So my husband and I have been purchasing our cigarettes at this location for years now and so yesterday we get 2 packs of Marlboro special select red shorts just like we do every couple days and do we paid $11.02 with our rewards points and so this morning we go to purchase the same exact thing and they try to charge us $13.12 with rewards points. So my husband say something about it being $11.02 yesterday for same thing and so the manager had the nerve to say that its a NEW MONTH... So we say really well yesterday was the first of the month and it was not this price yesterday and of course the manager continues to say its a new month. So thats what the manager at this store does.. SHE PRICE GOUGES.... This isnt the first time this has happened there. THIS STORE CHARGES WHAT IT WANTS WHEN IT WANTS TO. DONT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANY GOOD OR KIND SERVICE...

I like Shell gas and try to get it when I can, but this location is the worst Ive ever encountered! The gas pumps are nearly always broken and the card readers on the pumps dont work!

There is a black female with an Afro that is employed here and she is the MOST rude human! She does not care to have customers’ business and she just made sure that I will tell EVERYONE to never use Shell again!

Work at SRH..went to purchase gas and Pizza ...Rude clerk refused to make special advertised 1/4 slice w wings cause it was too late..2 night prior a clerk had made it in 8mins with a smile... but next night .. clerk Allie.. cant make it after 9:30pm cause she says we loose money???? ..then refuse to sell me gas cause i didnt agree with her.... Terrible Experience..Laaazzzy Employee
