Incredibly slow shipping, 13 days, so I couldnt give hat I ordered as a present. And the Stetson hat not shipped with Stetson box (in fairness, that really ended up and didnt matter a lot to me since I couldnt give the present anyhow - but other potential buyer should know).To return, they wanted me to pay them $52.50 (30% restocking fee) for a hat I never even removed from the box. So, itll be easier for me to list it on eBay and try to cut my losses.Perhaps in person this shop is good, but I wouldnt recommend ordering online.FOLLOW UP TO OWNERS REPLY... Sorry you are heartbroken at my 100% accurate and truthful review. But, these reviews are not only to praise businesses when they do well, but to give other potential buyers information they might find useful when things dont go so well. Terrific hat selection: all kinds and plenty of sizes. I am a 7 5/8 to 7 3/4 - thats absurdly big - and Im always finding a hat that fits me perfectly here. Great customer service, too. Im a huge fan of this place, and I strongly endorse the business. Check it out.

This is a fantastic hat shop that suits any budget. You can buy an epic hat here from $15-30 to a few over $100. All styles & different designs. The owners are a kind couple & they will even give you recommendations. I have bought 5-6 hats here over the years & plan to buy many more here in the future.

Very very good hat store the owner was so nice to my son. He gave him a hat box and told him how to take care of his hat. When we left the he gave my son a hug. He and his wife where so nice thank you.

I have purchased four hats from this establishment and have been very happy. The only problem is the owners dont speak very good English so its hard to communicate. I would still go back to purchase hats there because one theyre very reasonably priced and they have many hats to choose from.

I tried to buy a hat but there were two other customers in the store. One was there before me, the other came in after me. I asked to see a black hat as I was debating between the black and brown versions and was asked to wait. I waited about fifteen minutes, no hat. Decided to just take the brown hat. When I asked to purchase the brown hat, the owner stated to wait. I waited about ten minutes, no help, no purchase. I left. You could visibly tell the owner was worried about theft. I get it, but I was trying to purchase a hat. If no one else can be in the store maybe have a one person at a time policy. Could have been the start of multiple purchases.

Excellent selection of hat varieties. High end name brands are not here, but there are reasonable equivalent. Over 25 years in business. Folks should be Keen to wearing head wear again.

GREAT inventory, but the proprietors seem to know nothing about the hats they sell. Couldnt answer a single question I asked. I find great hats there, but I find them on my own, they dont even know where to find a particular hat in their shop, you have to look for it yourself.

I love this store. Its hard for me to find hats that fit... World Hats has my size. 7 5/8 huge. Very nice and prices are great too.

This place has the largest selection of hats I have ever seen. I am a picky shopper for my hats. In sunny California, everyone should wear a hat outdoors. The owners are a nice, older couple, who are helpful, but not pushy. The selection of mens and womens hats is enormous.

Good selection. Very friendly. Limited English makes communication sometimes challenging but their patience and friendliness makes up for it.

I bought my Stetson Blackfoot wool felt hat here. I absolutely love it!!! I am still wearing it 10yrs later!!! I get compliments whenever I am wearing it. I always tell people, there is no place better to go than World Hats Mart, if they want to find the perfect hat!To the 1star haters....you are likely spoiled brats, that has no respect for your elders. The people serving you may not speak english as 1st language, but you should still give them respect, they are working.

This place sucks, the clerk was lazy, not very knowledgeable and had trouble communicating in ENGLISH. The hats I was interested in were behind glass and this guy really struggled with finding the correct size. I purchased a hat somewhere else.
