After a post-Ida postponement scare of no deliveries or pick up for a couple of weeks or so, the restart thereafter had been awesome! Love the new app, too. Still, a bit of app room for improvement. Otherwise, so much better than ever before! Keep up he great work and continuing improvements!!

Just had to run in and grab something quick and I was in and out no problem.

Everything was great other than the fact that Pascagoula/ mosspoint Walmart mens apparel selection is horrible compared to ocean springs or gulfport Walmart. Step it up Pascagoula Walmart!!

Overall good experience. I brought some turkey sausage back with mildew on it that wasnt out of date. The cashier asked for my ID when I had the receipt. Didnt apologize or nothing. Thats why she works there instead of running her own business in my opinion. Not Wal-Marts fault employees dont display professionalism all the time.

This was my first time to this specific Walmart and the overall appearance of this Walmart in Mississippi was so much cleaner and maintain so much more than typical Alabama Walmarts just over the border. Other Walmart should strive to be as orderly and neat as this one. But unfortunately as in so many other Walmarts around the country everything seems to be aiming towards self-checkout which I dont mind so much but they need to have a larger area to bag the food and other things that have been purchased it would take up more space but I believe it would be much more efficient and would generally make customers a little bit more receptive to self checkout.

This is the second walmart Ive been in, in a year, that was actually stocked decently. Also, they still have decent Halloween stuff right now!! (Oct 16)

Good luck getting this store to answer the phone! I called all departments and no answer! Website is a lie...customer service does not cash checks and the money center is not open until 11 although Google says walmart verified the hours.

Clean for the most part. It took forever to find a decent parking spot. Lol. All the items I needed were fully stocked and I was able to choose from a variety of things. Ill definitely be back. #ida2021

Im amazed that this company is as big as it is mostly sold out. They are very rude. And 12 checkout lanes with one person working one of them. The rest are walking the floors getting paid to hang out with there biddies

A worker said she liked my Crocs. Little did she know, I got them from this Walmart. I wish I knew her name. Id take her on a date to the local gas stations throughout Pascagoula.

I love this Walmart, it is my favorite store and I like the fact that this store hasn’t been updated yet. I don’t like the gray Walmarts, I like this one because it’s still brown. Gray is depressing. I got my watch battery replaced here for I believe $6.40 and that was a great price. I always find something in here I want at a great price. The store is nice, clean and well stocked with friendly employees happy to help.

Ive bought some items from Walmart and it had meal worms in the complete mix of pancakes twice. Also have ordered from the bakery area and they got the cake I asked for, paid extra for wrong 3x. I feel Mississippi needs to expand More/upgrade and that goes for grocery stores amongst other things.

This Walmart here you can’t even get out of your car without people trying to get money off of you they even put pressure on you they’ll get in front of you and won’t let you walk into the store they’re all in your face this is ridiculous we need something done about this we love shopping here at Walmart but if nothing is done we’re going to have to go somewhere else please please do something about this Walmart is close to my house

I love the convenience but I hate the store on the weekends. My advice get up early so its not so frustrating.

Please let the customers know the difference in payment method on scan and go not guess it when you have over $100. In groceries if it dont say cash or Card how will u know is this a dont ask dont tell store this is not good for seniors think about it . this is not a game

Older store. Clean, but an odd layout. The bakery staff is helpful and nice, but the family was disappointed in a buttercream birthday cake. No one liked the icing and that is highly unusual for kids. Perhaps a true buttercream icing would be nice.

Rude, rude, rude! We went needing to pick up a few things and my friend (a career waitress) wanted to use the Dr sholes foot machine to pick up some foot pads to help her feet.. The machine was tuned off so we asked the pharmacy if they could turn it on since it was next to them. The girl there sucked her teeth and said they dont do that. After asking 4 other ppl in the store if they could help and receiving the same attitude and answer we decided to go home. We go to checkout the 2 registers that have cashiers has lines a mile long so we go to self and they only accept card. We try to find out where we can use our cash and the lady said that she thinks register 7 is accepting cash. It was a terrible experience all around.

