Had to get my trim unit replaced on my Suzuki outboard and some other maintenance done on my boat. I had a great experience here, Nick and the staff were absolutely amazing. They did an awesome job on my boat in a very timely manner. Nick will answer all of your questions and concern and he made the experience awesome!!!

If you are looking for a boat to rent, please call this marina and support their business. The people at this marina are very service oriented and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Specifically, Stephanie, Ken and Rick went above and beyond to help us find a boat so we could watch our daughters sail boat race. We were striking out everywhere we looked for a boat rental and these guys were so helpful. They worked with me for a week so ensure I had a way to get out on the water. I cannot thank them enough for helping me get on the water.

We just repowered our 21’ Pro Line CC with a 200 Suzuki. Nick and the team at Leeward Cove (special thanks to Sal) did an outstanding job! Their attention to detail is first rate. It was like getting a new boat. We’re very happy we decided on Leeward Cove for the repower! Highly recommend!

Ive been a resident boater at Leeward Cove for over a decade now. Ive kept three different boats (24-40) and at one time, I even had two boats at the same time. The owner, leaders in the shop, store and yard are just some of the most professional, talented and reliable folks youll ever find in the business. Ive had nothing but the best experience at Leeward Cove and will remain there for as long as I possibly can.The Slip, docks, electric towers, water hookups and the parts/mechanic shop and seasonal services are not only price wise competitive, but are just rock solid in quality, speed and reliability.If youre looking for the absolute best spot on the bay to either keep your boat, launch you jet-ski, rent kayaks or paddle boards, or have your boat serviced or maintained.... you have to visit Nick, Roger and Kenny at Leeward Cove before you make a bad decision to do it elsewhere. :)

The team at Leeward Cove Marina has always been extremely helpful with any questions I could ask. All of the guys are willing to help out and explain how to do different jobs on my boat. All work is done in a timely fashion at great rates and professionally done. Nick and Roger in service and parts take time out of their day to show me what parts and tools are needed, order new parts, and give recommendations for great products. The location is fantastic being so close to the GSB and having a restaurant, bathrooms, and ample parking for boaters. Locking gates give extra peace of mind for security. I cannot recommend Leeward Cove Marina enough for boaters to get great service, amenities, staff, and security.

Ive had about (hard to keep track) 5 boats over almost thirty years.I always research and reevaluate my choices. There are any number of reasons why Leeward Cove and Island View are a great choice: location on river, dry and wet storage options, ships store, gas dock, proximity to inlet, food options to name a few. Cap that off with incredible, responsive and friendly service and its hard to beat. From my first boat to my last, Nick and team have always been there. I moved south last year and although being a lame duck customer, their responsiveness did not end. They helped me with everything I needed even though they knew I had moved. Thanks guys. Youre the best...I wont miss the snow (diesel is made for boats, not heating), but boating will never be the same.

Nick, just want to say thank you our boat ran great and was able to use the entire weekend with the family. I know you went out of your way to get the repair done during a very busy time, we always get great service from Leeward Cove and would never go anywhere else !

WOW WOW WOW!!!! I had the EXTREME pleasure of visiting Leeward Cove Marina service / parts department today. I only wish I could leave 10 - 20 Stars on this review. I called them in last ditch effort to save me a trip to New Jersey for a Suzuki Watergrip hub. I spoke with Kenny, who I learned is the Owner. Could not have been nicer or more accomodating.I showed up at the shop and turns out the hub they had was actually NOT the correct one. MAJOR BUMMER!! Figuring I was on the way to Jersey, Nick stepped in and with the agreement of Kenny volunteered to pop the hub from an in stock propeller to save me the LONG hike to Jersey and then ordered the replacement. In 5 minutes I had my new hub in hand and was on my way with a SMILE a MILE WIDE!! Never EVER in my life have I experienced that level of customer service. I was FLOORED by these guys!!!Kenny, Nick and Roger, you guys are AMAZING and are awesome representatives not only for your Company, but the Suzuki Marine name on your store front!!! I will be reaching to to Suzuki as well notifying them of the STELLAR experience I enjoyed with you guys.

Roger, at Leeward Cove ships store, can get quality parts, at good prices with good advice as well as quick delivery - in many cases in one day.

BRAND NEW TO BOATING WAS RECOMENDED TO SEE NICK AT LEEWARD COVE BY A FRIEND THIS GUY NOT ONLY TOOK CARE OF ME BUT JUMPED IN MY BOAT AND SHOWED ME HOW TO DRIVE IT.(I DIDNT EVEN PURCHASE THE BOAT THERE)YOU JUST DONT FIND PEOPLE LIKE THIS..THE GUYS THAT TAKE THE BOATS IN AND OUT OF THE WATER ARE JUST AS NICE..VERY RARE WILL I POST ANYTHING BUT THIS WAS JUST AN EXPERIENCE I HAD TO SHARE

First & Foremost if you are a boat owner you know what BOAT stands for.Bring Out Another Thousand. We have committed to Long Island living for our entire lives. We are Boat People. We enjoy the South Shore & have been back & forth to Fire Island forever. When we got a new boat this past winter we knew she needed work. But when you realize that you have to Repower & replace 2 engines entirely then your apprehensive to say the least. Scared in fact at the investment.Not only did Nick blow us away with his knowledge & customer service, but he put us at ease. He made it easy to make our decision in our overall investment. We did shop around & wound up back at Leeward Cove.Kenny oversaw the job and made sure we were Happy.The entire process took only 2 weeks. They ripped out everything & gave us a new boat. Every phase was an open book & we were able to talk to the mechanics & watch the process. They were more than accommodating with the financing.Every Employee is helpful & so nice.I have never been to another boat yard like Leeward Cove & I never will. We are staying with them for the rest of our Boating Life.

Nick at the Suzuki dealer did a horrible job installing my new outboard... My throttle cable is kinked and very hard to shift fwd and reverse and my motor isnt at the correct height and swamps when Im out at cruising speed. Stay away

Service wasnt great... Food was average... But scenery was great

Recently started buying parts here. Great staff/mechanics. The few times Ive been there Ive had detailed conversations about mechanical issues Im having. They take the time to work through it with you until you have options for a solution. I keep my boat up the road, thank God, because each time Ive needed a part they have come through, and they dont kill you on convenience pricing!!!

Had my boat re-powered by the crew at Leeward cove and am very happy with the work they did. My choice of using them was based on past experience with them and the fair prices and information they where willing to share about maintaining my previous engines. The fact that they have an indoor work area also was a sales point for me as I want the men working on my boat to be in a comfortable work space rather than out in the cold or rain. I got a price quote from them after they saw my boat and they stayed very close to it even though the scope of the job changed as work was being done.

Anytime I have a question or need for service, this is my go to Marina. The staff are thorough in their explanations, and am first time boat owner (and asked about a lot of Marinas) and these guys are wonderful. I highly recommend them, Nick, Mike, Ken, Ever....anyone you speak with is friendly and knowledgeable
