I got my car from here didnt get what I wanted but would get another car from here. I love Ms. Kelly she was great has worked with me on my payments. Helped with my credit 82 pts.

Like I said before this place is sick . I paid off my car that was $14,000 including interest & it doesnt even show on my credit . I paid off my car and came to a real car lot and had to redo my credit because it didnt even show up on my credit report . Dont waste your time or money here . Its great if you dont have a co-signer but dont get a car here if you dont have to!! Its true, these people are a joke .

Terrible, just terrible! I dont know how the rest of the business conducts themselves but I saw you have a review on here from Chris Grace, beware he is one of the sales guys so of course he is going to say this place is amazing but I dealt with him and he seems to have no clue what he is talking about. I went in looking for a car and when I asked questions about the cars he couldnt give me a straight answer, like he didnt know what he was talking about. He was pushy and tried pushing me towards a vehicle I didnt want. I didnt deal with anyone else as just dealing with him I had just about my fill and I felt like my presence was just getting in the way of his smoke break.

My main complaint is the interest is extremely high. I purchased my vehicle in July of 2015, and I still owe the same amount that they wanted for it when I bought it. I know you have to pay interest, but it just doesnt seem fair to have to pay basically double the amount. I have always payed on time, and I have never been late. I still have another 4 yrs to pay it off, and its a 2007. This is just not right in my opinion. The people that pay and do right should get some kind of cut on their interest. That would be the professional thing to do.

Called the dealership multiple times never picked up. And I received an inquiry on my credit report from this company and I’ve never been there before

They have poor quality cars. They do not get a car checked out before selling it. We have had our car 2 months when we got it, it needed brakes, brake rotors, and oil change and nothing has been done about it. I had to change the spark plugs cause they have done nothing to fix it except make excuses for why its taking so long to get work done. They depend on Clarks automotive to make repairs. I would not recommend using Clarks for anything much less have to deal with them. They have poor customer service. They left our oil cap off and laughed when we said something about it. If you plan on dealing with Auto Credit best thing to do is deal with the manager. If I knew who to report them to I would. When I get this car paid off I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH SUCH A POOR QUALITY CAR LOT AGAIN. They are not worried about the safety of the familys who buy from them as long as they get paid when a payment is due. We have never missed payment and still does not help us in anyway shape or form. Best thing to do in my opinion is find another car lot to buy from.

Worst place to get a vehicle ! We heard things about this place and decided to get a car, we got a car we knew nothing about and they charge us 10 thousand for a car thats only worth 3 and when we got it there was several things wrong with it . We stopped paying for it and told them to come get it . Now a woman calls and tries to threaten us and trying to force him to pay for that car . Hated the car, and this place .