Its a super WalMart. They all seem to have small differences. This one doesnt seem to cater to a lot of disposable income. They tend to focus on cheap vs variety or quality. Automotive is kind of a mess, but the workers try hard despite an early closing time. Deli loads your plates up. Self checkout had 30% of their machines broke. Electronics does an ok job, fabric a good job, stockers are typically friendly. If you want a better selection, try the Ocean Springs WalMart. The Diberville one is only slightly better than the Pascagoula.

Wal-Mart continues to fall below the customer service level we were once accustomed to.

Not enough cashiers. Im not on your payroll, I shouldnt have to check out my own groceries. The pickup option hasnt been available in weeks.

Who ever is in Personnel over hiring ignores constant attempts to rehire in the Walmart work family even though I have great experience in all possible positions available and passing all required attribute and qualifying test for all available positions. I am constantly informed by current employees there are jobs available for a great quantity of positions.

This walmart is the absolute worst walmart ive ever been to. Absolutely NO SELF CHECKOUT REGISTERS ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS!!!Its only a matter of loading the machines with cash so that customers can pay with cash but its NEVER done!!! I DO NOT recommend this walmart if u are in a hurry & need to pay with cash because you will be standing in line all night jus to get checked out!!!!!!Update 8/26/21This walmart recently opened a few self checkout registers that accept cash payments. It has made shopping alot easier & less frustrating.

Great store. I live in Alabama but this store is worth the drive to have a better selection of products. Clean and shelves are stocked well. I appreciate that you can actually have a cashier check you out rather than most stores using self checkout which is ridiculous. Thank you for not changing to all self checkout registers because that is difficult when you buy a lot of groceries. Good store

Visited the area for a week and ordered grocery pickup. The person who loaded our groceries knowingly put a bottle of leaking detergent in our backseat, on its side. Left a nice little mess.Inside the staff doesnt seem to care much about helping you. Watching them move to help you is like watching grass grow.Plus, you need to tell your doorway receipt nazis to chill. Youve got a million cameras rigged up at the checkouts already which should be enough. Self checkout cameras are on you in enough angles they could create 3d models of us all. Not to mention you have the right to refuse. Its not like Walmart isnt already getting 75% of our earnings. 😆

Its a typical Walmart. If youve been to one supercenter then youve pretty much been to them all.

Had difficulty swapping out a damaged tablet with sales personnel in electronics but store manager Jeff (last name I dont know) quickly restored order and I left satisfied. I want to add that the people in electronics were only following protocol till I had to go to Jeff. But all involved were polite.

This store has empty shelves and rarely has adequate lines open. Staff are inattentive and the entrance always had either someone parked right by the door or someone at the entrance panhandling.

Shopping experience is good. The staff is helpful. But in the auto care department I feel that the staff needs more training. I had to bad experiences. Once with after an oil change the hood was not closed to the lock position I didnt notice it till the following day after I traveled at on the interstate. I had to pull over & close it properly. Another time I paid for the oil change with vacuum and I didnt receive it I told the manager but she was nonchalant about it so I left with out receiving it. Another time I had a 1 tire replacement & my tire sensor got broken and nothing was done about to rectify the situation they just gave me the runaround so I left. Ive used the tire and auto center numerous times but I had those three incidents out of the time that I have used them so I would give the auto department a two-star rating including the auto department managers no one wants to take responsibility if there is a mistake. But the store overall is pretty good Ive never had a bad experience just doing my normal shopping.

I’m rather new to the area, but this location was easy to find and even easier to shop in. The staff were all courteous and helpful as well. They were ready to handle people walking in without a mask during this pandemic. It was easy to navigate and when I couldn’t find anyone, I was able to communicate with one of their staff who was friendly and helpful. Will look forward to returning in the future!

Nice cashier, but they only had 2. If someone has a shopping cart full, it takes a long time to unload, scan, bag and load back into the shopping cart. They should have more cashiers working during busy hours. There were several people lined up into the clothes waiting to be checked out.

Went in for one item, found two right off that Ive been looking for at a better price.

