Ice cream was unequivocally disgusting, had a horrible taste, and by God do not get me started on the after taste. Service was subpar and they were very, VERY stingy with the whip cream. Over all very disappointing experience to say the least

I ordered an ice cream cake under the pretense that it would somewhat resemble the stock photo.... false advertising!The cake looked nothing like the picture and when I asked the worker about it she said well that isnt a real cake in the photo, so its not going to look like that in real life.Had it not been for my daughter having her heart set on a mint chip cake for her birthday, and not having the time to find another one, I purchased it anyways. $40 down the drain... not only did it look like a child made it, it also had a funky taste.If youre looking for an ice cream cake, I would advise you to go else where!

Great ice cream, very smooth. Never ice crystals in the ice cream. Multiple add-ins that are incorporated as you wait. Fresh. Great American Cookies in same storefront. I especially enjoy the cheesecake brownies and the Butter Pecan ice cream. Not a bad price when you order a Best Value.

Im sorry, but in my opinion, if Im going to get $6 Marble Slab Chocolate Swiss regular size ice cream... it should be Marble Slab ice cream. I know the difference. This place is a darker, grainy chocolate. The one by Gulfgate is the only one close by that has the creamy, milky Chocolate Swiss. Every time.

I don’t know what’s up with all the reviews. I believe people are too picky and expect too much out of simple things. Came here with my cousin and got three cups of ice cream with toppings and all. We were in and out in less than 7 minutes. Yes it’s pricey but it’s very good ice cream and you get what you pay for!

Price scourging! The cake has a price and got charge more. Why? The lady told me that the price is wrong because they just raise the prices. They are taking advantage that it’s hard to find a cake for kids. Won’t go again and neither should you. Go Sponsor other business that are struggling and not this place that is being opportunistic.

They moved across center st in front of Houston area safety council. They are with the great American cookies. I have suggested a google location update but the new address is 7730 spencer hwy #120, Pasadena, tx, 77505. After seeing reviews of them being closed I called them and got no answer but a few minutes later I received a call back from an employee who wanted to serve his customer and gave me the address and directions. Got there and both employees were nice and did a great job. Celebrated my 5 year wedding anniversary by keeping up tradition and having marble slab for dessert.

My family and I stopped in after a baseball game and ordered ice cream cones. The lady working there decided she would just serve us 2 scoops on each cone so she could charge us more. It was entirely too much ice cream and more than what we wanted! Will not be back as I am big on customer service!

I don’t know how this is not being fixed I read the comments before I wrote mine and it’s the same thing. The rude the young girl ignored me and told my girl “ I’ll be with you in a second “ even tho I wanted a sample.. then the price for a ice cream sandwich is not up there on the menu. I have no problem with anyone speaking their language they’re comfortable with but when you are in a place of business and you are running that business and someone orders I think it’s rude to do that then start speaking your foreign language. When I got my ice cream in a cup cone it was damn near a milkshake by the time I reach the door My girl cookie ice cream was melting when we got to the car... all and all after they moved from next to cicis on spender hwy.. they are terrible . They need a new staff IMMEDIATELY... How is this a 3.1 stars all I seen was bad reviews ... it’s terrible

The ice cream is runny. They should spend some money on getting a better freezer or colder slab. As soon as the lady handed the ice cream to me it started running down the cone. I wanted ice cream not a shake.

This place was very warm upon entrance being that its an ice cream shop, when we went last week as I stood in front placing my order there were fruit flies flying above the ice cream and they were all over the nuts, cookies, candy and the whole entire section. They were completely aware and didnt care. My friend made a comment instead of an apology they started speaking to each other in their language. Im never going back to that Marble Slab. The city should shut it down. Its very unsanitary let alone the two females working there didnt even clean the slab before mixing the ice cream. Who knows what was mixed into the ice cream. I give it zero stars and I help this saves someone elses time from going there. Next time we are going to mall to a clean ice cream shop.

In conclusion:(The girl was rude even though I wasnt to her and my family and I will go to another location from now on.)I think this is the new location located right near the Casa ole by San Jacinto central campus.*If not this review is for that location.*Workers description was slightly taller than 5 foot and looked of hispanic descent on the lighter skin side and thin with long hair and young I would say @ 18-21 years old since I didnt get her name.Anyway when it was time to pay I asked the girl if the cones werent free? (because they have been everytime weve went to the older location in deer park next to a storage facility and at the location on Fuqay weve never been asked to pay for the cones after buying large size ice cream containers that is.)She said only one way free and the other was charged.I asked even though I bought 2 ice creams? She just looked at me and said nothing she even asked which location the cones were free because it seemed like she didnt believe me.Conclusion:I know I ranted and was all over the place with this story but its a very new location and the girl was rude when I wasnt being rude just asking a question because I was confused to why I was being charged for something I havent been before 0.99 per cone.Oh and I forgot to mention they wouldnt accept my sisters punch card either.I just checked my receipt and she lied I was charged for both comes I didnt get one free.The ice cream was good as always I got buttered pecan mixed with pecans and pineapple but I was rating the customer service it sucks and because of that well go to another location.

Ordered two milk shakes and they both tasted spoiled and didnt even come with whip cream on it. Was charged a lot more than was suppose to be.

Staff always friendly and most importantly the ice cream is deliciously amazing. Would come more often than I do, but its a little pricey.

Came in at 10:30 on a Friday night. We told the 2 ladies working our order 3 times and they still couldnt get it right. Forgot one of our ice creams and then we went back to get it at 10:45 told me the the slab part was closed so they couldnt mix in my heath bar they could only put a little on top. Horrible service!

Drove up to the front door, my daughter and her 3 friends went in to purchase ice-cream while I waited in the car.....I watched thru the doors and 3 skater kids were in front of them getting ice-cream also. It took them 12 mins to decide which ice-cream they wanted and pay! Finally my kids were next when all of a sudden a car pulled thru the drive thru and the lady working decided to open the window and take care of the drive-thru instead of taking care of the kids who had been waiting for 12 mins! I got out of my car and went in and asked the lady working why the kids werent taken care of before the drive thru and she said she doesnt do it that way!!!!!! I have personally owned my own business and it is always courtesy FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!!!! We will NEVER be back!!!!! We left and went to Baskin Robbins on Center Street in Deer Park and their ice-cream is much better and less expensive!!!
