I got this yesterday for Valentines day and it has mold look at the pictures theres you proof I was actually eating this right now I feel like I wanna throw up I recommend no one buy from here this lil basket of fruit cost $100 to come with moldy fruits

I had a wonderful experience with this business twice. The delivery to the hospital was denied by the staff, so they later delivered to the rehab facility. The second event was a mid-day church function. They delivered to my home to ensure that it arrived on time. The service was professional each time.They went above expectations.

Who ever is running this place obviously doesnt know what they are doing... how are you going to offer curbside pick up and we still be to make a line??!!! My pick up was at 1030 and se still have to make a line!! If I could give this place a ZERO I WOULD!!!

Worst place ever place my order yesterday February 12 paid almost $100.00 dollars never got my order and still manager doesn’t call me to refund my money talking about they got to investigate with the driver guess driver gave my order to a girlfriend never again will I order here I want my money back

Look at the time 9:51 pm Mothers Day & my wife’s arrangement that I ordered days ago have not arrived & it won’t because there closed. Calling all day & no answer. I expect my refund spent over $150.

As mothers day approaches during this pandemic, i considered getting a basket from here but they are not allowing pickups? Not even from the curb?! Owner was rude, when he said no pickups whatsoever only online and delivery!!! Delivery is $15 aside from the expensive arrangements. These people are no joke.

This establishment saved a young forgetful man whos deeply in love with his wife on possibly one of the busiest days of the year. I....I owe you for this one

I ordered for Mothers day based on the fact that curbside pick up was mentioned as available. My order never moved from order received by store. I tried calling at least 8 times and there was no way to speak with anyone. If you cant fulfill my order because of the current situation all I ask for is a little communication. Needless to say a week later I still havent heard anything and my card has been charged in full and no refund.

As I was pulling to the driveway of my house, I forgot it was my wifes birthday! So drove over to this edible and they had a fruit bouquet ready for me. It was perfect. Thanks guys

Ordered morning of Mothers Day over the phone, which is a very busy weekend everywhere, they were ready with my order in an hour and a half, and the customer service was awesome. Everyone loved the chocolate covered strawberries. I suggest picking up and not delivering. YOU deliver it the way you want to; other people dont care. I ordered another time and they just left it downstairs. Its a hit or miss.

Jenyfer was so pleasant and helpful. She made sure my order came out just the way I wanted. The other locations needs more people like Jenyfer. Thanks again! You’re the SWEETEST❤️

Horrible Customer service. My Order was not only delivered a day later but it was not even delivered to the right place. The Supervisor was rude and basically called me a liar saying his driver would not lie to him and refused to refund my money so I had to wait on hold with Corporate for 20 minutes. In the end I got my refund but the customer service is horrible and apparently they dont have the capabilities of using a GPS. Very disappointing a waste of time and patience.

Place absolutely SUCKS! It’s 9:50 and my daughter has NOT received her Valentines Boquet. And no one answers call! STAY AWAY FRO THEM. Quick to take your money, SLOW to give you what your money pays for! $90 down the drain.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 8 am for same day to a business I called in at 3:30 to ask for status as the place closes at 4:30. The owner was rude all be would tell me is that delivery is before 7. I tried to explain and he wouldnt even answer is the order was still at the store. He started to get loud with me and was irrated that I would ask him where is my order. I told him to cancel my order and he transferred me over to someone who was able to locate my order and call the driver. Owner had a bad attitude and customer service skills are garbage. You are better off ordering from another company.

I didnt know what to get my girlfriend for her birthday. A friend recommended me Edible Arrangements. I couldnt be happier with my girlfriends reaction when the delivery man gave her the arrangement.

Mother’s Day is ruined!!! The arrangement has rotten strawberries and what was not rotten, was the most horrible once. Even chocolate could not hide it. The is is the last time I used this no good scammers.

Horrible!!!! Received an arrangement and the fruits were old and soggy. Called to complain and the employee had a nasty attitude. Will never use their services. It’s a shame they give Paterson a bad name. 😤
