UPDATED REVIEW-We experienced a rare issue with our new dryer after only 33 days. A simple phone call to Central Appliance and the dryer was replaced the following day. We could not ask for better service. Very impressed!!Friendly and courteous staff. Along with appliances, Central Appliance offers a variety of kitchenware and candles.

From Sales, to the knowledge of each appliance they can not only tell you about them but they will help you compare each appliance. I chose a Speed Queen Classic Washer. We were replacing a 2 year washer that did not clean the close. The delivery was On time. They also called days after theDelivery to asked if I was Satisfied!!! YES!!

Just after Hurricane Ida, running on our gas generator for power our AC window unit died. Was searching Every Home Depot, Lowe’s from Metairie, LA to Mississippi for An AC window unit, everybody was out and I was told I would have to go to Pensacola,FL. I was about to give up when I Googled Appliance centers around me, called Central Appliance in Pascagoula, MS. Kimberly was a bright spot on a dreary day. She physically checked to see if they had an AC window unit in stock, even gave me all the specifications for the unit, got my information and would hold it for me as I was about 20 miles away. She even gave me the best directions to getTo the store. Got to the store and everything was already written up and ready to go. Even let me use a dolly to get it to my truck. Got the AC home and it works great! Can’t thank Kimberly enough for her kindness and professionalism, especially during this challengingTime.

Bought a new fridge & really had a good experience with the sales staff. Unit was delivered & installed professionally. My ice maker bucket was accidentally left back at the store. Kalli was courteous enough to bring it to me on her way her home & saved me a trip. That’s over & beyond service!

Get a 2nd opinion and read pre-contracts guy has a good talk! I had my AC repaired back in January and here it is March and still have no warranty..excuses claims it it my review of previously leaving 3 star..so here I changed it! Be sure to get your warranty befor he gets away or you may be waiting to never get it..here it is March!!

A BIG Thanks to each one of you at Central Appliance. I just made my third purchase from them (dates from 2005 to current) and each time, I received excellent customer service from the store and during the delivery of the appliances. I needed advice on whether to replace or repair and that was top notch also. I spoke to Donna over the phone for that and she did not even know I was a past customer, but she was very pleasant and helpful. She spent as much time on the phone as I needed to feel comfortable about what decision to make. I would also like to mention that she did not push me either way. She simply told me my options and left it up to me (most appliance stores would have pushed me to replace no matter what the problem was). I was really indecisive about which washer that I wanted and changed my mind twice (after they had made the ticket). They were so understanding and told me it was no problem, even though it required them to redo the ticket 2 additional times on top of the original. The delivery was quick and I also received excellent service during that. I just cant say enough about this local family owned business and will not ever consider buying an appliance from any other store. They make you feel like family along with excellent service. Highly Recommend!

I now have all of my major appliances (fridge, stove, and most recently my W & D) from Central Appliance. On each item, they delivered the next or the SAME day. Their sales folks have great knowledge of every item they sell, and better knowledge of what other businesses try to sell you, and their delivery/set up guys are so kind and helpful. I will never purchase appliances from big stores (like Lowes, Sears, Best Buy, etc.) ever again.

I have bought 3 things from them. A washer used which is still going 3 years later. A part for washer. A part for a dryer. All were better price than ordering online. They have always been very nice on phone and in person as well.

I Ordered a refrigerator this morning for our office in Vancleave . The sales person told me they will take care of all the details. To my surprise, I got a call from my office at 10:08 AM confirming that the fridge has been delivered and setup. GREAT JOB!! Central Appliance

Horrible customer service! The lady behind the counter is extremely rude and disrespectful. Ive never been so upset with a place of business. They were all nice while I was paying my money, after they took my money they became EXTREMELY rude. I dont mind paying my money for great service but they dont deserve anybodys business. I have to add on to my original post because this company would not let me reply. Yes my mom received service from your company but whenever she called me into the store to make sure everything was ok with her bill. I asked the lady behind the counter to explain my mothers bill and she became EXTREMELY rude and said my moms the customer not me, I was telling her I was there to make sure no one takes ADVANTAGE of my mother because she is old. I got upset because she literally said this was none of my business n then she called the owner or manager. They are extremely unprofessional. My job is to always make sure no one tries to take advantage of my mom.

I would like to Thank Central Appliance for their fast and friendly service. I just had surgery in August. When we got home from the hospital we found out our A/C unit was not working. We called Central Appliance to repair it. The owner came out to our house about 11:30 at night and we were cooling in no time. I really appreciate this company and their commitment to their customers. I highly recommend this company!

They have worked on my appliances for years. Ive also bought a dishwasher and stove/oven from them. They are all prompt, professional and excellent at repair and installation.

Too many issues to list... Customer service has went downhill over the last couple of years, not showing up on the scheduled days, not ordering the parts for refrigerator while its not working for a week, and no sign of apologies for anything. They did admit on one occasion that theyre overworked and understaffed which is only a short term excuse. Its sad that I cant use a local, home owned company, but I recommend finding another or going to one of the chain stores!
