I recently switched over to the Firstnet because I’m a medical assistant and I was so excited for this switch because I would be saving so much. The manager John did not inform me for the first 3 months that my bill would be over 200$ until my “credits” kicked in. I was told my bill would be my plan plus my installments for my new phone. Now I’m stuck with a bill with Firstnet on top of that I was charged for my previous account without my knowledge when I was told it would adjusted since I’m switching. John did not care about the mistake he made and on top of all this I had to pay a 55$ restocking fee. It’s honestly not a money problem but they were very vague with the information for becoming a Firstnet customer & what happens when I want to switch back. I honestly now look at AT&T as a money hungry company that does not care for their customers. I will be switching soon as I pay my phone off because I’m more than upset and the employees and John the manager was not concerned as to why I was upset.
It was good staff easy knowledgeable gonna go back when I have more time but it was great
Today I needed to replace my grandfathers phone and not only was Joel professional and extremely helpful, he completed a task for me without hesitation or attitude. That means a lot when you feel important and acknowledged as a paying customer. I walked out happy for my grandfather who couldnt do this himself. Thank you Joel!!!!! You Absolutely deserve a raise, bonus and verbal and monetary acknowledgement as he is a very profitable asset to AT&T.
I waited too long to be helped & I was not greeted upon entering. Location seemed understaffed.

Johnathan were 10 extra steps and did everything he could do to ensure customer satisfaction. Even though the problem found not be resolved I would still come back to this store and make sure Johnathan is the one to help.

The regular staff seem to be okay, but the guy who seemed to be the manager was quite rude. I was helped by an African American young lady, who seem to be new but was quite nice and effective in getting me the help I needed.
Horrible, rude and very disrespectful simply trying to return a phone before the 14 days and was told there was a 45 dollar restocking fee after talking to 2 customer service reps told me there wasnt any restocking fee. I picked up the phone on the 21st and been trying to return it but couldnt get a single person to answer the phone wanted to know about the store policy so I contacted customer service on the 26th and was told there was no restocking fee so here I am with a phone I dont want because I was told false information by 2 customer service reps and Im expected to pay 45 dollars to return it smh....I was told I can mail it and I guess thats what Im going to do
I PAID MY BILL ON THE 12/24/18 (I HAVE A RECEIPT) ... MY PHONE GOT TURNED OFF AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON, I WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY PAYMENT (CARLOS) STOLE MORE THAN HALF OF THE CASH I PAID!THE MANAGER WAS YELLING AT ME TRYING TO PROVE ME WRONG (EVEN THOUGH I HAD PROOF)! NEVER DO BUSINESS IN THIS STORE!!!!!

Worst customer services from I believe is the store manager(John ) I visit the store a couple of time with issues from device that I purchase at that store and both time I had visited his only response is go to apple store without listening or try to help to get a solution .. this will be the last time I visit this store at the Paterson plaza
