Repaired a neon sign with high sentimental value and made it look like the day it was gifted to the family. I highly recommend Northstar because they were timely with their repairs, really good with follow-up communication (Ariana is right on top of the e-mails), and pleasant to work with. Great job!!

Five Stars is not enough! Ariana was so helpful and an absolute delightCustomer Service A+, Quality of Workmanship A+, Value for Price Paid A+.I drove 30 miles and passed a dozen sign companies in the process and will happily do it again, when the need arises. These guys are worth your time.

They came for estimate and told me to share the quote same day or latest next day in the morning. After two days passed, they decided to decline to provide quote. Complete waste of time. I believe they did not like the idea of getting quotes from their competitors.

Had two signs made from North Star and each experience was absolutely amazing and pleasant. Ariana was so nice & helpful,. She helped expedite what I needed and even did all the work to put the design together. They are truly talented & experienced in what they do. I will use them again and again without any hesitation. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality work. They even deliver & install the signs up themselves.

Boaters Beware graphic Bait and switch scam at this place. You pick a font after they tell you your design and font have no fees. Then charge you $80.00 for a font fee. The worst part is they lie to you about the price until your final print is ready and you love the design. So disappointed in this company.

I had bad experience dealing with these people. Someone from their company came to take measurements of the truck and said someone will call me back with an estimate. After a couple of days no one got back to me so I called several times and no one can help. After two weeks I gave up on the estimate. It was a complete waste of my time, not only were the customer representatives incompetent but also rude, like if its my fault they cant do their job and get back to me like they said they would.

They take your business and you pay premium prices...however they dont give back to the community in any way.
