly it soothed my ruffled feathers. Took her 10 minutes...took them over an hour putzing around...instead of asking!Alls well that ends well.

Excellent service. They made it really simple to return a furniture item that had been purchased online.

I was really, really impressed with the professional and helpful service of the young man at the printing shop. He handled about 5 customers or more at a time with ease. Somehow he got all of the jobs done and helped everyone even though it was clear he had a ton of print jobs to do. He helped me perfect my printing job to make sure everything was perfect, down to the right margins. I highly recommend this Staples!

I have been to this deep was on several occasions when I was in the area. It is one of the smaller stores and the parking is a little small. They also have parking in the back. They have handicap parking in front and also a handicap entrance. They also have a public restroom that you can use

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. They refused to enter anything into the computer for the UPS packages. Refused to help and instead just stood in the center of the store and chatted. Customers were a complete inconvenience for the staff.

Bad service.

Worst place to make color copies, the machine took forever to read my file. Yes, it was a big file, 40 pages, but it took forever for the machine to do anything, from paying, retrieving the file and continuing the job. It printed fast, but it took me an hour to get this job done.

Parking is never a challenge here, which is appreciated. There were many sale items and clearance options. Also, they appeared to be getting ready for Black Friday. There may be some very good deals.

Could not find what I was looking for and was clearly lost however I was never once was I asked if I needed help. Found what I came in for but only one and when I asked the register if there were more, immidiatly to my face said no without ever even looking at anything. Then called on the radio and asked where the product family was. He did not even know where it was located. It was in fact the nearest isle to the registers. I will find some place else to purchase my office supplies. I work in retail, this is disgusting.

This place is about what you expect. Good variety of home, school and office supplies and furniture, and computers and accessories as well. Plus the printers, fax machines, copiers and print services. Youll be taken care of here.

Lady at the print station has major attitude. Don’t recommend. They will shoo you away. The employees here can’t be bothered.

In a world of online shopping, its nice to see a brick-and-mortar place where I can actually see what Im buying. These guys are great. I just hope they dont close in the next 5 to 10 years because of the Internet.

Stopped by Staples to make copies of some important documents regarding the home my mom left my brothers and I. Staff was on the phone but super helpful once she was finished with her call.

If you need a new or upgrade activations, come to this Staples they carry three major providers AT&T which has blazing hot speeds on their 4g LTE network which is here in Pasadena. They also carry Verizon and T-Mobile. The reps at this staples are very knowledgeable on all three major carriers....

Looked for the item which the staple website said 26 available at the store but actually was not available. We went there because of the availability. Ended up buying another one which was 10 bucks more expensive since we didn’t want to look for another store. The guy at customer service at the store just said the availability was not correct and even no support to find another one. Never believe the availability at the website when you plan to come to the store.

Comment on the usps: The manager dont know how to send a package. he wasted my 2h on filling the form, while the other (long- black hair) star over and finished in 10 minutes. IF YOU WANT TO SEND SOMETHING HERE, LOOK AT THE STAFF. IF THE LONG-BLACK HAIR GIRL IS WORKING, GO AHEAD, IF THE BLONDY GIRL OR THE MID-AGE MALE, GO AWAY. SAFE YOUR TIME.

This is a dying store with Amazon taking over.it is just not working for them to pay $5000- $6,000 rent when everybodys going to Amazon for better price... next on the death toll of the archiac, too slow to adapt retailers. The service is mediocre ... I have to go up to the asst manager to get any help because the staff are so overwhelming and too tired to help me Wirh just 3 customer asking for help, they were already under staffs...

The service here is great. The store itself is in a creepy neighborhood and the copy machines are always out of order.

Print in this location is painful. The printers are slow and many times one or two printers are not working.

Sometimes we wait in line for up to 30 minutes. I tried to give it one star, but this rating system wont let me drag the Staples name under. All rigged. And, the funniest thing about this store, there is a girl that works there and she has a peculiar habit. When you ask her questions, she rolls her eyes (just like the Owl in Peggle!). No kidding! The people that work here can not think outside of what they are told to do. Really sad store. SAD. I dont think it is the actual workers, I think the leadership quality is poor. Cant blame the poor owl.

Go to place for school supplies. They also have a great print shop for binded color reports, brochures etc.

Everthing I wanted they had at a lower price. Hp ink carteidges, Envelopes. Very satisfied!

I dont Dont recommend anybody to go to the store. Sean regret is the manager at the storeI called and ask for an item by phone about limit they said 10. I drive 25 minutes and when I get to the store Sean told me no the limit is 1 . The manager is not supposed to be at the store because he doesnt give the right direction for the employees

Technology is always changing and requires active assistance. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with the self service center copier/scanner/fax machines, in which the format and user interface has changed since my last visit. A document of 82 pages needed to be scanned, uploaded to Google Docs for sharing and control panel of the machine did not offer much in previewing or instructions on loading procedures for the top bulk feeder. It took me several passes, but again no preview to help me understand if document is right side up. In the end I scanned both sides to ensure scanning of my single sided documents, charging me double the fees, wasting money on blanks, time and confidence in using the self service center. Confidence does not come from observing employees behind the desk chatting on speaker phone in a casual manner. Its assumed his conversation is with a friend since my presence couldnt persuade his assistance. The self service center document scans was expensive for little results, a disappointing experience with a corporation hanging on.

I like coming here. The store is clean. That is about all I have to say. I would rate it higher, but sometimes I have to wait in line longer than I want. I found an ad at OfficeDepot for $10 less than the printer we bought here, and they gave me the price difference right away.

There are no customers and yet the staff here are still somehow slow to help you or to come check you out.

Printing section is worst.First of all they are not really helpful and carrying unnecessary rude attitude towards their work and customers, doesnt matter how nicely you approach them. Especially, the lady who is working inside core printing section.Secondly, they are treating people with their skin color which is quite unacceptable at all cost.

It seems like the checkout is always so slow here. Today there were 3 checkers yet the line was barely moving
