Let me start by saying what an amazing beautiful door i have now. I went in to see kristi at sliding door company to see if even was possible to have a door or divider for my house and she explain and showed everything in details. Every appointment that was scheduled was ontime i waited 3 months since it was special order and ohhh let me tell u every min was worth it. It steady its strong and what a clean job damian and angel did for the instalation. They came exactly on time and the job was done so clean in 2 hours. They worked so neat and clean i loved it. If u need any of ur doors done or make changes to ur home u will not regret choosing them. Thanku sliding door company and everyone that helped me kristi damian and angel they all were helpful and sweet.

Paid $14000 for 2 sliding doors, waited over a month for installation. On the day of installation they are missing parts and cant finish the job because the person who came to look at the job only measures and does not know what parts they need. First they asked me to remove the drywall and install a stud, I asked why they did not check if I needed a stud well the person who looked at the job only measures and they dont use stud finders. Now I have to wait 11 more days to install the 2nd sliding door because they are fully booked. Very unprofessional given the amount of money and time I spent for these doors.

The wheel from the door fell off.
