I just want to start by saying I did not purchased the car. Without a doubt, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. I felt no pressure. The experience was both personal and professional; felt like I knew him. He was very knowledgeable of his inventory. He even gave back my deposit with no questions asked. He went the extra mile to make sure I would have a vehicle I’m comfortable with. You can tell he really appreciate what he does and is not just doing it to make a profit. Mike was also honest; he realized he made an error with pricing the car too low and was still willing to stand by his original price. I would definitely seek him out when buying another car. Very dishonest people. They took my $300 and didnt give me back. They pretend to be nice until you give them the money. He told me on phone he will hold the car until Monday and I trusted the guy even the contract was gonna expired. My husband was gonna come and pick up the car but I mentioned to give the money if we dont but buy the car. He got so nasty with my husband that he didnt really wanna sell the car just to take our money. But who does this to their customers. $300 is a lot of money for me. I went there but Mike already left because he knew I was coming. Krish didnt really wanna talk about it. Mike now doesnt receive my call. He told Krish to call the Cop if I dont leave within 5 mins. Remember I am 6 months pregnant and started to feel dizzy and had to leave. Legally I dont have a choice but if its on the call record if we could investigate. But obviously, we dont have time for that. Krish told me, in the end, he will give me car credit but the next day I texted to confirm I am coming to NO Response. I am posting pictures to proof.

BE VERY VARY of this establishment, especially Shady Mike. Mike took advantage of my wife with no shame in convincing her to put down a deposit for a used car. My wife sometimes misunderstands, as English is not her first language, and Mike took advantage of her naivety. My wife should have taken more time to fully understand what she was doing in giving a used car salesman this money- but Mike took full advantage and kept the money when she was 2 days past the length of the refund agreement. Mike then tried to leverage the money he had taken to force us back to his establishment to purchase this or another car, but he was so nasty to my pregnant, tired wife, that we could not stomach buying a car from this low-life. I got into a shouting match over the phone with Mike- defending my wife for how he treated her. I called out how he was a shady, terrible guy- rightfully. He did not like this and got even nastier- telling me I had no morals and offering to rip the money up before refunding it.The guy is bad news- he is a low-life used car salesman. The money he took was wrong, but the disrespect he showed to my wife was outrageous. There are plenty of places to by a quality used car- please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Thank you!

I went to this dealership on my one day off of work and I had a bunch of outstanding cars that applied to my budget. The owner mike helped me with everything and he even gave me a fantastic offer on my car that I was looking to sell. After we looked at the cars I had found the perfect car it had very low mileage it was clean and they even waxed it on the day I had purchased it. Do Not deal with these people! Especially a man named Mike. They took my $500 deposit to hold a car there until the next day..not only did they sell the car before I could return to buy it, they then kept my $500 deposit. Thank God I had made the deposit on my credit card and had security, if I had made the deposit in cash I wouldve never seen that money again. Stay far away from these scam artists!
