First time visiting Seaside Smoothies and I enjoyed my experience. Great family environment and very friendly. They are healthy weight loss smoothies. If you in town visit Seaside Smoothies as well as their other business, Sunshine Health Foods, right next to it for a great health food journey and great smoothie.

Smoothie is okay. If you enjoy the taste of Stevia, youll probably love them. All of the fruit blends are premixed with Stevia in them. I prefer no added sugars and definitely no processed sugar alternatives.