And store associates abuse their position to treat customers as they see fit, And what I mean by saying that is if you need cash back They act like youre trying to take their money because they tell you they dont do cash back here or you have to wait in a line thats extremely long like the tobacco line. Also if you want to buy anything from the jewelry dept out of the display after 7pm you are out of luck till the next day because they say that dept is closed. FORGET ABOUT FINDING HELP IF YOU NEED SOMETHING.....OH UMM I DONT WORK IN THAT DEPARTMENT

I use the pickup mostly. Usually have it scheduled for 1-2 pm. Pleased with the service! Walmart needs to allow their employees to accept tips though. Why dont they??? The employee bringing my groceries and loading them into my truck is providing me a service. I feel bad NOT tipping them.

I got to Walmart service center to have a plug out on my left drivers tire at 12:40 and they had 4 cars ahead of me. They got toy truck at 3:30 and when I started to leave at 4:30, I had scratches on my truck. They were not on my truck because I got it ready to sell and the scratches were not there. This was the first time I drove it since I worked on it this weekend.From 12:30 -4:30 was RIDICULOUS time to have to wait.The supervisor in Automotive, said there had already been 4 people complained before me. In the waiting area, there were many other people complaining too.I WILL NEVER USE WALMART AUTOMOTIVE DEPARTMENT AGAIN. 🤑🤑😭Wanda Kendrick

Pascagoulas Bakery team is the bomb.com!I tried two other Walmarts on Thursday to order a cake for my mom, requesting to pick up on Saturday. Diberville couldnt do anything until Monday. Oceans Springs couldnt promise they would have it by Saturday because of a boil water notice.I called Pascagoula, and they were not only able to accommodate me, but they would have the cake ready by Friday at 4 p.m. I quickly ordered and felt at ease. I gave the colors I wanted, and told the cake decorator that I trusted her expertise on how to tie the colors in.I received a text at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, letting me know the cake was ready for pickup.Way to go Pascagoula Walmart for pushing to complete my last minute order ahead of time.Blessings to you, Bakery team!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I love that you can finally check yourself out..! An the staff are always there, ready to help in a second.. I actually cant stand to even be in town or around a lot of other ppl, because it usually always comes with a lot of unnecessary drama.. So i try to limit my visits into the socialized world, to one or two times per month... (Everyone would do great, accepting the fact that a little kindness goes a very long way..) Anyway.. If i have to go Anywhere to do ANY shopping.., I prefer Wal-Mart over any other stores.. Dollar General runs a close race at 2nd... I can actually get most of what I need at the dollar store, besides cold food products.., an truthfully I use the Dollar General more than Wal-Mart, because they are more conveniently located everywhere now., an their products are generally cheaper than anywhere else.. Hands down Wal-Mart is my over-all go to place, for that one stop shop, to do All my shopping., without the social anxiety, that comes with dealing with humans.. ....................................................................... Oh, did I mention, that, Im not human like the rest of you?! 😇😘..........

Paid with my phone, the young man work the door wouldnt let me leave without showing him a receipt. I told him it was on my phone but he said he needed to see receipt. Asked for a manager and she quickly resolved the issue after explaining to how paying by phone works. This was the last straw for me Walmart. Bad enough I had to check myself out.

Its a good store clean well stocked but not one employee bothered to ask if I needed any help as I struggled putting a 8x10 rug in a shopping cart....

Walmart was great as usual..lots of other business in same area..also had to eat at Waffle House nearby..

18 Aug 2021 0635, Walmart fuel depot was shut and locked, employee inside just glared at me when I pulled on the door. Went to main store and the doors were barricaded with shopping carts. Came back at 1130 to the same scenario. Website is still saying store is open and employees are turning people away.

No pool salt or shock Poole supplies low management change has cause it too not bee as good as it has been.

Cashier lines are slow and on busy days they have one or two at most. They are pushing too hard for the self check out.

Place had panhandle in the parking lot, cops at the door due to a high crime rate? I say pick a better place.

Still crowded and doesnt run as efficiently as the walmarts in both gulfport and biloxi but one of the cleaner walmarts ive seen as well. Parking would be the biggest issue its a bit dangerous being connected to two different main road plus a canes and gas station..
