They offer very beautiful mobile homes! Ron and Gloria are very accommodating and have their best interest in finding the right home for you! Ron even provided us with detailed steps on which papers to bring, since we didn’t bring all of them on the same day. They try their best to help you succeed in purchasing the mobile home of your choosing. We are currently on the ways of purchasing one of their homes. Gloria even gave us a tour of the community that it will placed in, their community is so beautiful and lively. I’ve never seen so much greenery in a mobile community before, a so very clean one at that! All of the homes are so well kept, we will be sure to take great care of ours. You can tell that a lot of effort and organization has been put into these lovely homes and communities. We hope you manage to find your perfect one with them. It best to set up an appointment ahead of time so that they can prepare for you. We can’t wait to move in!

If you are in the market for a mobile style home for convenience or to cement into the ground these are a good option. They are more expensive and stylized homes that are built with comfort in mind. The larger units can have from 3-5 bedrooms, spacious kitchens, large mud rooms, and comfortable living spaces (some come with additional bells and whistles). If you already own some land this is a good and reasonable affordable option. In most cases you will get more square feet per dollar spent on a new or resell home. A feature that isnt included that I do feel is important to many is a garage. That would be extra.

I dont typically write reviews for places, however, this wasnt a typical visit.Before I get into my review Im not affiliated with Rona Homes in any way, whether you buy your home from them or not is your decision this is just my experience with them.When we first arrived today we didnt know what we wanted. We knew we wanted a 3 bedroom and the best deal for our budget. We were greeted by Earl, we explained to him what our budget was and that it had to be a 3 bedroom and without thinking about it took us straight to some units which were both under our budget and beautiful. He answered every question (multiple times, Thanks btw!!) we asked him. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about how long the entire process from viewing to moving in would take. When we told him that we wanted something that we could move into right away he came back with an option for that request also. After we told him which one we wanted we started the paperwork and kicked off the process. As nervous as I was about all of this he made it as seamless and informative as I couldve hoped. During the paperwork process, we met the owner, Ron.Ron started our conversation by telling us that he would be straightforward with everything, and he was. He answered every question we asked without delay and with honesty. He made us feel comfortable by teaching us how this process works and telling us upfront what to expect. There was no upselling, there were no added extras, There was the price of the home and set up and that was it. The price was the price, and I thank him especially for that. It was a very welcoming atmosphere, he talked to us like he had known us for years.I have to say my experience couldnt have been better today. I came in a bit terrified and left feeling excited and anxious to get into my new home. I want to thank everyone in the office at Rona Homes you guys were amazing. When I purchase a home 🏡 I am almost sure that Im going to use Rona Homes. The owner was upfront and honest with me on how to pursue what I need for my family. He was very patient with me, with all of my questions! He also did a good job at explaining prices or costs...very knowledgeable about the process and what it takes all the way through..good convo! One more thing...he didnt rush me off the phone, lol..😊

I had a great experience speaking with Ron over the phone. He was so great at helping us get inforation as we are considering to build a manufactured home! He took so much time and I can tell how he genuinely does his best to help people in any way he can!

I went through Rona homes to purchase a mobile home and they were excellent. Scott helped me find a place and was so friendly with my 3 year old son. Ron helped me get a monthly price that worked in my budget and thoroughly explained all the information I needed as a first time home buyer. I also spoke to Brandi on the phone and she was so polite and while I was getting the information I needed, she occupied my son and helped keep an eye on him. I very much recommend rona homes

If I could give it less than one star I would, they are so rude, I was in the information center and am ready to purchase. I was treated as an annoyance, outwardly annoyed at my presence. Apparently they dont need any business because a potential new customer walked out the door with a bad impression. When I got up and announced I am in the wrong place, he seemed to be relieved to not be bothered. I called first before I drove the 25 miles to understand their protocol and did exactly as I was told to do. I would not make such a big purchase from this business since this is how they treat potential customers. Imagine how they could treat you once your stuck and you actually purchase something from them.RESPONSE:What does covid have to do with rudeness and disrespect? Take responsibility. I was not angry, I was glad you all showed me who and what your about before I got too far along in the process.

We had a great mobile home my wife had purchased new in 2018 and paid cash. She relocated to Westlake and needed to sell the home. Thus she contacted Ron and gave him a great offer and he agreed to a purchase arrangement which was to take place in couple of days with a payment and contract. Two weeks and numerous attempts to contact him and not even the courtesy of a phone call

My salesman at Rona Homes was Tim. He helped me pick out a manufactured home and complete the paperwork needed to finalize the purchase. My financial situation changed at the last minute and I informed him I wouldnt be able to purchase the home. He was more then understanding, didnt pressure me to follow through and gladly returned my deposit. That showed me he cared more about my happiness then making a deal. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a manufactured home to goto Rona and ask for Tim. You wont regret it!

