Was just there on Saturday. Very friendly and courteous staff. The variety of chocolate is amazing. We sampled the fudge and it was amazing and we bought 3 pieces. Can’t wait to go back and sample other chocolates!

Icream is delicious little bit pricey but its worth it

Kilwins will make you fall in love over and over again with their delicious chocolate treats. The Dark Chocolate Clusters are my favorites as well as the amazing fudge. The customer service (Steven) is beyond exceptional. Its a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered at the very last minute and Steven exceeded my expectations by individually wrapping my assorted clusters. Thank you Steven and all Kilwins staff.

First of all from the moment you walk in, sweet sweet smell arises. It is so clean, bright and brings out your inner child and inner designer all at once! The staff was more then willing to help us decide what was best and was so nice! Every flavor was delicious and layored with flavor

The smell when you walk into Kilwins is AMAZING! Right away youre hit with the the many flavors of fudge and the staff is always accommodating and generous when offering samples before you purchase any of it. Typically they run a special, buy two pounds get one free. About $25 for 3 bricks of fudge. Yes, the fudge and other chocolates and ice cream are pricey BUT this isnt basic chain ice cream or chocolate. The quality surpasses other places by far. The ice cream is some of the most fresh and creamy I have ever had. And if you order mango ice cream, youre tasting mango. Real mango.There are about 4 tables in the back to sit and enjoy anything you buy and want to eat before leaving. The store always looks and smells clean and staff is super friendly. Went there tonight with my wife and daughter bought a Carmel rice Krispie treat, 1 large cone, and 2 cups of ice cream price was $39.90, what a TOTAL RIPOFF ! Will never go back the ice cream was average at best,, which explains why the Store had no other customers, would never go back,

This fudge shop is the real deal! Made right in front of you and melt in your mouth delicious. It is always buy two slices, get one free, which is the only way to go! Really appreciate the wooden knife included in each box so you can eat it in the car on your way home!!

Good ice cream with a wide variety of flavors! It has that mom and pop, local ice cream shop feel, even though it’s a chain establishment. Employees were very nice as well. May I suggest the maple walnut!

The ice cream is absolutely delicious, but $6.50 for a VERY small scoop of ice cream is a bit much. Definitely worth a try, but wont be a frequent customer because of the hefty price.

Great establishment.... First time going there and the employee there made sure to explain everything to me and offer me samples.... She definitely made my first impression of the place to be a fantastic one I dont recall her name but I made it a point at the time to tell the manager that he had a great employee and that is why I will go back and recommend it to everyone....

Worst experience in this place. Older Male in 60s grey hair purposely attempted to skip over me after I had been waiting patiently for a customer to be done. We were all alone in the store until a family walked in. When this older man was finished with the lady he skipped right over me and went to the family. The gentleman who was I assume the dad said you know this guy was here first. I said thank you to him then I just left. Im not one to play the race card but all who interacted in that moment knew what he just did.

Kilwins in Patchogue is wonderful for my tastebuds but terrible for my waistline! The decor is bright and happy, the staff is friendly and attentive, and everything Ive ever tried from there is absolutely delicious! A great place for an ice cream cone to stroll down Main Street with, or from which to pick up a box of chocolates, fudge, or even ice cream cake before a party!

Ice cream was very over priced 2 small ice creams with 1 topping was over $15.00. I got ice cream up the road at smallcakes in the past and ice cream was equivalent but prices were much more fair.

Stumbled upon this spot while exploring the village. We decided to go across the street for pizza first then here for after dinner delights. When we got here, the place had closed, we started walking away sadly but then one of the staffmembers opened up for us! He was so friendly and knowledgeable and went into depth about their fudge making process and how they make a specific type of soft fudge, it was unlike any other I have ever tasted! Absolutely delicious! Didnt even care about the cost, we had to have it, worth every penny! We had some of their other chocolate treats which were very good too. We will be trying their ice cream next time!

Oh boy, where to start. Perhaps the handmade original recipe fudge? What about the fresh dipped in handmade caramel apples? Or maybe one of the chocolate dipped oreos or pretzels is more your thing. Whatever it is, Kilwins has it. Dont even get me started on the ice cream. Literally the best ice cream Ive ever had, and Long Island definitely has its fair share of excellent ice cream spots. The unbelievably friendly staff (also rare for Long Island/New York in general, lets be real) are always more than willing to answer a question, offer a sample or just talk about the process that goes into making some of the stuff they sell. Its incredible when you actually get to see them making the fudge, especially if you stick around to the end and get a sample hot off the table. They make just about everything in the store, and since its all handmade, the quality is unparalleled. Id highly recommend stopping in for a visit, and if youre like me, your first visit definitely wont be your last.

I just bought fudge here tonight. I spent $26.00 on three slices of fudge and it tastes horrible. The fudge really tastes like it was made with sour milk if I am to be perfectly honest. 10/10 would NOT recommend.Update: Just threw up. Thank you Kilwins for food poisoning. Never going here again

They have been in the news for a reason; they are simply the best. If you have a real sweet tooth, then you will absolutely love Kilwins. The shop offers a unique variety of ice-creams, which is some of the best that I have ever had; the Maple Walnut is one of my favorites (Blueberry Waffle Cone is a close second). If you really enjoy the flavor you can even get a pint sized container to take with you.Chocolates, fudges, and caramel apples are also available in a myriad of flavors. You could come to the shop every day for the next two weeks and have something different each time. The taste and texture of their fudges makes this treat the ultimate self indulgence.The staff is always friendly, and will let you sample any number of flavored ice-creams before making your decision. They will even let you double-back to one you had before just to be sure you are making the right choice. Toppings are extra, and if you go that route I recommend adding the whipped cream, which they make fresh in the shop.Seating is limited, so if you are in a group of over five youll want to take your treat outside to enjoy on one of the many benches along Main Street. If you end up becoming a regular, be sure to bring your punch card for each visit since your 10th scoop is on the house. The same applies for the candy apples.Overall, the price for a scoop of Ice-cream is a little pricer than Carvel, but the the quality far exceeds it and is worth the added expense.
