Excellent customer service and great service prices. Techs very knowledgeable and are thorough with there work.

The service was great and the staff were so kind and helpful. Even though they were super busy, they were willing to help me get back on the road so I could make my 800 mile trip back home. While waiting on my car, I observed this kindness to be the case with every customer that they worked with that day. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend them to anyone who needed tires or car repair.

They have been servicing my vehicle for years. They always do good quality work.

Horrible service! They got caught in their own lie. Took my vehicle in for an alignment...was told it would be 4 or 5 hrs. I left and got my other vehicle...after they parked it. Several times I drove by and the vehicle hadnt been moved. Then 6.5 hrs later...got a phone call saying theyd be unable to do the work unless i did (insert list here) first. They NEVER even looked at it! When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told I was lucky they werent charging me for the inspection.

I was driving across country from FL to CA and had to stop for an oil change along the way. I followed the reviews and found these guys. They were fast, professional, and courteous throughout my entire visit. Not just to me, but to all their customers who came in that morning. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing service in their area.

I happened to be in Pgoula when a tire started going down. There were cars in front of me, but the wait wasnt bad at all. They found the offending object and repaired the tire. The charge was reasonable.

Brought my car in for a leaky tire and was rudely told he has no time to get to it and walked the @@@@ off. Didnt even get me the time of day till I stormed out, and then wanted to offer me air. Said no and drove .5 miles to world tire......great decision!

Just replaced front shocks, ball joints, hubs, tie rod ends, and front tires, the weekend before taking my truck in for a front end alignment, after keeping my truck ALL day, they claimed that they couldnt do an alignment until i replaced my tie rod ends and sway bar end links! REALLY? Try to scam me? Not today... Wont ever recommend.

Brought my car in 07/16/18 too have breaks checked out told back in need front could wait, had it all done front and back cost me 601.28 called next day heard noises he told me bring it back I drove my car in a rain storm out of pascagoula is why I didnt hear the noise Monday but I did Tuesday hear the noise, so Thursday two days later after the rain stopped pouring down at 2:30 pm arrived at their shop and told by the guy I paid the 601.28 too they were busy, but the other gentleman that is on the first computer when you walk in the door got me service,we rode (one of their mechanics rode with me he heard the noise,I pointed my finger to the back, passanger side rear,he said interesting, I want too know who owns this business,I paid you for a job not done,and I shouldnt have too wait, I am a woman,who works 7 days a week and wanted my vehicle fixed?
