This is a great store with such a good staff of people working there. I came to buy my little brother a video game and they were so helpful.

You call this store for hours and they seem not hear or care to pick up the phone …no wonder game stop went outta business before

I been going to this GameStop for 9 years now I now them well employed helpful and understanding this GameStop very buzzy but I’m racing to buy a game for my ps4 and ps5 this GameStop is the best.

Store didnt seem clean and awful customer service cashiers were talking to each other and not helping customers, when a question was asked I felt like i was bothering and interrupting their long conversation, variety was good

Fraud. On 12/12/2020 GameStop announced a release for the ps5 only in person went and stand on line from 2:30-5:00 I counted 25 people on line including my self, we did not see anyone come in or out of the store. Then a police officer came and went inside and then he came back out saying the ps5 was sold out!! And he also said they only had 5 ps5, Mean while none of the employees came outside to give us a update on sales. This a ridiculous and GameStop should be embarrassed by their way they conduct business especially on a very very big release such as the ps5.

Employees gave away online orders that were already paid for and confirmed through their site. Their customer service level here is a joke. Rude, lazy, and unhelpful. Asked if there was more items in back that werent on the floor and employee sighed and dragged her feet slowly like how dare i ask her to do her job. There are so many good gamestops with good employees closing ther doors. Why is this dump still there?!

It was really good the person who attended me was very informative and polite. It helped a lot he could speak another language as well.

Store is great, but literally impossible to find parking in this area during busy hours. I only recommend coming here during dead hours.

GameStop is a place I go window-shopping until I get paid lol. I just wished they had more Overwatch merchandise. I like it, they help you find what you need. I wanted a xbox controller, and they politely went to the back and got me a very nice one.

It nice but it not like the other GameStop dont have a lot of items or stuff.
