Employees are great and everything is well organized. Only downside is that there are resellers always waiting for the new items to be stocked. They go through it first, pick out all the great items and leave the rest. Used to come here a lot but havent for about 3 months for that reason. Just went today and nothing has changed. will stop coming here for another while.

Its not what I remembered Im not sure why but I liked the old place. This place is busier Im guessing because of the location for them its a no-brainer. The quality of the goods seem to have gone down or are moving faster off the racks so Im going to search elsewhere for places that arent so big and a busy area because you have better finds.

Great selection of clothing... can get good deals. It is a for profit thrift store. Be aware that some customers will hold up the checkout line for up to 30 minutes bickering over prices and what not. CASH ONLY!!!

Worst experience ever.. Dropped off a car full of items today - kids toys, tricycle, clothing, home goods. Gentlemen outside made it very clear that he was angry I disturbed him. Started throwing things around broke several items.Unique Thrift will get donations!

Very crowded, which I guess is good for business, just not for Covid. With all the snow piled around the parking lot, it was pretty much one way and a dead end at each row. They definitely couldve used a person out there helping to navigate all the traffic. Debra S the cashier was awesome! Polite, friendly, and excelled in customer service. Prices were comparable to other thrift stores in the area. Over all, not bad.

I will give this place two stars because they have a vast amount of stuff to go through. I think their prices are high. I was looking for a pot to repot my plant. I found one but I didnt like it enough to pay $9 for it

Well, personally I love this store as Ive got tons of stuff there and I am self sufficient to get this gs by myself. That said, parking most of the time sucks and theres never items with the discounted colors available, EVER. Prices getti g a little steep, but the range of items you can get at better prices here are almost unlimited. Also, they could try to take at least debit cards minimum.Other than that, I always go there when I want something nice and mostly cheap and unique.

Some items are overpriced, others may be worth it. You can only pay with cash which is weird because most people don’t carry cash around in this day and age. Miguelita was especially rude to us and didn’t want to ring us up because we were being picky. But we were only being picky because we could only pay with cash. She made an entire fuzz about and complained out loud to her coworkers. These ladies need to learn some customer service etiquette. I won’t be returning

I’m an avid thrifter; I think this is one of my best thrifting experiences I’ve had in a long time. My mom and I traveled from Philly to the area and stumbled on this place. We spent 4.5 hours in here. It was a bit hectic, but it was Memorial Day weekend, so that’s excusable. The quality of the items is top tier. I wish the store was organized by size and please accept debit/credit. It’s 2021. The whole cash thing was a HUGE turn off. I don’t trust random ATMs to make withdrawals. Otherwise, I’d say this place was truly great!

Resale Savages stand by the double doors and look through the actual window where the workers are sorting out items. Once the items are brought out from the back the resale Savages (which are all middle-aged Boys with gray hair) literally pounce on the carts while the workers are still trying to push the inventory to its designated area in the store.

Terrible service! I went inside the store and these 3 workers kept looking at me and my sister,it made me very uncomfortable and they kept staring until we left.Another complain is my mom picked a bucket of legos and one of the workers yelled at my mom saying “store is closed,go to the line” which i understand yea,but a couple minutes later i saw other people still shopping!It made me mad,they told my family to hurry up and kept staring at us? but when it came to other customers they did nothing? made me mad.And the final reason is i had a bag of toys,i asked one of the workers,and they pulled the toy bag out of my hand saying “sorry it’s unavailable because it doesn’t have a price tag” which i totally get but couldn’t they just put it infront and tell one of the other workers?Don’t really reccomend this thrift store!

Incredible cross section of used items. For example every possible shade of blue or green or any color shirt u wanted - exists there. Along with some great electronics. Pricing not always within reason, but with sake on, close to other thrift store prices. Few make money from the resell here, but if u r coming for yourself, this is the best value for your time!

The only downside to this place is that they dont open on Sundays. They should open Sundays at least for a few hours. Please.

Over priced for a thrift shop! The prices of some items are just outrages just because of the brand name. People go to thrift shop because they cant afford regular stores prices! The other thing is when they have color tags discounts youd barely find items with the discounted tags fro the day! Oh also cash only is so inconvenient a specialy when their atm goes down! I hope they consider improving these points. Otherwise they have a lot of good stuff!

Great variety of miscellaneous items and clothing. Some overpriced but some great finds at $2! Would recommend to visit with 2 hours minimum to search through selections. Staff members are usually unfriendly & overstressed, but the two women at the registers near express checkout lane are always friendly 💕😊 & polite in my experience 💕 they also have books 📚 & jewelry selection ✨

I’ve found a lot of great gems here, some even with the tags still on. They also have a wide selection of clothes, household items and books. However, their prices just keep getting higher and higher, some prices way too high for USED clothes. No matter what the brand or condition of the clothing item is, it’s used, it could have bed bugs on it and there’s a no return/exchange policy. That alone is good reason to keep the prices below what they are now. They also don’t even have a dressing room.

