Act like they were trying to help but in reality they just want your money. Charged new price for a old part and then didnt want to give a refund when a friend gave me the part that was in better shape than the one they sold me

The staff at Steiners Saw and Mower are very knowledgeable about multiple brands of equipment. Gail at the front counter is very helpful, and works tirelessly to assure that we get the right part every time. Josh and the other mechanics in the back have a very vast knowledge of all types of gasoline engines. We always receive our equipment back from repair in a very timely manner. Cant say enough good things about this business. Keep up the good work guys!