Rona Homes showcases beautiful homes, but beautiful homes do not compensate for the complications weve experienced since we signed the contract. It took a full month after the date we were quoted for our home to be delivered, which displaced us for 6 weeks because even after delivery, we were unable to get in for another two weeks. Mr. Thomas made verbal commitments during the signing that he has since refuted.The bathroom pipes were not secured and after the first shower, the bedroom walls (about 8 feet in length, 2 1/2 feet high) were soaked, the bookshelves on the wall and more than two dozen books (30 at last count) were damaged by the flooding. The carpets have since molded and we havent received a satisfactory response from anyone. This should have been looked at during the final inspection done by Rona Homes once the home was delivered.We thought we did our due diligence in researching where to buy our home yet it doesnt seem to have worked out well for us. Every person weve spoken to since going with Rona Homes has given a less than favorable opinion of the business. Since we didnt see any reviews online at the time we purchased, I am being a voice for those whove been given the run around by this company. Do not be fooled by the window dressing of the homes. A lot can be overlooked when customer service is good, yet the lack of response from Rona Homes and the finger pointing has made this a terrible experience.I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason. EVER.

Who yells at a 1st time buyer seeking information? I was told the 1st day to expect to spend a lot of time with them as it takes a long time to choose a car its going to take longer to get the house... 2 days later I go in, because I was called in, thinking that they had more options as discussed and get I yelled at because I didnt sign a credit app yet.. Why would I allow you to run my credit instead of going through my bank, an approval letter with my bank I can take anywhere and have my credit ran once.. if Rona runs it I can only use Rona and I didnt have any documents to back up the numbers they were throwing out. I guess he felt some type of way that I didnt think their mobile park (that he made sound amazing until i saw it) would be a good fit.

When my spouse and I went to Rona, Tim was our salesman. He was great! When we went to finalize things with our new home, Tim was gone and Ron took over. Then Tim was back after Ron said he was taking over. Went to see Tim, ordered what were cheaper cabinets due to size of the cabinets, didn’t add the garage. Tim had to go back to Ron’ s office time & again. Our price went up due to some unknown reason. We had put $180,000 on it. Suddenly we had 3 weeks to come up with $40,000 more. Or we would lose the $180,000. Well, the house got there with our now depleted resources. Set very well. After a short time we saw the siding under a porch leaking. Rick came down, had someone look at the roof. Couldn’t find it. Husband found area it’s at. The real troubling thing is the cabinets. Drawer ones are wood. What I ordered due to formaldehyde issues. No I got cabinets that are coated with vinyl, like Contact Paper on them. I haven’t seen that for 30 years. In the US products made here can’t have much formaldehyde. We spoke with many agencies and people. If products are not made here, they can have toxic levels. Even from Canada. Went to a lot of places to look at cabinets and were told that. Oh yes, they don’t sell what we have for cabinets. After 2 nights in the hospital and 4 in a hotel I can’t afford, I’m living at my aunts. Not near my new home. Ron seems to be out of our picture for which we are thankful, Tim was very sympathetic and understanding. Rick is into charging us more for cabinets and questioning my reaction to the cabinets. Many would be affected if they came & smelled them, but no one from Rona has even tried . All the exhaust fans, air purifiers, air cleaners, negative ionizers in, charcoal bags in cupboards. Not the carpets or glue. Kevin is living in the old house with 2 small space heaters. 11* outside, 45 in the house. Tim mentioned we could get compensated for the hotel costs. Rick response negatively to that. I’m now spending my time contacting agencies and the Many people who have chemical sensitivities & their support groups. I am getting a lot of disbelief as I “am the only person who Ever complained about the odors”. It’s called off gassing Oh yeah. Champion made the home and so far 3 people can’t find the company headquarters on the internet. I realize people are in business to make $$$. But this is unacceptable!!!!!!! The review on here mentioning Rona as dysfunctional is correct. I may be happy not to deal with Ron, but where is he ? He’s the owner!! He did the behind the door dealing. He’s responsible!!!!! Yes, based on other reviews, I will see Ron’s response. The ones I read are disingenuous.

I purchased a home with Rona 13 years ago and even tho I had a great sales person. I believe his name was Freddy. We had a horrible thing happen to us. We paid top dollar and for everything which was agreed to pay for. The two problems I had was the front lawn was not even flat. I had to shovel for weeks to try to make it ok. Then the biggest problem was that they all of a sudden said I needed a electrical post and it would be $250 dollars. I refused and said this was not in the contract. Believe it or not! Rona homes took me to court for $250. Trust me when I say buy somewhere else and if possible buy a normal home build by a reputable builder. Im now building my second stick build home in grove city and the builder is awesome. I think Rona ownership needs to step back and really understand customer satisfaction. Sorry Rona for bringing up the past but sometime karma comes back and bites you.

Very friendly when we came in to look at homes. They answered our questions and didnt pressure us into anything after we told them that we were about a year out from buying a home. The set up of the homes left something to be desired but other that that they did well. Will update if we go with them.