9/23/2020The cashier at this establishment is verydisrespectful and the manager as well, i tryed to get a discount for clothing because me, my brother and my sister heard that we could get a discount on clothing if we were 55 or older, an older women in front of use got the discount when they werent even related. When we tryed to do the same, the cashier said we couldnt because she didnt believe my sister was 55 and even asked us for ID to prove it and the manager AGREED. You know how ridiculous that is? Needless to say i didnt pay for the clothing since we had to pay in full, and we will never go back to this thrift store due to how disrespectful the cashier and the manager was.

I went to the store with my family today and we bought alot of clothes i went on the line to checkout and when my turn came they scanned 6 items which cost 3 - 5 dollars and the total was $100 i asked the cashier why the total came out like that she said that today only seniors older than 50 years old can shop in the store and they asked how old are you i said i am 51 years old and the cashier kept making fun of me everytime i was speaking to them. They were disrespectful to me and not respecting my nationality and the other part was that i had a new born baby on my hand. I use to go to this store every week and now after this disrespectful responds to me i wont even put a step into that store actually there were even younger people than me and they were shopping and checking out perfectly but when my turn came they started to make fun like what kind of respect is that overall this store is 0 star rating.😠😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

I had been discriminated, because I have a medical exemption of not to ware a mask, and they threw me out of the store, because I didn’t have a paper to show of !!!!I have been shopping here for more than 5 years, spending thousands of dollars...so shame on all ...and also on the government to forcing this bs, that is all of a lie!!!!

Great shop and has a massive selections of infants wear and for adults as well. Place was a bit busy but it was fine. I got the great deal with all the items.

I was there today my daughter like o bicycle the team work took it from her with force when I was looking for the manager she called her but she said get out from the store if you dont want to leave the bicycle she have to tell sorry I wish if was have time to call the police my daughter was screaming and she (pee) the manager too try to take it from her by force they dont care about me really they abuse my daughter

Prices are extremely high for a thrift store, with a good amount of tags ranging from $20-$50 for a single article of clothing. Not worth it, may as well go to stores and check out their sale sections.

One of the better thrift stores I’ve gone to. Nicely laid out and unlike other thrift stores, the shelves are not filled with broken items that should be in the trash. Very friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable.

Very nicely organized store. Clean, pretty nice selection. The only downside is that it is cash only. However, there is an ATM on site. They have a nice selection of clothes, shoes, knick knacks, toys, and some household goods. Does not have a lot of furniture, just a little. Plenty of parking. Overall it was very good and I am sure I will be back.

I used to really like this thrift store (even though they are for profit) but lately the prices have gotten INSANE. The dresses are often marked $20 and UP for used, run of the mill mall brands. I still find good deals on housewares and other hard goods sometimes but the clothing prices have gotten out of control.

I started going to this thrift store years ago. It was in a different location then. The prices were thrift store friendly. I recently went to their recent location, on 21 av, and I was amazed to see HOW HIGH THEY Have increased the PRICES of Clothing. I work for a department store and I can ensure you, we get better deals for brand new clothing.

Nice place; lots of clothing and a decent selection of electronics and household goods. Good sized parking lot, but tends to fill up at times, especially on senior discount Wednesdays. Prices are slightly on the high side, but patient searching can still yield good bargains.

The security guard is really rude when I arrived 5:40 and went inside the security when towards me and went all up in my face saying its closed multiple times even thought I saw people enter the place when I was by my car not recommended to go there around that time.

Absolutely the worst service. For a thrift store they give you the hardest time to buy something. I don’t know who is running this store but they are doing a terrible job. First off, the prices are way too high for used /second hand items then when you do find a reasonable price the cashier will argue with you and call the manager and they will not sell you the item. I know that the employees have relatives go to the store to buy the items that don’t allow other patrons purchase. I absolutely hate this store. NEVER AGAIN!

It is one of my favorite thrift shops, since its huge and you never know what youll find. Its unorganized but I kinda like that. The prices are pretty good and the daily sales are good if you get there early enough. It is a bit chaotic in there sometimes with long lines and terrible parking. It could also be a bit cleaner. But overall love it.

One of favorite thrift stores for video games and home electronics. Not a huge selection, but the prices are good, especially if you like old stereo equipment.

The prices on the items they have are reasonable. My wife heads towards the purses every time we go which is 3 or 4 times a month. I find a good bargain every now and then

Its big with mostly clothes. Large assortment of everything. Software, households, furniture and electronics. It was pretty sparse when I arrived, but that may be due to the holiday season. Its so huge Id try again maybe in the spring.

