Both Sales persons were extremely helpful. So much so, that I felt compelled to write a review. Greg R Was so hopeful that he actually pulled up a YouTube video for me. He helped me to get the equipment I needed. I cannot say enough kind words about the staff at this Music and Arts store.

What a great place! We have been here a few times for little incidentals, which they always are happy to advise us on even when the ticket price is just a few dollars. But This week, I purchased a new trumpet as a graduation gift for my daughter, who is actually a French Horn player, so I needed some guidance to be sure the instrument We were considering was a good choice. Holly was amazing! Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Once we agreed the Bach was Indeed the way to go, she followed our order From start to finish to ensure it arrived on time. Several times she reminded us that she is available to help get started and will be here to help with anything that May come up along the way. Oh and by the way, we got a great price too! Shout out to Mike who took time out to give us tips on cleaning care and maintenance. What a great experience! Highly recommend.

I have been to this store a handful of times. They are amazing. My daughter needed a shoulder rest and everyone was out of stock. We found this store on accident and they had one. Very friendly and helpful. Now we are purchasing a violin there. I will never go anywhere else. The best place for music.

Initially, We went to the other music store in Patchogue, behind the library. They were awful and disrespectful and made things immensely difficult to rent an instrument so we ended up walking out. We came straight to this store and let me tell you what a fantastic experience it was! We walked right in and told them which instrument my daughter needed.They measured her size and found her the appropriate viola. I told them what school she was in and they looked up everything she needed including which workbook. They gave us an affordable price for a full year rental including insurance. All of the extra supplies she needed were only $35. It was a extremely quick and fast experience as all the paperwork was actually just on the computer. The other store wanted me to fill out paperwork which included two credit cards on file and my social security number and my daughters father social security number and both of our places of employment as well as an extra deposit which exceeded the value of the instrument rental. Insane. At this location they were very simple and efficient. My daughter is very excited to start learning to play and when we opened our case at home we noticed they gave us a coupon for a free consultation on how to clean and care for her instrument. Everyone working was informative and courteous and answered every question we had with knowledge and respect. The store with also up-to-date and clean and beautiful.

Amazing experience here! Mike was incredibly helpful and able to answer all of my questions. Very friendly atmosphere. Will be returning for all of my music needs in the future.

Music & Arts new location in Patchogue is awesome. Needed NYSSMA music last minute because of a mix up at another music store, and Danny was terrific. Even though they didn’t have the music at that store, he called me back to let me know that he found what I needed at another location. He was helpful, patient, and friendly. Will definitely be my family’s and friends’ “go to” place for all of our music and instrument needs. Convenient location too!

Worst place I have ever went to. I bought a guitar from them for $120 and then later that night went back with my cousin to get one for her and when the teacher said there was a problem with the guitar the associate says that what you get for buying a $120 guitar.
