This is a wonderful store! The nicest couple runs it and they go out of their way to help in any way they can! Highly recommend.

Worst customer experience ever. Absolutely refused to send our product back even though being shipped to amazon and was nothing out of his pocket. Kept shaking his head saying I don’t know what you want me to do. Well do your job and send the product back is what your supposed to do. I would not even give one star. People skills definitely not on point

The gentleman that was working today (mon. Sept.28) was kind enough to come to my car and carry my return items, to direct tv, from 2 separate households, into the store. I’m very handicapped at this time, on crutches and wouldn’t have been able to carry them in. He also returned to my car w/ a receipt. It doesn’t get much better than that! Thanks- Lexy

Purchased a UPS box today and had Scott help me. He was great. Friendly, personable, with quick service. I am glad I chose to go with UPS instead Renting a P.O. box. They have other services as well: faxes, scans, shipping large packages, etc. Would highly recommend.

I had arrived just right when they were closing for the day. They unlocked their door just so I could ship my package. They are always so friendly and personable with their service.

Came here for the first time, 15 minutes to close. I believe it was the owner that was there, he was so incredibly helpful and was so patient with me even though I came in so late. He helped me straighten out my shipping issues even though the store should have been closed and was overall just an excellent guy. Will definitely be coming here for all my shipping needs and I absolutely recommend using this location.

I run a small IT company in Central Ohio and I expect a lot from my vendors--this store has always exceeded my expectations. Scott is very friendly and very fast at what he does. Although this store is technically out of my way, Ill never go any place else. Highly recommended :-)

I needed something notarized, but he refused to do it because it was 6:45. The store is open until 7:00. However, he doesn’t honor the posted hours. What made it worse, no apology for the inconvenience. I will not be coming back to this rude and inconsiderate location.

I walked in and asked if I could hang up a job fair pamphlet next to one that was already hanging. The guy said no. I said but theres one right there the guy Scott who said he was the owner said because I said so. He was so rude. I asked him for his card and it did not say owner. I asked him are you lying to me? he said no. Im the owner wow! he was clearly lying. I took a pic of him if the REAL owner would like to know whoes pretending to be the owner.
