Only place around who actually had mower parts for a troy built...great pace I recommend this place even if you have to drive 100+ miles.

Looking for mower parts this is the place to get them. In inventory! I went to 5 different shops, everyone whats to order them.

Will only fix certain brands. Brought a weedeater in for a new pull rope and said we dont fix this brand. From walmart. Need to have a sign stating what they wont fix.

Great service! They dont make you pay ahead to order parts they usually have in stock like other places do. They usually have things in stock anyways and can give me a price over the phone instead of demanding I take the machine over. Less hassle, good shop.

Slow help and not enough push mowers out the only had 1 can you believe that.

They always have the parts I need, and if they dont they order them. Other places have me travel miles to prepay for parts just for it to be the wrong one. These guys are reliable. They can be a bit dry, but its excellent service if you just need your part.

They need smile on theirs faces, but they are good fixing equipment

It was great. Our lawnmower works like new again and it was ready the next day. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Although i kept having to look for the sales representative, i had a great experience was able to purchase all the machinery i was seek at a good price but best of all was the fact that they took the time to test and show us how to use the equipment properly!!!! Great Job guys!!!

Have usedmowers Inc since1985. Have not let me down yet. Only work on name brands. Got parts new stuff. If they cant fix it no one can. Best mower place in this end of Texas!

CSR was pretty cool but the machanic was rude ask abt a repair refuse to answer but soon as the csr ask the exact same question he could answer that killed my good experience if my first time visit will no do business again with them I will drive to other side of town where the machanic is much nicer n dnt mind answering a fast question so I can be on my way for parts great ppl but repair screw them

I Didnt need a new filter. You decide on the cost. You must be a knowledgeable person to receive their service otherwise they over charge. You cant win. You will be over charged. Pray for them.

Fairly priced place for equipment maintenance or just getting parts. I remember my dad coming here when I was little...glad they are still in business.

Undoubtedly they dont need business. Go in to get a lawn mower belt, when one of them finally asks if he can help me. He says they dont carry it. No offer to order one, or where to get it. Wont have to worry able cramping their squash time.

These people are way over priced on repairs, they quoted me $175 to replace a carburetor on a weed eater, bought the carburetor for $15 and replaced it myself.

Ordered a part and paid for it in advance. I then went to pick it up and was told the price I was quoted was wrong and the correct price was twice as much. So asked for money back and ordered it online for the original price I was quoted. not sure if they knew what they were doing.

Hi everybody, I am posting this review to caution you that when you go in to Mowers Inc. to leave your mowers or any lawn machine do not trust Mr David to be responsible for your property. The very first time I went to them they did a awesome job for me and my family. This time around went with a weedeater and lawn mower. When I went back they gave me the right mower and it runs great but my weedeater is not even the one I took them. They are trying to convince me that it is mine. Logically if a customer tells a representative of the store it is not there weedeater why dont they just give me my weedeater and have done with it and not the one from some company with their their name on it. To those who care for there property be cautious of these people (Mr. David) I am very disappointed in them never expected this kind of practice. 04/22/2019 thank you for reading and good luck and I will keep you all updated with the outcome.

The truth is that there are staff, who serve you as a client that one is, and others as if they were the owners, they believe they are very important.. !!!

It is garbage they give you a budget to repair and when it comes to picking up the machines they leave you with what is more than what they told you

I give them this rating because I have carried the same machine 2 days in a row and they have changed the same parts and they have charged me 2 times different prices on the first day they charged me $ 271.00 and the second day supposedly changing the same parts $ 100.89 and now I take it again the same machine and they say you have to change the same parts. And the manager says that they are not responsible because they have revised and fixed it wrong different mechanics there in the same place. So I can think that it is a fraud and you have to be CAREFUL what is fixed to your machines and if they really fix them. THEY ARE LIAR AND THEY CHARGE YOU AND CHARGE YOU. THEY SHOULD BE MORE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORK THAT THEIR MECHANICS DO AND BE MORE HONEST WITH CUSTOMERS. YOU CANNOT TRUST A BUSINESS LIKE THIS I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SEND ANY MACHINE FOR REPAIR HERE.
