Let me just say, service in this department couldnt get any worse. Employees couldnt do anything, and best i got was sometimes our breaks are an hour to 2. I Sat there and waited for an hour and a half and got nothing. Im giving them two stars as a courtesy for the nice lady who tried to assist me at the end. One of the male employee even started getting aggressive, right after I explained that I waited for a considerable amount of time. Really the service at that moment truly deserves 1 star but oh well

Awesome staff and great location. Parking isnt great but there is a parking structure on the block across (west) and its 90min free.

Friendly and courteous customer service. I went to get a repair on the phone. Ingrid was very helpful however, the repair took longer than anticipated. And I had to wait for an extra half hour. Overall I will recommend this store.

Very helpful staff. Made filing an insurance claim really easy. My phone was examined by a Sprint technician. The phone was declared not repairable. And a new one was ordered.
