Their ice cream was creamy and rich in flavor! Love it!

My daughter and classmates always come to this store to eat ice cream. My daughter took me once and thought it tasted very good, and the clerks service attitude was also very good.

September 2021 - Such a unique variety of ice cream flavors here! I got the mango sticky rice and earl grey.Both were SO GOOD and taste was on point!!! They let you sample the goods too before buyingWill definitely be back to try the many other flavors they have to offer!

Really sweet staff, and genuinely unique ice cream flavors. Most ice cream shops the most creative flavors are things like Pumpkin Pie, or Caramel Apple, but wanderlust has flavors like Lavender Marshmallow, Honeycomb, Mango and Coconut Sticky Rice. They are all tasty, you can tell the ice cream is well made and properly stored, and the toppings are all great too! Its definitely on the pricy side for ice cream, and if youre just looking for basic ice cream Id recommend skipping it, but if youre in the mood for something more fun or fancy its definitely with the extra few dollars.

So many great flavor choices! I got Japanese Neapolitan, strawberry daifuku, and kinder. Highly recommend the Japanese Neapolitan (especially if you like green tea), and the other flavors were delicious as well.

So many delicious flavors to choose from! I got the tasting trio and loved all three flavors I got! The staff were friendly and I didnt feel rushed to pick flavors (Im horrible at decision making when there are so many good options to choose from). I really like that the flavors are all so unique and not the basic chocolate, vanilla, etc.

My wife’s favorite ice cream shop, she always eats Tres Leches every time she comes, and even asks me to bring one when I get off work at night

Today was Wanderlust’s anniversary ! So there was a BOGO deal. The POS system was not working 100% so the employees had to put in card number manually; but were fast and efficient. We didn’t have to wait very long even though there were a lot of people in line.My friend got the Ube with an Ube cone and some soft ice cream.I had the New Zealand ice cream with honey candy crunchies and the Catalina. Both were delightfully sweet.

Best ice cream company in the LA area. Seasonal flavors change every month. Will definitely be back!

Not very tasty but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The flavor was just not as strong as I expected, even after having tried samples. But then again Im more of a traditional ice cream kind of person. I ended up throwing out the ice cream, and I guess the flavours change seasonally.

I love the Filipino month flavors. Green mango sorbet is so good. During the rest of the year, my go to is japanese neapolitan. This location has a huge space with lots of seating that is shared with Pie Hole and conveniently located a block away from the free 90 minute parking lot.

I love the creativity and concept of Wanderlust. For my taste, I think the ice cream is a bit too gummy like and the distinction among different flavors is not as strong as I would love to taste. Still a solid place if you look for new flavors in life!

I had first visited this location during the grand opening. That night, their quality of service was apparent when I noticed they had Lactaid at the register for anyone who might need it. I knew Id return for Filipino American History Month.I came back after running errands in the area (Im from Downey) hoping to try the Pandan Tres Leches earlier this month. Unfortunately they were sold out that night, but the Sapin Sapin and Kalamansi Pie didnt disappoint. Would love to see Sapin Sapin as a permanent flavor.After telling my in-laws about this place, we planned a whole family outing. Everyone was excited to sample several flavors. The most difficult part about visiting Wanderlust is deciding which flavors to purchase. The staff was helpful in answering questions and never rushed our party of 7.All the flavors taste exactly like theyre described, and my family enjoyed the whole experience--especially my brother-in-law, whos a chef. I was pleasantly surprised to find Biko still available tonight. One taste of this brought me back to when I would have sticky rice for breakfast before school.My only regret so far is missing out on Green Mango. Cant wait to see what Novembers flavors will be!

Always enjoy going to Wanderlust. My go tos are 3 scoop tasting with Pandan Tres Leches, Ube Malted Crunch, and Lychee Almond Sorbet! 10/10

Everytime I go to Wanderlust creamery I feel like theres always new flavors to try! Ive never been disappointed each time as they not only have unique varieties inspired by different flavors from all over the world but theres always different flavor profiles for everyone!

Dont understand all the hype about this place. The descriptions sound better than how the ice cream tastes.

