If you need something worked on apparently they dont do work on Saturdays only sales. They didnt even take the time to try to help me I told him all I needed was two tires beaded and I would have had to wait two days for them to do it. So pretty useless and terrible experience...

Bought an echo trimmer and a chainsaw best prices Ive found and the service is second to none. I needed some parts for an old chainsaw and one of the guys took the parts off an old saw and gave them to me wont be going anywhere else.

The guy that runs the place, Tony, was told me my carburetor would be around $200 but would call me with the exact price, he calls several days later and tells me its done and was $415. I questioned him about not calling me and immediately got angry and said I was trying to pull something on him, he never denied he was supposed to call. He stated he would never work on my mower again and took $60 off so my $200 carburetor still cost me $353. He never did apologize for not calling me, just walked off mad. No professionalism at all, don’t go. As a side note I had just paid him $173 two weeks earlier for a spring tune up.

They were upfront with me about my older zero turn repairs and they gave me a fair trade on that for a new Bad Boy Maverick 60 mower that i have been very happy with.

Fair in his pricing, knowledgeable staff, a variety of QUALITY brands to chose from. In the past 2 decades, Ive bought 4 new commercial mowers there, due to saving somewhat vs local competitors.I just had my 1st small problem on a mower under warranty, and hes pit it near the top of the list so I can get back to my business.

Staff will do almost anything to either keep current customers happy or to win over new ones. Get hours and the service work is top notch. Pricing seems always negotiable and sales people dont waste time engaging in conversation with you either...Edited: Not as great as they used to be. Staff are much older then the average mower service & sales shop. So expect delays and toothless smiles with waves goodbye as you leave.

Went with the idea that Id trade in my husky that was too little for my property. Was talked into a Country Clipper Boulevard. Amazing little machine... 60 deck and tough as nails. Smithco personnel was knowledgeable and uber helpful. 5 star, great experience.

Rude repair shop. After 10 minutes he said my motor had low compression and needed a new motor..took it in to hebron they found a bad baffle in the muffler compression was great 120..runs fine..

Friend was going to buy a used mower on Monday with his father. Sales man agreed to sell mower, and said it was ok to come back the same day with the money. Father came back the same day. They sold the mower to someone else. Dont trust the salesmen.
