I got some top soil that cannot be topsoil. I also got some black mulch in bags bc they were out of bulk. It lost it color after one rain. OM. Is loosing the quality it once has. Such a shame. People where really nice......it seemed to me it was a family run place and do they live their on site or what......very weird to me

Usually have what I want. Hardwood mulch I got last time smelled bad and wasnt supposed to.

The first location did not have the type of mulch I wanted but the gal assisting me said another location did. Going there, they too were out but offered something equal to it at a better price. They loaded my SUV with what I needed, 12 bags, and were thoughtful of taking care to not mess up my vehicle. This on top of giving me a discount for taking broken bags. When I got home, very little had come out of those bags. Great job and thanks for the great service!

Whatever the lady working here gave me was not topsoil. Pretty sure it was Com-til. Its always nice to have pieces of plastic and PFAS in a raised bed.

Very friendly, but last load (100 bags) of mulch has trash, broken glass and pottery, sharp metal can pieces, and shredded plastic. Several of the bags are apparently full of nut grass seeds... now growing in patches all over my flower beds 😣Will try elsewhere next year.

After being sent to this location by another OM site, I arrive to find the gates locked. A nice maintenance gentlemen tells me they had a scheduling issue so the store won’t open for another couple of hours. This would also explain why they were not answering the phone - silly me trying to make sure they had the product I wanted before driving over. Last time I ever “try” to use OM.

Prices are pretty fair and theyre lenient with alot. They give discounts to companies and repeat buyers. The layout could be a little better but fine establishment.

Not a bad place to dump or purchase mulch but it is a little pricey to dump. Our loads help produce mulch so it bothers me that we have to pay 30/50$ a load. Its business though 🤷

Highly unprofessional, never serious about their jobs. My boyfriend has worked there 2 weeks and they did not pay him no explantion why when he called they hung up on him. There were men that started after my boyfriend and they still got a pay check. Never answer the phones. Very unprofessional