I love this place. There ice cream has the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness and there one of the kind flavor are always a pleasant surprise.

This wanderlust location shares a building/room with a few other companies which is super smart (piehole and pressed juicery). flavors are delicious as always — japanese neopolitan and thai tea are the favorites. scoops are fairly generous and prices are like typical la artisan ice cream places. parking can be tricky in the area but there are public lots or metered spots.

I visited wanderlust for the first time today while walking towards another ice cream place. I got distracted, ended up going into wanderlust, and I did not regret it!I tried the following flavors:- Pandan tres leches: my favorite flavor today! The pandan flavor was prominent but not overbearing. The tres leches part (including bits of cake crust!) was creamy and not too sweet.- Thai tea: my second favorite! I love boba and this ice cream had a strong tea flavor and was very fragrant! I couldnt get enough of this tea fragrance in the ice cream and I havent found that aroma in other Thai tea ice creams nor Thai milk teas!- Vietnamese rocky road: it had a pleasant coffee flavor and had a nice texture that included some crunchy bits. The two aforementioned flavors outshone it.- Ube: my boyfriends favorite. Creamy, rich, and had tasty crunchy bits! It was just fine to me.- Mango and sticky rice: deadass felt like I was transported to a Thai restaurant where I was eating mango and sticky rice. Because of the difference in texture between ice cream and actual sticky rice, it caught me off guard and was sort of uncanny valley? It was delicous though!- Japanese neopolitan: the matcha and hojicha parts were tasty, but the black seseme threw the mix off. Our least favorite flavor today, but it was still good.

Im not a huge fan of any ice cream other than chocolate, but when I had their Ube Malted Crunch, and it became my new favorite, and I will go there every time I crave that.

All the flavors my family and I had were delicious! Ube Malted Crunch, Violet Marshmallow, Japanese Neapolitan, Vietnamese Rocky Road, Gianduja ... Yum. Not cheap, but well be back. Hope their Pasadena location thrives.

I was craving ice cream and my sister suggested wanderlust. They have a lot of unique flavors and seasonal flavors that rotate every month. I was very impressed with the flavors and the server was patient and knowledgeable with all the different flavors.

I never been here before, a friend told me about it but it was amazing! I never heard of the random ice creams they had but the honey velvet was amazing!

Creative and different flavors that are actually good and not just out there just to be flashy and get attention. They went viral for the white rabbit ice cream but honestly while its great, they have so much better ones! I wish theyd bring back the Ramune sorbet

I can’t believe there wasn’t a Wanderlust Creamery in Pasadena before. I am sad to see other ice cream shops leave the area such as “21 Choices”, up the street, and “Coolhaus”, which was formerly at this location. However, I have always been a fan of the Wanderlust Creamery concept since I love traveling so much. Note: I came to the soft opening as part of a yelp event.Carl/Karl was the employee who helped me and he was fantastic!! From his bright smile to his kind demeanor, his customer service and hospitality was 110%. He provided recommendations such as “oh if you like florals, definitely try the Pasadena Rose and Violet Marshmellow” and would offer a sample instead of me asking for one. This is important because no one likes being that person who asks for 10 samples in a row :) Carl/Karl also offered a background on wanderlust and his own personal favorites. Even with a long line behind us, he still did not rush me and took his time explaining everything in a calm, cool, and positive manner. In the end, he helped me choose the Trio Samples: 3 scoops. I couldn’t decide if I wanted a cup or cone so he offered the scoops in a cup with a cone on top! YES! Yo go Carl/Karl!My 3 scoops were: Violet Marshmellow (if you love that violet flavor with a creamy vanilla mixed in, this one is for you), Pasadena Rose (very rosy, with hints of chocolate), and Kinder (like eating a frozen melt kinder chocolate bar)! I am actually obsessed with the fact that they made a “Pasadena Rose” flavor. Love the name, the flavor, and it’s a great tribute to the location of the store. Way to keep it personalized and local! And the cone I got was the brown butter, which was super yummy and homemade right then and there, causing the whole space to smell like delicious heaven!Wanderlust Creamery, welcome to Pasadena! I will be seeing you soon.
