Joseph was very knowledgeable with mattresses. We didn’t plan on buying one and we ended up purchasing a mattress and adjustable frame.

Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Usually we are turned off by pushy salesmen and end up leaving. Stephen patiently answered all of our questions with no pressure. We are very happy with the service.

This is a very nice store. The salesman, Charlie, who is also the manager, was low key and not pushy. He listened to what we wanted and answered all of our questions. He gave us terrific service and we were able to make a decision without any pressure. The showroom is large and not crowded like so many where they try to put a hundred beds in a small space. They had examples of the all the different Tempur-Pedic mattresses and we were able to gauge the differences and customize what we ordered to get exactly the right bed for us. Cannot wait for our new bed arriving tomorrow!

Last night I went shopping at one of your locations in Patchogue it was easy to access and there was plenty of parking . He was very nice Anns had a lot of information about the beds and how they benefit the body. I want to thank you for having such an experienced employee . I did pie pen top of the line. I also have to mention that entering the store was nice and clean. If I need anything else in the future I definitely will return to this store.

We went in just to look as we were going along sunrise to get to another new place open/opening huge place actually but saw this on way so we stopped never thought going to buy but did!Our salesman was great(my man is a salesman so not getting over on us), left deposit will be getting a new bed! I had a sleep# adjust both sides for over 12 yrs which I loved but its time it goes there must be a hole in a tube as it deflates again. New beds no hoses yea! Plus can get a bottom sheet, zip mattress cover over the way it should. This shop is directly through manufacturer, sales get passed down to store. Bad I guess is they cant adjust prices as individual stores but still get sales, bonuses etc. PLUS instead of 100 its 120 days back $ guaranteed. Free delivery as well, free discard of your old bed, free setup of new bed. He took his time explaining each one from the temperpedics to purples etc. Try, gives you paper cover to put head on the pillow you take around store with you to use due to virus. They have layaway as well.Edit: wanted to add Joseph Blanco was the sales associate who helped us. He knew every answer to any ? we had and took his time with us. Its a big investment getting bed systems for many years to hopefully have the comfort expected especially if you have bad backs.We decided on the Purple #3 I suggest try each one of the mattresses out and different bases. We went with an adjustable base.

I woke up this morning following a restless night from tossing and turning. I took the sheets off of my bed to inspect what turned out to be none other than a sump in the middle of my mattress with spring coils emerging from the depths of that said sump. So I took to the computer, dipping and diving through various websites looking for reviewed mattresses that would suit my needs when I found mattress firm.. I decided to give a call as I find myself doing rather more than every so often.. Charlie picked up the old school land line and confirmed.. mattresses in stock. I showed up and he was quick and concise to direct me to the perfect mattress to better my nights sleep going forth. I look forward to the days to come. The little sleep I do gather from my nights will now be enjoyed on my new soft and cloud like mattress. Thank you Charlie, I guess I can join the club now and say that I can count sheep.. or at the very least begin to count sheep. Ben was great, not pushy, down to earth family man. The delivery guys were great, respectful and professional. The mattress is just OK, the adjustable frame just OK. The pillow and sheet set complete junk. The sheets are not cool and the pillow retains heat like any other pillow I’ve ever owned. Sure one side feels cool to the touch, but it’s very temporary. If I get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, I come back to a very warm pillow. The heat gets trapped in the foam. Not worth the hundreds of dollars it cost me. On the flip side, my wife does like pillow and sheet set but I am a warmer sleeper and does not work well for me. This queen size bed, adjustable frame and pillow set cost me well over $3,200. At Casper, it was $2700 for a split king with 2 adjustable frames. I highly recommend a split king if you are buying an adjustable mattress. I go to sleep way before my wife does and she can’t have the bed adjusted up. Next time, a split king will be the way to go for us.

My wife and I just bought a queen size mattress with adjustable base for ourselves and a “Big boy” bed for our 3 year old from Mattress Firm in Patchogue. They have a great selection of high quality product at fair prices along with interest free financing, can’t beat that! We were helped by Joe Bianco, he was incredibly friendly, knew his product, and was so cool with our toddler acting like a toddler should in a mattress store. So yes I would recommend Mattress firn and more importantly Joe Bianco if you are out there on the hunt for the perfect nights sleep or just interested in an afternoon nap while shopping.

Not happy! Spent $2000 on a bed & the same week they started the veterans day sale & were giving a free adjustable base when you spent $500 or more on an adjustable mattress... I called & asked if they would honor the sale for me since it was the same week I bought my $2000 bed but nope!!! Gave me a BS line saying he would email Corp. But he never called me back!!!! Even the day I bought my mattress there was a customer in the store having a similar issue!