They have Rude employees. It’s like they’re upset that you’re shopping! If it’s 5:58 pm they’re kicking you out the store. If you’re still looking at items they want you to stop and run to the register to pay. I was on my way to the door and was yelled at by employee to leave because it’s closed while it was 5:58pm! ? Should I fly to the door? So RUDE!!! Then the employee turns around to talk about me in Spanish! The store closes at 6pm. They lock doors BEFORE 6pm! Most people get off work at 5/6 pm. Hours should be extended till at least 8pm! . Half don’t speak English and can’t answer any questions.Most items are wayyyy over priced even if in bad condition. These are not thrift store prices! Anything Michael Kors is almost same price as NEW! They think MK is high end! The prices used to be good at the old location. They don’t take debit or credit or exchange or refunds! I bought earrings one time the clasp broke as soon as I tried them on! That’s 7.99 in the trash they won’t refund! Ridiculous!Customer service needs to improve. Manager is pretty unprofessional as well.In addition this store Does NOT contribute any of the proceeds to the community such as homeless people they are there strictly FOR their own profit!!!! They receive everything free as they have the trucks that say they pick up items free but only sell for profit! What a shame

The prices on the clothes were ridiculous. Unknown brand vintage 90s dresses were priced around $64.99. A pair of vintage Via Spiga shoes were $24.99. These are vintage store prices not donated thrift store prices. Found some good leather bags and some vintage shoes around $3.99-$5.99 and some really good cowboy boots for $7.99, but the clothes were pretty much a joke. Didn’t find any sale tags, of course, and it’s cash only.

This is the first place Ive been to with such rude employees. This is the second time Ive been waiting for in the parking lot with my blinker on and an employee takes my spot. Whats worse is that I was with my two 10 month old babies in the car. She was a blond woman with a blue minivan. When I spoke to her as to why she stole my spot she said it was because she was an employee. She was rude and yelled profanities. Ive never heard of employees having priority on parking spots when your consumer is waiting for the spot.

My opinion about this thrift store, I couldnt believe the prices on the shoes and clothing, they are unbelievable to hight, Ive been to a lot of thrift stores, and never seeing the prices these people have, i bought 2 pair of shoes pant and a blouse, all together 4 pieces $45.99. They really need to review their prices, go online and look for at different stores,Well I dont think I would go back anyway.. ITS A WASTE OF TIME..

Decent stuff, some prices a bit high.Be warned because if the price tag falls off the item they will NOT sell it to you and be quite rude about it. The price tags are paper staples onto clothes so they rip off super easy.I held onto the tag and they still wouldn’t take it (I guess they have an issue with people switching tags).I was disappointed but didn’t say anything, which is when the cashier offered to bring a manager (I assumed his was because they were going to reprice the item). instead she showed up, chewing gum, and told me the same exact thing. I offered to pay extra, but they said no.I understand why this policy is in place, but to tell the customers that they can only come back the next day by 10 am to buy a $4 item seems strange. Just be careful with your tags, I guess.

Came here looking to donate male clothes to a family who were in need. Found 2 male shirts EXACTLY the same size and brand. The ONLY difference was the color. When I inquired as to why, the lady in the register simply said that her manager said those were the prices and I can take it or leave it. She then said that the difference was that one had an orginal ticket and the other one did not. I am not being petty, I just find it crazy how they decided to price these 2 shirts. I ended up purchasing the shirts but a bit disappointed in their poor management skills. At the end of the day, I am a customer no matter what type of store it is.

Prices are getting higher and higher, especially when they get them for free. Some items are priced higher than when they are new! They really need to stop over pricing this stuff.Most days the bags, jewelry and shoe areas are barely filled. They should be filled all the time.

I bought a pair of ankle boots for $24.99 on 3/31/18, which turned out to be too floppy on the back of my feet. The paterson n.j. store manager Martha was less than helpful or caring. Explaining that they do not take returns, exchanges nor give refunds. Needless to say i was very disappointed in the service + lack of professionalism. I will certainly share this info with many others whom i know like to thrift. They get 5 stars *****for disappointing long time customers whove donated to their advancement and long jevity.

Its ok, Ive been to better. Pros- its big and very neat. Cons- alot of things I found to be over priced, they order things by color not size. So you are looking through a long rack of clothes to find your size. I dont think I will go back. As soon as 6pm hit they start yelling that the store is closed. On my way to the register 3 people yelled at me that they were closed it was so annoying that I left the items I had and walked out. I worked retail, Im VERY courteous about closing time, but I didnt need to be yelled at 3 time WHILE on my way to the register. I was out of the parkinglot by 6:05.
