Good store but didnt have what I initially came in for. Also, about 15% above market price on what I did buy.

Just got hustled by the two workers at this smoke shop. They sell hookahs that dont work on purpose. The guy even told me that when I came to return it. Didnt say it when I was buying it. When I was returning it he said it. Why would you have it for sale and not say anything about it. These guys didnt want to do a fair exchange. After 30 mins of talking, he decided to budge and gave me the smallest hookah in the world. I lost money and I encourage you to not shop here. They arent reasonable and are not considerate to the customer

This was our first hookah experience at this store and never again! We got the small $30 hookah and only used once at home and within 30 mins of using it, we realized that the bottom of the hookah had a very small crack because the water was leaking. We brought it back to return it and the two shopkeepers, blamed it on us, saying we dropped it! Did not want to argue on that because I felt we should have checked the box before we left with the hookah. Then we proceeded to purchase a bigger Khalil Mamoun hookah. The guy at the store guaranteed that none of his hookahs are broken and they inspect every box. When we asked him to open the box of the one we were getting, it was cracked! He offered to replace the glass bottom with the one on display, since that’s the only piece they had left. But he was not going to give us a discount for it! In utter frustration, we walked away by leaving the $30 broken hookah behind and did not buy a new one either.

Great prices, helpful staff! Just bought my first electric hookah. The guy at the store was very helpful and took alot of time with me. He showed me many options in all different price ranges and gave me the pros and cons of each. After I made my selection, he took the time to demonstrate how to use and care for my new hookah. Great place!

Great hookah supply’s are not the only things sold here. All your needs from vaporizers to tobacco can be satisfied.
